The room was clean and modern with some nice touches like a charger for your phone in a little bag, some reusable bottles for your water to use. The digital checkin experience took a little bit of adjustment but read the instructions and take your time it is relatively easy to get to grips with. There was a bit of a walk to the breakfast partner location, and if it was raining I might have a lesser positive outlook on that, but it was a lovely morning for the walk and the food and service was outstanding. Overall, I liked the experience and the location.

Really nothing that much, but a fridge or cooler of some kind would be nice.

Perfect location for the city centre, whilst also being just out of the main square so it was nice and quiet. The check in process was excellent as we were arriving late (past midnight) but were able to check in online the day before and collect a key for the room from the machine in the lobby. The room and all facilities were very clean.

Only two downsides - the toilet roll holder had fallen off the wall so was on the floor by the time we got in there, not a big deal! The other was the lack of air conditioning, the room was extremely hot (around 30 degrees Celsius) and difficult to cool down, however we were provided with a fan which helped us to sleep.

Second time in a Bob W and still great. Very comfortable rooms, very clean and well organised. Hotel is a good location. Room key stoped working at one point but online chat help resolved this in under 5 mins, very helpful.

The rooms are cosy, there is perhaps not enough room for luggage to be open etc. there is a table and chair in the room which are maybe a little big, and if they were smaller there might be more room for furniture. Only disappointment for us was there was no Bob W tote bag at this property, we were hoping to add to our collection.

Great hotel on a great spot of the city with a parking nearby. Room was nice and comfortable. Great value for the money paid. Breakfast worth the price with a great buffet and food to order, like omelets and coffee made at request. Overall, very amazing hotel.

Lighting in the room could be better: it was very dark due not having a big light on the room, just the hall and some random lamps. Also, the hotel only changes towels and sheets once every four days and no requests can be made to have an early change of towels. Bonus to say: the towels are great, but even so, one change every four days does not seem enough.

Great location! Not smack-bang in the centre of the city, but an easy, less than 10-minute walk to the old town. The rooms was comfortable and the bathroom/shower was high quality. There are plenty of places to grab food & drinks around the hotel and this was greatly convenient. Bread rolls & water were also available for guests at the reception. Overall, I'd stay again!

I wish the room was equipped with a fridge or some sort of feature that could store cold drinks. While there is an elevator between floors, there are a few steps leading up to the elevator on the ground floor - heavy suitcase carriers beware...

It was the most welcoming place for us and our pet. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, breakfast fantastic and the bar offered lovely drinks and snacks in a cosy environment. The location was perfect - walking distance both to the river and to the center of city. Lots of shops & restaurants on our doorstep.

This is not in the way of criticism - we were an older couple and we found the lighting both in the room and bathroom insufficient. Also, there was a very narrow corridor to get around the bed to the bathroom and a big tv screen hung on the wall. One caught their shoulder on the tv when passing in between bed & the wall. Being older we found the logistic around the room a bit tricky. We also missed having a kettle in the room.

The location was nice with a number of walkable bars and restaurants. I would recommend Xavier’s for traditional local Bavarian food and Pacific (something) for great cocktails. Oktoberfest was within walking distance (approx 30 mins). The train station was a short taxi ride (approx €15) and the train to the airport under €40 for 4 adults. The old part of Munch is also a nice stroll (approx 20-30 mins), definitely worth a visit. The hotel was cute, modern and clean. The bed was comfy and there is a place attached for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night drinks which was nice.

There is no air conditioning in the double rooms, It got very warm needing to sleep with the window open. If you are placed at the front of the hotel it could be quite noisy. I’d request the courtyard. The rooms are very small with not a huge amount of hanging space. For a short stay it’s perfect.

The rooms are very clean and simple. The bathroom is nice and the beds are comfortable. Staff were very polite and check in was simple.

There were minimal resources in the room such as a coffee and tea station. I also was placed in the ground floor room and on both mornings staff were doing tasks next to the window such as bringing up items on a lift from the basement. Once window was shut this was blocked out, but was woken at 7am both mornings. Needed windows open as Munich was 30c that weekend. However, all staff were very polite and nice.

Location was Great. Rooms are clean, comfortable and bright. I know the property disclosed in their website that they do not have air con. I thought they would have at least a ceiling fan. The bedrooms were very hot when temperatures reached over 28C and no fan to circulate the air. Also, coffee and tea facilitaes would be nice in future.

The location is very convenient, there is public transport very close to the property and the center is also 5-10 min walking distance. The room was exceptional, very clean and comfy. The communication with Bob was flawless, he checked in a couple of times during our stay to ask if we needed something. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends and I would be booking it again on my next visit.
