Excellent, central location. The room facing the courtyard was very quiet. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Bed and room were comfortable and very clean. Coffeemaker was a great addition to the room. Unfortunately, both days no cups were provided so I had to go to reception. Minor issue and quickly solved. The corridors are a bit of a maze. All in all a great stay and I would definitely book again.

Happy with this hotel, expectations were met. The hotel was clean, beautiful interior, comfortable beds and had good breakfasts.

Poor soundproofing, you can hear cars that drive near the hotel, voices of people from the street. But it is not critical. There was no shampoo and hair conditioner in the room, which is a disadvantage. There was only liquid hand soap.

I stayed only one night but enjoyed this quaint little hotel. I had a standard room on the 5th floor under the roof. It was comfortable, had air conditioning and everything I needed. I was very comfortable but I can imagine that the bathroom may be too small for larger people.

The hotel was really pretty - stylish and also comfortable. It was clean, and the room was a decent size. The bed was super comfy with good pillows. Close to the center. A big added value is the friendly front desk personnel - I would like to thank them to make us feel welcome.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious for our family of three. The breakfast was very complete, the staff was kind and welcoming and even gave us recommendations for our next trip in Köln. Love the location! Right next to the Munich’s main train station.

I had a fantastic stay at Boutique Hotel Germania. The staff were outstanding professional, funny, and incredibly helpful, which made the experience feel warm and personal. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to get around. My room was a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The air conditioning was a great relief during warmer days, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable ideal for a good night’s rest. I also appreciated having a full bath, which added a nice touch of relaxation to my stay.

The only minor downside was some noise from people outside in the evening and renovation work early in the morning but the hotel informed me ahead of time, which I appreciated. Thankfully, I was tired enough from enjoying Munich that I still slept well.

Really lovely hotel, excellent value for money - it felt a lot more "deluxe" than the price we paid would suggest! The staff at the check in desk were so friendly and really helpful. The beds were very comfy and the room was spotless, we booked a triple room and thought we would have a double bed and one single, but all three were single beds, which was a nice surprise. The free tea and Nespresso coffee in the room was also a great bonus. The location is perfect as well, very short walking distance from the train and bus stations and from the old town centre. We were a bot worried we might hear a lot of noise from the nearby casino but we didn't at all.

We didn't opt to buy breakfast at the hotel as we felt it was too expensive, a more affordable option might be better. There are a number of nice coffee shops in the local area though for breakfast.

Really great location, an easy 3 or 4 minute walk from the central train station. Big supermarket and a variety shop directly across the street. The staff were really kind and helpful and there's a luggage storage facility if you arrive before the allocated check-in time. Super comfy bed, great shower and a small fridge in the wardrobe. The room and bathroom were tiny, but it's to be expected in a big European city at this great price point.
