The outstanding feature is the reception staff, who could not be more helpful and pleasant. It makes such a difference when you arrive and receive exceptional help right from the start and, then again, during your stay. Thank you. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, the breakfast was good and we enjoyed an evening meal at the Schloss cafe.

It baffles me why, for a double room for TWO people, so many hotels think ONE chair is adequate. Where is the other person supposed to sit? On the floor? Please provide one chair per person. There was no door to the bathroom and toilet, only a curtain, and no fan. Therefore a lack of privacy when using the toilet, no escape for smells or steam, no heated mirror which steams up. No air con. No tea / coffee making facilities.

Television: not easy to access TV channels needing helpful instructions from staff.
