The facilities were very modernist and everything was very clean.

There was no amenities or complementary toiletries to take a bath, such as shampoo or body cream. I had to stay for few hours due to a cancelled flight and unfortunately I couldn’t take a shower because of this. I also ordered a taxi for 4:15 am and as I got to the lobby there was no one at this time to take me to the airport, there was more people waiting for the service so we had to share the taxi once it arrived. Also the check in process took like 15 to 20 minutes which I find too long.

The hotel represented in a good way Motel One standard - so everything was as expected. You receive good quality for a good money. The breakfast was very good. I was travelling by car, but the location at the U-6 station is just perfect. If you like visit Munich - great communication. Close to the airport. Underground parking in place.

The Motel One standard are tiny rooms but with everything you need. So do not expect to much amenities, big rooms etc. For me those are great hotels if I am travelling and need to stay overnight or for business travel where I spend in the hotel just few hours, and the rest is on meetings outside of the hotel. So nothing negative

The place was nice, and overall I had a good stay. The only little issue I had was with the elevator sound because it was hearable from my room and was waking me up early in the morning (5:30/6 am). Maybe the volume could be set lower to avoid disturbance to guests.

It was great and the best experience at this hotel as my first time ever staying at this type of hotel. The staff was super friendly and nice and responsive to messages. They even made sure my AirPods and son’s toy got back to us safely.

Everything was amazing

Next to bus and metro station, it has bar area/terrace to drink, garage underground (bit narrow entrance-10euro cost).

Breakfast variety is not worth the price 17eur, limited space/ tables available. Either you get proper table to sit or need find low table next to bar which is less convenient .

VERY last minute booking after a cancelled flight. Easy to get an Uber there. 24 hour desk checked us in at 1am. Free brekkie with loads of delicious vegan options. Easy check out. Would recommend for that emergency layover. Room was clean and new feeling.

The room was clean and had everything you need during work travel. Next to the subway station.

Staff were very polite - took their time so there was a bit of a queue at check-in - but after that, the checkout process was a breeze compared to many other hotels I've stayed at. Compared to the options that are available in the very near vicinity, I think it's the best option you might get. Breakfast was very good - not amazing or stellar, but everything was fresh and tasty. Rooms are exceptionally clean, location is where I needed it, overall the hotel is great.

I can't think of anything - maybe only the fact that the main way to get to the rooms is by using the elevator, and sometimes it gets crowded (breakfast) so getting to the reception is far better using the stairs. Those could be more signage, so guests would be aware that there is also this option - to use the stairs.

breakfast is super. Design and vibe is modern and cozy. Room is clean and staff fairly friendly.

6-8 mins walk to the nearest Edeka and no other choice of shops around.

This is the perfect place for one night close to Munich. The bed is comfortable, and the room is nice and clean. The breakfast is decent but very average.
