The food was nice, and the bar was great, especially the very welcoming staff. The lady helped me check in earlier, right after my arrival. The location was pretty good, in front of the metro station and right beside ESO and other scientific institutions.

Very nice clean rooms, excellent breakfast. great location - near the underground station and many Max Plank institutes. Staff was also helpful.

Parking is kind of problematic: actually there is no parking place as all slots are either for disabled persons or booked for TUM employees. After few circles I still parked at one of such slots assuming that we probably are allowed to shortly park there to get (in/out) your luggage. The person at the reception confirmed this guess, but it would be good to have an official short period parking slots... Concerning the underground parking, the price seem to be too high (22 EUR/day), taking into account that in ~40 meters there is a public parking (1 EUR for 24 hours)

Absolute great hotel. Fresh, clean, new, fantastic public transport connection, plenty of cheap parking around. Very nice and helpful staff (special thanks to Renata, and her positive words for everyone)

Paying additional 25 Euro for dishes in case of stays for less than 15 days, is a bit of a con. Why do people stay in Apart'hotels in the first place? What do you need the kitchenette for if no pots or cutlery are provided? I stayed in countless Apart'hotels, this one is the first I came across, implementing this strange policy

The bathroom door is semitransparent. I think it's awkward. Otherwise everything was fine.

The new hotel where Stellaris upgraded me was very nice.

I unfortunately do not know how to rate Stellaris hotel, because upon arrival the receptionist informed me that we were booked to a different hotel - this one was just accross the patio, but we did not know about this before and I reserved Stellaris for location and possibility to cook in the small kitchen for me and my kid. The new hotel was nice, but did not have a kitchenette. The receptionist in Stellaris sadly did not care that this situation complicated my stay. They did not try to explain why they changed my reservation without prior notice.

The location of this place is excellent. Very close to the train station and because it's at the start of U6, you always find a seat. The room is spacious, especially for wheelchair users. The breakfast had a nice selection and choice of food.

The door to get in is extremely heavy for someone in a wheelchair. The tap in the bathroom is in the wrong place, it's too close to the edge of the counter and one gets wet. The hangers were too high for me to use, I couldn't put the hanger back! The tap for the kitchen sink is too far away (exact opposite to the bathroom's tap!) All the shelves are too high in the kitchen for a wheelchair user to use.

The rooms are very close to the train station which is at the end (or beginning) of the line. One is always guaranteed a seat. So, location is excellent. One can enjoy a picnic by a small lake which is also pleasant. Room was spacious, especially for a wheelchair. In fact, the whole room was wheelchair friendly and that was my main requirement. Having a fridge, and mini kitchen was great.

The tap in the kitchen was difficult to get to (at the back of the basin). The tap in the bathroom was too close to front and one got wet. I couldn't reach any shelves in the kitchen, they were too high. Hangers in cupboards were too high for me to reach, too. Room was cleaned once a week, but if you wanted new towels, it was no problem.

I was visiting TUM campus so the location is perfect. The apartments fit the travel budget of the business trips I’m research, which is good :-) For those visiting Munich, the direct U6 connection to the city is definitely an asset. In the hotel: bar, snacks and some choice of warm food available until 22. Really great!

The apartments are a great choice for visiting researchers. Availability of a kitchenette in the room is an advantage. This means, however, that the smell of various cuisines stays in the Room for some time at least. Those very sensitive shall be aware.
