The room was clean and bright. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help us with some extra blankets etc. The bed was comfortable.

I didn’t realize that breakfast was 20 euros per person - we went to the grocery store nearby for some fruit and nuts.

As we have been to Munich previously, we chose this hotel because it was near the train station and other places that we were familiar with. The staff were extremely friendly, and we always felt welcomed. The breakfast choice was excellent each morning. We had a packed lunch on the last morning provided as we had to leave early and had already paid for the breakfast. When we asked them to make up the room, it was of a high standard with fresh towels provided, and we also had bottled water, which was an added bonus. As we stayed for 17 nights, this made our holiday very relaxing

The shower was a bit on the small side

Great location for the train station, only a 10 minute walk, and the main centre. The station is very busy with building works but straightforward to navigate. The two guys on reception were very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy. The room was clean and tidy, it had all that we needed. The shower was cubicle was smallfor my husband, but he managed. Loved the complimentary bottle of water and bag of haribos. We arrived earlier than the check in time and our room was ready so we were able to check in early. It was really useful on the last day to be able to use the luggage storage facilities. We didn't have breakfast as there were plenty of places around to eat. Highly recommend.

On the last day, a lady was at reception, who wasn't the friendliest.

The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and explore. Despite being central, the room had excellent acoustic windows and walls, which really helped with comfort and quiet. Everything was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our room faced the street, so it was a bit noisy at times—understandable given the central location. That said, with the windows closed and some earplugs, it wasn’t a problem and didn’t affect our sleep. Just something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper.

The location was outstanding. Five mins walk to main train station, 10 minutes into the old city and about 10 minutes again to the Octoberfest grounds. The breakfast was brilliant including hot options such as scrambled eggs, hash browns and bacon. Well worth the money!

The rooms were a little small and quite hot due to the weather in Munich. When we stayed it was 30 degrees and the room became very hot. Thankfully we were provided with a small fan to keep cool at night.

This property is in a good location, about a 10 minute walk from the main train station, and a 10 minute walk from Karlsplatz with lots of underground, train and bus connections. The staff were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. The cookies and apples at reception each day were a nice and appreciated touch. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

The bed was a bit firm for our tastes, but would be comfortable for someone preferring a firm bed.

The room was super quiet and curtains blocked out the morning light. We expected some night noise from the surrounding venues but heard nothing. Its a budget hotel like an ibis so expect the room to be small, but it had everything you require. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to store our milk in their reception fridge so we could have cereal and a cuppa in the morning. Great location for the Oktoberfest, just a 20 min walk away.

We were all pleased with the breakfast. Lots of choices. Eggs, sausages, fruit and savory bar, wonderful breads, etc. The staff was very helpful and very attentive to the room both in keeping food available and cleaning up when people left. The room is cheery and cozy with multiple languages flowing and kind of a United Nations feel.

The room was minimal which was fine with us. We knew we would be out and about most of the time. There were 3 twin beds, a fan was included because there was no ac. The bathroom was small. Only a shampoo/body liquid soap available. It was located across the small street from a bar where soccer finals were being held. Very loud until 4am or so. The street sweeper comes every morning. We kept the window open because of heat and heard street noise all night. One person slept with noise canceling headphones.

Met 3 different receptionist during my stay and they were all very accommodating and friendly. Was there recently during winter and the room itself is really comfortable. The hotel is situated near the city centre about 7 mins walk and 8 mins walk to Munich HBF, in case you are backpacking or carrying a big luggage you don’t have to worry about paying Uber as you can just walk over to the station. It’s also a bonus for the Muslim travellers as you can conveniently find halal food downstairs next and opposite to the hotel.

The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. There were nice amenities in the room, coffee maker, etc. Location near train station and old city was very convenient. The receptionist during check-in was great and very helpful. We were able to leave our bags prior to our room being available and they provided a lock for added security. I saw one complaint in the comments that the receptionist saw the person struggling with the lock but that is a lie. Reception is located at the entrance. The location of luggage is one floor up behind a staircase.

The breakfast, which offered many selections, was overpriced. There are nice cafes close by which are cheaper. There were two staff members at reception that were rude and nasty. I think one of them, an older woman, is also the manager and she sent very rude messages when I contacted in advance. I tried to cancel my reservation because of her but it was too late. Although the rest of the staff were very pleasant including the lovely young lady at reception when we checked in. The only other concern is not within control of the property and that is the neighborhood. There are casinos, betting halls, and strip clubs right next to the hotel. This was uncomfortable when coming back late at night.
