The location is exceptional, near the English park, metro and tram stations. Munich center is in 10 minutes by tram or metro. The breakfast is very tasty and the guy that is working in the restaurant is very nice, he even remembered our preferences of coffee and tea. The hotel restaurant is very good too, we ate the one evening and everything was great. We came early and got an opportunity to leave our luggage in the hotel without extra pay till our room is ready. We loved the hotel very much.

There's no elevator, bathtub (there's shower only in the bathroom), kеttle. But we were OK with that 😊

We had searched for a hotel room for 3 hours after Munich Airport was closed and all trains from Munich were cancelled due to heavy snow. We finally found Hotel Ritzi (presumably after a cancellation) and couldn't have been more welcomed or looked after by the owner, she was amazing and we're extremely grateful. The room was warm, clean and well furnished, the bed comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. The staff were all friendly and all spoke very good English. The location is amazing opposite a beautiful park and very close to the old town, the underground and many restaurants. Thank you!!

Great location, close to several tram locations and plenty of bars/restaurants/cafes in walking distance. The staff were all very helpful and most spoke English. The room was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and they are equipped with built in blinds to allow the windows to stay open but not let bugs in. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options, the breads served were very fresh, and there were plenty of meats, cheeses, eggs, and bacon.

The door locks to the rooms are a bit frustrating but not too bad once you get the hang of them.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable (Tibet room) - although staff offered us a different solution on day 2. The main issue is the key system. Highly unpredictable and was stressful at night - we could get in and needed to rely on phone calls and other guests arriving (after 11pm there is no “front desk”). The same challenges persist at your room door! This must change. So off putting

Fantastic place to stay a little out of central Munich - very generous breakfast with lovely friendly staff - right next to beautiful park -lots of natural light - firm bed but very comfortable - highly recommend

Very high price during Oktoberfest. No room cleaning at all during the 3 night stay. Breakfast was better in january. Then I could order an omlette that was covered in the breakfast fee.

Great location and generally neat and tidy

Our room was on the 4th floor with no lift so a long way to carry heavy luggage especially for lady travelers. We had a coffee machine but when asked about milk we were told they didn't offer this.

Tibet suite was a good good size for our family of four. Sofa bed was folded down and ready for us when we showed up. Restaurant on property. Good breakfast with great service. Far away from city center to be quiet, but still close. A nice walk through the park and over the river takes you right into the old town.

Fourth floor with no elevator.

Nice hotel in a quiet area about a 20 min. walk from the center of town. Really enjoyed the substantial breakfast spread in the morning.

Wasn't an issue for us but be aware that there is no lift/elevator if you need one.

The room was spacious and very clean. The hosts were very kind and informative.

There is no lift (inconvenient for families with children), and the price make it unsustainable to stay more than a couple of nights.
