Basically everything; the breakfast was very nice and I liked that it was very private. It was nearby my work at TUM, and had a reasonable desk to set up my laptop on and work in the evening.

The bed and blankets were quite stuffy, and the room was very cold when I arrived. It would have been nicer if there were some bed sheets provided aside from the full-mattress sheet, and then the one duvet. In particular, the temperature of the room was extremely cold when I arrived and it took most of the night for it to warm up, which combined with the relatively thick and stuffy duvet blanket, made bed sweats very difficult to avoid.

Self Registration for personal information can be done online minutes before checking into the Hotel. Self CheckIn is 24/7 and takes less then 5 Minutes. Cards are coded by self-service during a guide process as instructred by a large tablet by the hotel entry. Very uncomplicated, no issues

Booked a studio with kitchen, didnt get a room that resembled it. The room was ground floor and had a large balcony, so I was content anyway. Prices were a bit on the higher end, but the hotels quality checks out.

Best location for visiting MOC Munich if you are exhibiting there. Metro - 10 min walking away. 3 stops and you are there. 30 min by metro to Munich center if you wish. But if you come to Munich as tourist and want to discover the city - I would recommend the hotel in the city center of course. But for my purposes the location was perfect. Room is big, spasious and comfortable. The hotel is located on the quiet street, no noice from the street at all. Breakfast - you order it in the room and for me it was good and enough. The products were chosen with love and quality was perfect. A few supermarkets in walking distance as well as few restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend!

In the morning the reception is closed, so I guess you need to discuss in advance if you can leave your luggage if needed.

it was in the middle of nowhere iwth the munich prices so... Also, there is a self check in, so if you want t have your room ealrier/have any issues good luck with calling them (i havent got any issues but im just saying that i donot trust self check in/outs, i would rather talk with someone/ be available for me whenever i want)

I have never tried this concept before. You order nine items for breakfast online the night before and decide on a time. If you say 7:00, the breakfast arrives at 7:00:00 outside your hotel door. The only thing I missed was fresh milk; otherwise, it would have been fine. I later discovered a slightly smaller breakfast with six items—"eco."

Easy check in after reception opening hours with a ipad. Cosy room. Clean and with love to details. Great breakfast and freshly baked glutenfree buns.

The coffee on the room was premixed with whitner and sugar. I prefere just coffee. The brought variety of kinds of teas compensated it for me. 😀

B&B in the small town outside Munich. Close and convinient way to/from the airport. abot 7 min walking to U6 metro station - easy access to Munich center (around 35 min). Big room, clean and quiet. You can leave your luggage and check in early (to get the keys) even if the room not ready. MOC Munich is 3 stops away, so if you have any event to visit there - just perfect place. Kitchen - well equiped you you need it. Supermarket is close by. Definitely recommended for business stay.

Coffee machine at the reception would be great. I had a capsule coffee machine in the room but.. no capsules - at least one would be great for the morning. My rooom was in the basement - no window, and starting from 9 am I belive strange sound of the fan (but its off for the night). For me was no problem, because I just slept there.

The breakfast is really good. A bit annoying that you have to submit your request before 8pm every day. But they were flexible a couple of times when I submit it passed 8pm.

The property doesnt have an elevator, so if you are carrying heavy luggage that is going to be a problem. Also, beware that on Sundays the reception might be closed in the afternoon, so you have to call them by phone to tell them you are there. This might be a problem if your phone doesnt work well overseas.

The location is about 10 minutes walk from the Garching Subway station. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Breakfast is served in room and there is no separate breakfast room. One has to book the breakfast menu the previous evening by 8pm, which is a bit odd. The reception is open only in the evening and if you arrive in the morning, you have to call the receptionist on phone. He comes promptly to assist you, but it is a bit irritating.
