Everything was just as described in the offer, if not better. The hotel is located in a small town near Munich, but it's only a 2-5 minute walk to the U-Bahn station, from where you can reach the city center (Marienplatz) in 22 minutes. The room was clean, and the bathroom was comfortable. I saw some reviews mentioning that the rooms are too small for 3 people. In my opinion, they are sufficient for a comfortable short stay. Parking behind a barrier is included in the room rate. We were very satisfied.

A downside—though it doesn't affect my overall rating (since the room description doesn't promise otherwise)—is the lack of air conditioning and a frigde (even a small one), and the fact that the hotel is located in the M-1 transport zone (tickets for public transportation are slightly more expensive than in the M zone).

The location was one stop from the Allianz Arena which was the purpose of our visit. The room was spacious and very clean. Shutters on the windows meant the room was very dark at night, and we slept very well, too well, as we missed breakfast all three mornings! Indoor and outdoor space was great and a short walk to the train station.

Menus were not in English so had to ask for a translation from the lovely lady who ran the bar. Not a huge issue.

Everything. A perfect hotel with very good prices. First of all we appreciated the fact that we booked a triple room (2 adults and one child), but we could stay without any problems 2 adults and 2 children. The room was spacious enough also for 4 persons. Everything was cleaned. The food in the restaurant was also very good and to a fair price. And a big thank you to the hotel's staff. They were all very, very nice and helpful. One big plus was for us also the fact that the hotel is 2 min walking to a Metro Station. We will come for sure back next time when we are in München.

Nothing was a problem for us. Ok, it's true that the hotel is not very new and the furniture as well, but this is absolutely normal. If somebody wants to stay in a very new and stylish Hotel then they have to pay a different price.

Very good location, U6-bahn station is only 3 minutes what is the best public trasport to travell into Allianz Arena or to downtown of Münich. Despite the busy traffic junction, it is a quiet neighborhood, nothing disturbed us at night. The beergarten of the hotel is fantastic. Traditional foods and beer!

Equipments in the room are limited.

Breakfast was good, but a little expensive. Location was good, out of the city, but an underground station just across the road, only about 20 minutes into the city centre

Went for football and to visit Munich. Ideal for U bahn , a real football pub with many fans there before and after game. Simple but good menu. Staff geared up to be busy and worked their socks off. Buffet breakfast more than adequate. Location easy to find and park.

Not really hotel's problem but zone banding and ticket pricing on U bahn not clear. Also if you are going to the Allianz there is nothing really there apart from a great stadium so have a beer and food before you get the U Bahn to the stadium.

It was a very confortable place around a quiet area, which is amazing for those who want to sleep very well at night. The service was good with great cleanliness. Very close to the metro. Nothing to complain about.

It was a little bit expensive, but I suppose it was due to the oncoming Oktoberfest

Appears to be a family-run hotel + restaurant, everyone was courteous both on the hotel and the restaurant side. Room was clean and bathroom was quite spacious. The hotel has a parking area at the back foe the customers. Good portion sizes at the restaurant, and what was served was like in the pictures. I'm giving it a 9 as everything was as expected.

There were no negative surprises

The staff are great. The food is good. Fantastic location only 25 mins to Munich center by train.

Very close to a busy main road. So noisy with the window open or closed.

The property is run by a family that cares for their guests. Such a friendly place. The restaurant / Bar is clean and friendly, as the Lobby Staff and Cleaning Crew, all friendly and helpful. I thank them greatly for a GREAT WEEK with them!!!

The Beer Glass kept emptying too quickly, but that may have been MY FAULT ;)
