The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center. The air-conditioning is good. The rooms are of a good size with a fridge (at least in the main building), but placed in an awkward place to access. The room was well-equipped. One can ask for a hot-water kettle from the reception. Breakfast is wonderful and esthetic. (One note : The chef sprinkles green onion on almost everything, which was problematic for my wife's allergy.) Service at reception was fantastic and extremely helpful, as good as in a 5-star hotel.

The hotel has a new annex where we got our first room. We couldn't breath in the room because of the straw carpet, so we got a replacement room in the main building, The beds in the hotel are a catastrophe with a mattress of only 15 cm. You may ask the hotel for a "topper" that improves the bed a bit. For a couple, if one moves than the other feels it in the mattress. The window curtains don't stop the light very good, so the advice is not to get a street-side room. The bathroom equipment is rather basic. It shares strangely enough a large glass wall with the room which is closed with sliding doors that don't however do a perfect job. The shower is a cheap model, and the sink always has water left at the bottom.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers the perfect location with restaurants, bakeries, fast-food chains, a metro station, and shopping streets all within a 5-minute walk. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are clean. The receptionists are exceptionally friendly and consistently eager to assist guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay.

With exterior temperatures ranging from 0 to 2 degrees, I felt a slight chill coming from the windows, even though they were fully closed. The isolation against outdoor temperatures could be improved for better comfort.

Perfect location in old town Munich. Would definitely stay there again! Clean, modern, good restaurant and wine bar. Within easy walking distance of many sights, restaurants, and things to do. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Showed us everything in the rooms and how to use them. Gave us excellent directions. Took the train to the airport... very easy to do and a lot less expensive than the taxi we used to get to the hotel (taxi accepted cash only and cost us 120 euros with gratuity included.

The location was excellent to walk to everything we wanted to see and restaurants everywhere. The hotel is upscale and chic. The staff here were friendly and never let you walk by without a greeting and offering assistance

Hallways are almost too dark to see to put your key in the door. Breakfast is expensive for more than a couple nights $35 euros

Right in the city centre, next to Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt. Walking distance to everywhere. I chose the hotel also because of the gym, and the gym was just excellent: small (as hotel gyms always are) but so well equipped!

Hotel breakfast a bit expensive but you have so many really nice breakfast cafes next to the hotel that it is not a problem at all. And who wants the same breakfast every morning anyway?

Low key lux decor, lovely staff, quiet yet really central, everything right on the door step, loved that they gave us a voucher for the fab Italian cafe across the road when we didn’t want breakfast with them. But absolute highlight for us was the complimentary hotel bikes …we cycled everywhere with them so felt like locals. They also let us check in early and were really helpful. Really classy hotel.

Very small thing but there is no real lounge area .. there is only a bar or restaurant so if you just want to just hang out and read a book but not stay in your room, you feel like you need to buy a drink etc. But with so many places just outside it’s really not a big deal.

Breakfast was perfect! Our room was located in the neighbour building so, to reach the restaurant we had to go outside at first. However, we have ordered the breakfast to the room and thus, besides the great choice of dishes, had no any kind of inconvenience in that matter. The room great, in spit eof the facing the street it was pretty quiet during the night thanks to a good noise protection. Location cannot be better: three minutes from the city centrum, any time you can reach your room back for the rest and then continue siteseeing. Bottle of water every day has been appreciated indeed. Staff professionalism is outstanding! Always willing to help and very effective in that matter!

Nothing in particular. There is a choice of pillows offered by the hotel, You can find the "menu card" on the desk close to the bed. However, would be nice if that point could be stressed at the reception desk during the check in process. I simply could not slip properly at first night due to the pretty tough pillow.

Service was excellent, facilities were great, location could not be better. Great value for money for rooms of that size in such a central location. German food could be a challenge for our small children, we werw able to use the kitchette in our room to make dinner for them.

Bed was uncomfortable and sagged on the first night. This was replaced for us when requested for the second night.

The staff of the hotel - 10/10. Location also All employees that were working on that day left me with the best impression of how should the guests be treated. Keep up the good work.

No smoking area for smokers. Especially when there is an exclusive Cuban cigar shop on the other side of the street, but smoking a premium cigar is prohibited. Why? Can't understand it. Even though, to smoke a cigarette I had to choose between sitting in front of a smelly dumpster or standing outside the hotel doors.
