The room was very well kept and modern at the same time. It got cleaned everyday and it was very comfortable.

The only drawback was the location as it was quite far from Marienplatz (about 43 minutes train). Also, from where the train drops you off, you would need to walk a 15 minute walk to arrive to the hotel and after a long day, walking and roaming around the city, we were very tired and did not look forward for the walk especially. However, it was quite close to the Bayern FC football ground which was a bonus point for us as we wanted to go and watch a game.

Old but well refurbished and very clean hotel. Good restaurant and bar at the Reception level. Well organized room, with all one needs inside, inluding ironing board, hairdrier, etc. Good working desk for laptop, confortable armchair for reading or using laptop with your feet up. Daily cleaning, very polite and helpful staff in all functions. Good breakfast with enough options. 3-5 very good restaurants around, at 10-12 minutes walk: an Italian pizza place, a Greek taverna and an Indian restaurant. Aldi supermarket right in front of the hotel, others around.

Do not hope for window view, landscape is poor, the hotel is in the outskirts, but it works great if you go to some of the car manufacturer offices around it. The fruit salad at breakfast was constantly almost entirely made of apple chops, not really appealing.

Excellent location for what we wanted to do and see, the check in and bar staff were brilliant and couldn't do more for you.

Fridge would have been nice but we had a standard room, the upgrade rooms might have had one. Not the greatest soundproofing at times but we slept through both nights with no issues.

I had accidentally booked our room for the wrong date ( and there was a NO cancellation policy on my reservation) BUT the front desk receptionist took great time to help change our stay to the correct date without any any extra funds. VERY grateful for that help: we were some very tired travelers! Thank you!

A generally good hotel, with experience in services. Room size ok, clean, bed comfort ok, breakfast ok, functional facilites. Staff is kind and prompt to help. Good restaurants available in the area at 8-10 minutes walk (Indian, Greek, etc.). Nice bar in the lobby, taxis autside at reasonable price.

It may be time to be a bit renovated. Nothing critical.

Everything was clean, the staff was super nice and friendly, the bed and everything in the room was comfy, and most of all I liked that our dogs were welcome too. Shops and a couple of restaurants were located nearby, as well as car rentals.

It was some way to the train station.

Really quiet clean well managed hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable

The parking on the street is free, but we still got a parking ticket!! Apparently there is a sign, which is blue with a red cross, this indicates no parking on one side. We parked OK on the street after that - it is a safe quiet road and I recommend you park on the street, just be aware of the sign!

Nice and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, 10 min car drive from train station with parking and ride, very good for oktoberfest

We had a misunderstanding at check-in that was quickly resolved the day after, i prefer showers to bathtubs in the bathroom

The room was very spacious, clean and had all the necessary equipments for a good stay.

It is a bit too far from the city, but honestly the price is reasonable compared to other places, so that justifies it.

The staff is nice and helpful. The room is clean. The free apple and coffee in the lobby is nice. The free washer and dryer is exceptionally convenient for long stays. Room sound proof is better than most hotels.

Wish there was a gym.
