Absolutely clean, all appliances are in working order and everything is clean and well maintained.A big advantage is the 24-hour reception

I only spent the night in the hotel, so I'm generally satisfied. Since I was the only guest on the first floor, the buffet breakfast looked strange. Probably, when it's prepared for more people, everything looks richer.the parking lot is far from the hotel, especially if you come to the hotel during a storm.

Room was very clean and new renovation, I guess. Modern and cool, lots of space. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices for sweet and savory food. Nice atmosphere, nice staff.

A bit far to drag the luggage from the parking lot to the entrance. Would have appreciated a luggage cart. The snack toom: it's unfortunate that we have to pay so much for a tiny pack of cookies or a juice. Just drop the payment guys, nobody wants to pay for a cookie or a cereal bar at midnight.

We had a very big room with comfortable beds and also the bathroom was very spacious. It was very quiet at night, though we were there in the weekend (not sure how it is during the week, due to the campus that is located below the hotel). The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices: sandwiches, cake, cornflakes, eggs, sausages, jams, juices, ... and it was also very tasty. It's convenient that you're able to check-in till midnight.

There was no extraction in the bathroom, which made it very humid. Also, there wasn't that much space to put your toiletries. The manual did not include instructions on how to use the blinds.

After half an hour by S-Bahn and then a little walk one reaches the campus on which the hotel is located. I first thought I was in the wrong place, since the entire campus was so quiet on a Saturday evening. Only the hotel was open, and fortunately offered sandwiches and drinks in a common area. All rooms are on the 8th or 9th floor, so I enjoyed a wonderful view over the forests with a sunset, and slept very well in the quiet surroundings. I was surprised the next morning who many people showed up for breakfast - which was excellent.

Overall, I liked very much my stay at this hotel. Staff was excellent!!! I would go again to this hotel since I was very nicely treated by the stuff.

Accessing to the hotel location and parking was confusing. The hotel sent me a map how to get there and I was confused what entrance from the road to take.

Helpfulness when I needed a change to my booking to arrange for an extended stay when the booking.com website claimed there were no more rooms available.

No hotel staff on site at the weekends!!! No reception function on the weekends!!! Long walk to hotel from car park is too long for elderly people; no details on how to access the restricted driveway to lobby area.

Very clean and cosy room in higher floors. Beatiful view. Nice and peaceful location near small village. Very good greek tavern at village plus couple other restaurants. Very calming and relaxing accommodation all in all. Rooms are in big building which has large lobby area and lots of other premises. Warm recommendation! Free parking.

I've stayed here for the second time, and enjoyed the quiet night and a good sleep. This time we had the opportunity to walk around the small town of Kirchseeon, and tried two nice restaurants there: the Greek one and the Italian one (ask for the list of the restaurants at the reception :-) ) - I would recommend both.

Used the hotel to sleep en route back to Italy. Although confusing regarding parking, I was helped by the night concierge. Hotel was practically empty but was very clean and spacious with ample breakfast options and kind service. A bit far out but a peaceful and quiet sleep.

Can’t say anything bad since just used it to sleep.
