had to book due to flight cancellation. reception had to handle a lot of similar cases late at night but was very efficient and kind. even morning reception staff were very efficient organising taxis for all back to airport

Large, fresh room with lots of light and space and one of the best rainfall showers I have ever experienced at a hotel. The breakfast was excellent and you are across the road from a great supermarket so easy to get whatever you need during your stay. Around a 1km walk to some great restaurants in Garching and the metro station.

As a business hotel catering to international guests English channels on the TV should be available. They had dubbed US shows and movies but the only language selection in the menu is German (I tried changing on all channels). Only English news channels available. I also think that an in room iron and fridge should be standard. They did bring me an iron when I asked. Small things for an otherwise excellent stay!

The location of the hotel is perfect for business travel which I had. The staff that welcomed me at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I liked the option of a vending machine with drinks available 24/7. The hotel room was prepared perfectly. It was nice that there was a wide selection of milks for the coffee.

there's nothing I didn't like. But maybe the side, oat milk, might have an option to heat it up. But I probably could have asked the staff for heating it up.

Great and modern hotel. Very nice rooms. Close to the stadium as it is 1 U-Bahn station away and in the opposite direction to majority of the crowd. The parking under the hotel is too small but there's a big parking right next to the hotel. Breakfast is very good. Dinner menu very limited but the food was tasty.

Pillows are way too soft. Restaurant staff were friendly. However, when we asked for tap water we got only bottled water. Also, when we ordered a burger we were asked if we wanted cheese on it. At no point were we told that it's extra nor does it say on the menu. Comes back with two and a half euros per slice of cheese. Considering that the burger already costs 20 euros it's a bit too much. Receptionist that served us stunk of cigarettes while talking to us and was very distracted. Each question he asked 2-3 times.

The location is wonderful, with close proximity to public transport, making it easy to get anywhere really fast. There are also parking garages and a supermarket nearby, providing everything you need. This hotel is ideal for business travelers. A bonus for me, which might not matter to most people, is that the hair dryer in the room is on a Dyson level—extremely powerful and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised and loved it.

The only downside was that early check-in wasn't possible despite my request weeks before arrival. However, considering the hotel was fully booked due to Euro 2024, I understand the situation.

The Hotel was amazing. The staff were above and beyond helpful in every way. Excellent location for transport. Amazing Taxi driver from hotel to airport.

The towels in the room were very small (especially for bigger people, like us). Would have liked a little fridge (for keeping insulin and drinks in). A mirror next to the TV by the plug socket would have been useful. This is not criticism it's just advice.

My girlfriend and I and our little dog went to Munich. As it was our first time in a hotel with a dog, we didn't know how they would behave because we had a dog with us. The bulls were polite and immediately put a bed and a toilet mat in our room. The hotel is modern and set away from the city in a business concern. There's an Edeka store next door, which is great if you can't find anything to match it in their restaurant or rooftop bar. You are like 15min from Olympic park and arround 30min from center of the city

All ok

It was a work trip and there was 9 of us staying 2 nights. We were all super happy with the Hotel and the very modern feel of the entrance and rooms. It’s super close to the train station which is a short safe walk away.

Not possible to order tea or coffee outside of breakfast times any day of the week but on a Sunday you would have to travel a train ride to get a coffee which was the suggestion of front of house as the coffee facilities that were there and visibly to us we’re only for Corporate or the football team!! Monday to Saturday there is a Supermarket with Cafe which isn’t ideal but at least possible.

it was not explained to me why was my credit card authorization amount 50 € higher than the price agreed on booking.com. I was calling you on the phone like crazy about the mistake until I got someone to tell me this is going to work out just fine. you should inform your customers that it takes app. 14 days before you really charge for the room. And that the extra 50 € is used only if something was wrong with the room after you left.

Large quiet room, comfortable bed, nice shower and cleaning products. Very nice restaurant serving a brilliant breakfast selection, and a nice selection at dinner time. Great parking facilities. The hotel is in an excellent location with the Alianz Arena only being 4 minutes away by local train (5 minute walk). Everywhere is spotless, and all the staff are super helpful.
