Excellent breakfast with variety of hot foods, muesli/cereal, cheese, cured meats and vegetables. At least 4 coffee machines around the large and bright breakfast area, no waiting for coffee! The location was fantastic - more affordable than the Altstadt but so close by walking or the nearby Rosenheim train stop. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

The description of the hotel in Booking says free wifi but the free wifi was very very slow. There is paid wifi available but I did not try it, I used my cellphone data while at the hotel.

The location is absolute gold - walking distance from the Isar river, 15 minutes walking to Marienplatz and a 5 minute walk to the Rosenheimer platz metro. Some very good eateries nearby - Indian, Pizza, Lebanese, True 12 ice cream (safron flavour is a must try). The hotel itself is very nice, well maintained with friendly staff. The rooms are cozy, but smallish (we were a couple with our children... So the extra beds in the room make it completely full. The in-house restaurant The Flave served good food but it is a tad expensive ( 100 euros for a meal - 2 Adults+ 2 children)..

Separate toilet and bathroom area within the room. Just used to both being together... Otherwise not bad.

Everything was OK except the Beds

Everything was OK except the Beds were really bad for all... the Sofa bad specially has deep hole and is not even. Also main bad was a little small for two.

The location is great if you want to go to the science museum. It is in a short walking distance. there are nice restaurants around the hotel. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is on the small size for 3 persons.

The way that the person at the reception communicated during our check in. It seems that the systems of booking and the hotel are not good coordinated so this cause a confusion in our booking and payment options. This issue was communicated in a way that it seemed it was our fault. Later on, we spoke to another person and he explained the situation and apologies for this coworkers which was very well appreciated.

We liked almost everything there: bathroom, cleanliness, swimming pool, gym, staff (they were always very helpful and friendly!), amenities, location and so on. We were really disappointed with the vegan options for the breakfast and the restaurant: almost none. Even in the fridge in our room were only vegetarian snacks (they did not have any chips or peanuts e.g.). It would be nice also for lactose intolerant people and people who need to feed themselves gluten free, because chips and peanuts would be nice as snacks. Just a tip! But all in all we would stay there again and we recommend the hotel for sure!

We asked to take a look at the breakfast before paying for it, and we were really disappointed: there was no tofu, no soy yogurt (or any other plant based yogurt), no vegan bread, no vegan cut colds, nothing - just salad, jam and fruits, and we can find them at any ordinary breakfast. I really thought that at Novotel, since it is a 4 star hotel, would be way better… at the menu for lunch and dinner the same - nothing vegan. At the fridge in the room, only the beverages were suitable for us.

1-Hotel is very well upkept . 2-All clean throughout. 3-Room amenities were better than expected one of which is the availability of power supply and abundant usb charging points which means the hotel management knows how to be up to date with client needs in this modern day. 4- Breakfast was excellent 5- Play area for kids near reception 6- Snacks and drinks available near reception

1-Ac wasn't strong enough in our room , it wasn't bad but needed to be more powerful for cooling especially for summer. 2-Shower pressure was weak , Also no soap and shampoo in the bathtub (only a fixed point in the shower ) 3-No reserved parking , including a reserve parking option would be a plus for this hotel. 4-Pool children curfew is too early should be at least till 10pm

I was, first and foremost, very impressed with the bed. I had barely slept for 2 days and the comfort of the mattress was a 10 out of 10. It was memory foam, and being so jet lagged and sleep deprived, it was very difficult to get out of bed the first day. The room layout was very nice, the bathroom was on the smaller side but it was big enough, the room came with a stocked mini bar, and the location was very quiet. It sits atop a hill, and a very short walk down it you will find all kinds of different restaurants and ice cream shops.

I really didn't have any complaints on my two nights there. The food was good downstairs and I ate there twice, the prices were a bit high but the food was good. Housekeeping and staff were very attentive to all of my needs the two days I was there. My only real complaint was the fitness center was not equipped with hardly any real weights, just light dumbells and machines I found not particularly good for training on.

Perfect location,only 15 min walk from Marienplaz. Nice and clean rooms, very good breakfast with varieties of dishes. Very pleasant and polite staff. Nice pool and sauna area.

The surround system in the room was unpleasant. No matter how low the sound volume was on tv, the surround one was always the same, with the speaker located in the shower🤷‍♂️😁 The pool.area was very nice and clean, and I was very excited to use it. Unfortunately, It was full of unsupervised kids(even though it was adults only) splashing everything around. No one from the staff or parents seemed to care at the moment.

The breakfast and the coffee machines are amazing. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is not far from the city centre, 2 stations by train S bahn. My kids enjoyed the Fitness centre and the Swimming pool.
