Excellent breakfast with variety of hot foods, muesli/cereal, cheese, cured meats and vegetables. At least 4 coffee machines around the large and bright breakfast area, no waiting for coffee! The location was fantastic - more affordable than the Altstadt but so close by walking or the nearby Rosenheim train stop. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

The description of the hotel in Booking says free wifi but the free wifi was very very slow. There is paid wifi available but I did not try it, I used my cellphone data while at the hotel.

The location is absolute gold - walking distance from the Isar river, 15 minutes walking to Marienplatz and a 5 minute walk to the Rosenheimer platz metro. Some very good eateries nearby - Indian, Pizza, Lebanese, True 12 ice cream (safron flavour is a must try). The hotel itself is very nice, well maintained with friendly staff. The rooms are cozy, but smallish (we were a couple with our children... So the extra beds in the room make it completely full. The in-house restaurant The Flave served good food but it is a tad expensive ( 100 euros for a meal - 2 Adults+ 2 children)..

Separate toilet and bathroom area within the room. Just used to both being together... Otherwise not bad.

We liked almost everything there: bathroom, cleanliness, swimming pool, gym, staff (they were always very helpful and friendly!), amenities, location and so on. We were really disappointed with the vegan options for the breakfast and the restaurant: almost none. Even in the fridge in our room were only vegetarian snacks (they did not have any chips or peanuts e.g.). It would be nice also for lactose intolerant people and people who need to feed themselves gluten free, because chips and peanuts would be nice as snacks. Just a tip! But all in all we would stay there again and we recommend the hotel for sure!

We asked to take a look at the breakfast before paying for it, and we were really disappointed: there was no tofu, no soy yogurt (or any other plant based yogurt), no vegan bread, no vegan cut colds, nothing - just salad, jam and fruits, and we can find them at any ordinary breakfast. I really thought that at Novotel, since it is a 4 star hotel, would be way better… at the menu for lunch and dinner the same - nothing vegan. At the fridge in the room, only the beverages were suitable for us.

The breakfast and the coffee machines are amazing. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is not far from the city centre, 2 stations by train S bahn. My kids enjoyed the Fitness centre and the Swimming pool.

We were able to get a good price deal for a Christmas week stay so that was perfect, Novotel is constantly reliable anyway so we were quite familiar with the facilities and amenities. Breakfast spread was quite good and substantial, location was close enough to the city center but still in a more quiet area (but still very much accessible and had good shops and train stations nearby), and staff is always helpful and nice. The availability of an indoor pool and spa was also excellent.

Rooms are quite small but not a big problem and is quite manageable.

I had a great experience at Novotel in Munich. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore Munich. The indoor pool and gym were definite highlights — a nice way to unwind after a day out. My only minor downsides were the breakfast and private parking, both of which felt a bit pricey for what they offered. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely consider coming back!

I booked the upgraded room at the hotel, which was very nice! The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, and the facilities were great as well. The location is great, as you are close to a small shopping centre where you can purchase your essentials, but also the city's underground transport network. There is also a direct train line from the airport to the hotel.

The hotel is slightly towards the expensive side, but remains more cost-effective in comparison to hotels in the Old Town. Furthermore, the breakfast package is also expensive, given that there are cheaper options around the hotel available. The room does not come with a wardrobe (only a clothing rack) and mini-fridge.

Excellent wellness centre with gym, sauna, and showers. Having rituals is a plus! Fantastic staff and policy from the management/hotel as they let us check out at 15 PM for free if we became members (free of charge). Also staff from the bar was very nice. Shout out to Joan for his kindness! Great room in the fourth floor (471) with great views, hot shower, great bed, and very silent. Great location, 10/15 min walk max to the city centre, with supermarkets and shops nearby. We will definitely recommend this hotel !! Thank you 🤗

Convenient transportation. We got a free early check-in after joined the membership program, which was great as our flight arrived quite early in the morning and it was important for us to find a place to take a brief break. The breakfast was good (much beyond my expectation compared to what I had in Berlin), with abundant choices and a satisfactory taste.

The parking fee is not charged on a daily basis. €22 (maximum) is charged for overnight parking, but if you drive out in between, €3 is charged per hour.

Location of the hotel is perfect, close to the main historic sites, we went everywhere on foot ! The interior design and beautiful, cosy arrangement of the airy restaurant , good menu in the bar, marvellous breakfast with some local specialities, professional and friendly hotel staff

The walls in the rooms need repainting or cleaning , they are dirty , and a sofa, where kids slept, is extremly hard to sleep on, also upholstery needs refreshing, I missed mini bar, vault didnt work
