Absolutely perfect three night stay here. Location was excellent for the Allianz Arena, which was the reason for my trip. I was travelling alone but was made to feel very welcome at the hotel. Without exception, all personnel encountered were so friendly and professional. Seems like a basic thing, but it's rare to find in such establishments these days. Bedroom was very comfortable, great balcony, very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and freshly stocked. Service staff in restaurant were absolutely amazing, even on the weekend! Usually weekends are covered by untrained, irregular personnel, but not here. Everyone took great pride in their roles and provided top service.

The ambience of the place was very nice and there was a lot of greenery around the property, easy access to the Ismaning S-Bahn station. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Due to the heat we had asked for a table fan which they provided and it made the heat more bearable. The beds were comfortable, and there were adequate electrical sockets around the room. The Sauna was clean and neat and we had a good experience using it. They also had a jacuzzi and aroma-therapy rooms which we did not use.

The rooms did not have good ventilation and we felt very stuffy due to the ongoing heat wave. The hotel provided us with a fan on request to help. The breakfast spread did not have many vegetarian/vegan options. The toilet paper was very thin and uncomfortable to use.

I liked everything about the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, and the room's view and location exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and spoke fluent English which made my stay amazing. They were incredibly gentle.

The pillows could be updated for better comfort. Just a comment, the cigarette smell is strong in the common areas, for non-smokers visitors this is inconvenient.

We booked Hotel am Schlosspark due to its proximity to MUC and to its S8 station to Munchen OST. It was a lovely walk from the station to the hotel (even with suitcases). Thankful for a lift to move luggage to our room. Lovely sunroom breakfast area with wide variety of morning foods. And we were thankful to be removed from the hustle bustle of Oktoberfest in Munchen.

Munich and its surrounds were very busy in the week I travelled. I had wanted to stay in Garching but there was no availability so I ended up at this hotel which was extremely clean and tidy and located by a park which was great for a stroll on arrival. The breakfast offered an excellent selection.

I ordered a taxi the night before but was told in the morning that there were no taxis and I would have to catch a bus. I asked how I could pay on the bus and was told 'I don't know'. The bus was actually very convenient (and the driver let me travel for free as he couldn't/wouldn't take my 10 Euro note) and I wish I had been told the night before that it was the better option. Both receptionists were quite abrupt, and not very helpful.

Wonderful hotel breakfast. Secure underground parking garage. Great elevator. Huge room with desk and generous closets. Very fast WiFi. Beautiful setting beside a park. Nice large quiet balcony. Large windows. Amazing bathroom with bright lighting and good shower. Very good restaurant facility. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing I could complain about.

Well organised hotel witha great breakfast, friendly informative staff, a SPA in the basement free of charge ( at least the Sauna) and a cozy hotel resteraunt with lovely food, good beer and service. Next to a park one can even get out to stretch ones legs and god also to some good local bars and resteraunts.

Good location and good value for money. Parking is very handy. Access to restaurant with very good food. Nice to have a large balcony in the room. Staff very friendly.

Moss on the balcony, could have been cleaned up for a nicer experience. Roof is leaking in breakfast room - water was dropping onto me. Breakfast could be better also - very limited options (but you get what you pay for).

Accessibility was super easy. The breakfast was brilliant and very clean facility. Loved the ambiance of the restaurant and the choices on the menu. Would recommend any day.

Nice rooms, free parking, very good breakfast, location is good for accessing different institutes in Garching, nearby there is a good swimming pool.

There was no fridge in the room, no teakettle.
