The location was ideal. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and city center. Isar River was close by as well. I found the staff at the property to be exceptional. Well trained, friendly and motivated about their work.

Upon check out, I asked for an email copy of my bill receipt. Later on checking my email, I found that I had not received it. Please send again to [email protected] Additionally, I took a taxi parked outside to get to the HBH to continue on my trip. Unfortunately, en route to the Bahnhoff, I was berated by the driver (said he came to Germany as an Iraqi refugee) and proceeded to hurl verbal abuse at Americans and praise of Putin and how he should launch nuclear missles to punish us. I let him know his outbursts were unacceptable. Just a note you may want to mention to tourists visiting the hotel to be careful riding the taxis out front of the property.

Location just outside the main tourist areas, allows for a more real feel of Munich, with access to locals' restaurants, shopping. Very literally on top of the S Bahn station with direct elevator down to it allows access to the central tourist sites with little effort, otherwise a 15 minute walk. Facilities are modern and recently remodeled

I was familiar with the property having stayed there before as a crew member. Right on the S-bahn and close to everything.

I arrived early and they wanted to charge me 49 Euros to go to my room before noon.

Reception staff welcoming (Thanks), Rooms, Housekeeping (Excellent), Breakfast (Delicious) and staff were welcoming (Thanks), TV channels (Excellent) International channels available, Location (Excellent), Concierge, Parking and security.

Better ventilation system is needed in the toilet. ATM almost always out of service.

Safe location within walking distance of the old town. Supermarkets are across the road. Restaurant options nearby. Hygiene products by Crabtree. Easy to get to and from the airport as the hotel sits above a S-train stop with direct connection to Munich airport.

Breakfast assortment of fruits could be improved Coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant feels a bit outdated and slow for 2025 and a hotel of that size and cost per room. A few more hot food options would be nice. Room fridge not very cold or practical for its size.

Very lovely room. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The location was also fantastic - it's an 18-minute walk to Marienplatz. Right opposite the hotel is a supermarket and a block of restaurants, and it's just around the corner from a lot of brunch cafes too.

For the price we are paying, to be honest, it was disappointing that we did not receive amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, and only got free WiFi at a slower speed (you need to pay for faster WiFi). Also, you only get news channels on the TV and cannot watch Netflix (you also cannot mirror your device to the TV). But these are small issues, especially for a short stay. Otherwise we enjoyed it.

The public S-Bahn trains, which connect you to the entire city, are located directly beneath the hotel. There is an elevator from the station that leads straight to the hotel—just follow the Hilton signs at the exit. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was quick and efficient, even during peak hours. We had no trouble finding an empty table. The room was spacious and warm in October, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The cleaning was also very good. There was a tea and coffee maker in the room. We had dinner at the Mona restaurant, which was excellent.

The number of coffe machines in the breakfast was definitely not enough during peak hours. And there were many times in an error state!

My room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable The room has a view of the courtyard park at the rear of the property and was quiet at night. The hotel has air conditioning. There is a Restaurant and Bar in the hotel, I only used the Bar but it was good and opened until late, 1am on the evening I was there. Breakfast was not included in the cost of my room and is available at an additional cost. There is a 24 hour Car Park in the basement of the hotel which is run by another company. It was easy to access and exit on arrival and departure. There is an elevator which provides access from the Car Park into the hotel, without needing to go into the street. Using the same elevator there is access to the ‘S-Bahn’ underground station ‘Rosenheimerplatz’ station which offers a direct connection with the City centre in just one stop and the Airport which is a 45 minute journey and also provides services to major Munich terminus stations, ‘Hauptbahnhoff’ (Munich Central) and ‘Ostbahnhoff’ (Munich East) for anyone travelling internationally. There is also a tram and bus stops near the hotel. The neighbouring surrounding the hotel is good, Rosenheimer Platz has shops, bakeries and Cafes and some local restaurants. The Gastig ‘arts centre’ a venue for classical concerts and art displays in close proximity to the hotel. I find it a great place to stay in Munich.

Breakfast at the hotel was at an extra cost for me. It was very expensive and I thought the offering was poor given the amount charged. It’s a very busy breakfast room at peak times and seating can be difficult to find if you arrive them. I found the whole breakfast experience uncomfortable. There was only one Coffee machine which is amazing since even the smallest hotel’s I have stayed in Germany usually have a second or backup, coffee is a national pastime here. It was necessary to queue in line to get a cup of Coffee. You can buy breakfast for a third of the price charged in one of the neighbourhood bakeries, which would seem to be a better option. Some of the local Cafe’s also offer a breakfast all cheaper than at the hotel.
