Simple but very attractive room design, with well thought-out kitchenette. Very comfortable bed with crisp cotton sheets. Quiet locality although in the middle of the town and nice to be able to open the windows on to small balcony. Very clean. Very close to u-bahn so easy access to centre of Munich. Supermarket, bakeries and restaurants in Garching within a minute's walk.

The code to get into the room seemed quite long, and although it was supposed to be a shortened version after the first time, we found we had to put the long code in each time to get access. (Don't go out without the code to get back in!!) The shower was hand-held but I suspect that may be fixed.

Our trip was focussed to football Match Bayern and visit City. For these activities is it absolutely perfect place. There is situated two station north from of Allianz arena. Outside of the lot of people trawelling on football. Journey to City by U-Bahn is absolutely easy too. Garching is small, nice, quiet town.

"BE CARREFULL" with automatic check in system. System is completely solved automaticaly and owner of accomodation doesn´t pressume that people are going on holiday and do not want spent time by on-line checking. I had problem with access systome of LIMEHOME and had to solve by phone and mail. Day before trip I received e-mail, that check in is correct, but when we arrived check in was not completed and we spent 1 hour in front of doors, by managing to recieve access code again by e-mail.

location with U-Bahn just around the corner and bus stops too and restaurants, quiet room considering the quiet surroundings, most amenities one would expect (maybe they could have detergent for washing included), good Wifi.

mattress in the bed a bit too soft for my taste, instead of sheet+blanket one has simply a duvet and i struggle to get comfortable in such conditions. The absence of a curtain on the shower makes it impossible not to get messy during/after showering, maybe a point to revise with a movable curtain even (no need for rigid glass/structure)

The room was great. It had everything one could need. Smartly decorated, good sized television and even a welcome gift was presented. The process of checking in and checking out was digital and very convenient for someone used to such things. I can imagine that for some this may be stressful however.

It is a shame that the first impression when you arrive is spoiled by the entrance to the building. The steps leading to the main entrance were full of rubbish, ash and cigarette butts. Indeed, my heart sank and i was then worried about what the accommodation might be like. However, the room was then great after all.

I stayed twice in this property. The first time for 1 week. The second time for nearly 2 weeks. It is a small apartment, with all basic kitchen utensils, a nice bathroom and a nice bed. It has an excellent location, in the centre of Garching, 1 minute from the supermarket, metro station, restaurants, bakeries. I highly recommend it. I had a small issue in the night I arrived -- the plugs in the kitchen were not working (a fuse down) so I could not cook, there was no power in the fridge. I called the assistance, but they could not get someone to check the fuse box, as it was Sunday night. I spoke to the cleaning staff the next morning and they quickly solved the issue. Everything else was very smooth during my stay.

I really could not get used to the pillows. Too big and too thin. Next time, I will bring my own. other than that, the property is excellent!

I went for a meeting in the nearby research center, and Limehome in Garching was perfect. Right next to the metro connecting both to Munich and the research center. The latter is even in walking distance.

I wouldn't say dislike, but when you arrive from overseas, and just want to get to the hotel and rest it is cumbersome if you have to wait for the entrance codes and you have to have working internet. I had a similar problem the week before in Italy and hence got a SIM card for Europe. So when I still had none of those codes 30 min before checking in I could call Limehome, and the guy answering was very helpful.He sent the codes directly to my phone. But expecting that everyone arriving in Germany has a working phone and internet makes things complicated for some travellers. Would it be so hard to send the codes a day earlier, before people start their trip, perhaps even by plane?

Free parking in front of the building. Location very close to supermarket and subway station. Calm part of the city. Kitchen is equiped with all needen apliances and kitchenware.

Bathroom is small and shower doesnt have curtain, so when you are done, the whole bathroom is wet. Kitchen is small with very little space for cutting/preparing meals.

Location, supermarkets and restaurants and subway near by. Room had all i needed. Was in a quiet place in Garching but luckily the city is not crowded anyway nor with night life (love it like it is)

Bed mattress too soft and pillows too big. Curtains on the window don't block all the daylight (should be trivial to fix).

Everything with the room was very good - it was clean and well equipped.

There was a noise from outside during all time - because of the big street in front of the building. And it was too hot summer weather to close the windows. Most probably not all rooms are at the noisy side of the hotel building.

The location was great - right next to a metro station, very calm, with several restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were very well thought through; relatively small but comfortable and functional including a small but well-equipped kitchenette.

The shower cabin could have been better - it was easy to flood the bathroom. It would have been nice to have an option of 2 single beds as an alternative to one double for a stay with friends. Shame there wasn't a common living room area.
