Very good and various meal options. It is impossible to do not find suitable meal & drink combination. Reception staff very helpful and committed to work.

1. Fix Your wifi: 1.1. It's not stable and disconnecting by itself despite very strong signal 1.2. Improve speed, as it is nearly impossible to work remotely (VPN connection is dropping very often) 2. Temperature control - on ground level the only way to cool down room for night is to keep terrace door wide open - not safe option...

The buffet was very nice. The place is designed for kids and families, my son enjoyed it very much and us parents had a good time too. Overall I would go back.

In order for the hotel to become excellent: - Wifi wasn't stable and there is also no signal reception. On Friday night I almost didn't have wifi at all. - There was dirtiness on the curtain of the room. This shouldn't be happening. - The baby bed was ok but the mattress in it was so uneven that you would never put a baby sleep in it. Babies need good straight mattresses and that one was like waves 😁 - The pirate island needs more trees for shade. With 30 degrees and sun it can become unbearable. I did see though that there are many young trees around, so I guess it's a matter of time for trees to grow and make more shade. Again, I would go back to the hotel as I didn't find the minus points so important. Overall we had a great stay.

The playground was awesome. Very big and diverse. So many things to do. The food was delicious. I totally recommend visiting.

Nobody speaks English. You need to know German otherwise it is hard to communicate

Clean and tidy apartments, wonderful playground for children, swimming pool on cloudy and windy days. Supermarket is right away to the hotel.

The breakfast doesn't comply 4* hotel, it was the same all the 3 days we were. Also when ordering it was written that there will be washing machine in the apartment, but it wasn't, we had to use the common one in the hotel as we're told that not every apartment has it, despite that it is written in the description. There was a lack of daylight in the apartment.

Very nice location with big recreation and leisure area. Very good breakfast with large variety of choices.

Hotel personnel spoke only German and therefore we missed lot of information. Price for a dog was 25€ per night!

I didnt feel welcome in the Wellness area... I felt the staff was stressed out and unfriendly. never smiled or had a positive energy when me and my family were arround.

The Kids playground and entertainment facilities were great and the personnel was super helpful and friendly

The beds were a little uncomfortable and there is no ceiling fan or means of ventilation other than opening the windows

The staff was very friendly and our child loved it there.

There could be more vegetarian/vegan options. Very big food range for non-vegetarians.

Perfect for families! Lovely Pirate playground, good varied breakfast, wellness and fitness zone. Nice vacation!
