This hotel is well suited for those driving to Munich. The parking place is free and big - the nearby parking of a tennis club ensures that nobody will miss a parking place. All was clean, staff very businesslike. The area was very calm. We didn't go for breakfast and had no time to test the spa/swimming pool but the spa terrace looked very inviting :) It's a nice idea to put a big terrace for breakfast. There is a big supermarket next to the hotel in case you forgot to bring some necessities. Also, gas station, several car-hire companies and car repair shops are right next to the hotel, which may come in handy if anything happens to your car. For a quick snack, McDonalds and Subway are also next to the hotel.

Not complaining, but the truth is that this hotel is far from the central Munich. Also, there is not even a small fridge in the room. Still, the price/quality ratio was good, perhaps because we arrived on a weekday.

I have noticed that a lot of hotels in Germany have this strange setup with two single beds which I find very uncomfortable. The Infinity had proper double beds. They had a great bar area, comfortable seating to sit and do work in if needed. Breakfast was great, the drinks were great. Room was quiet, comfortable, air con worked well.

Only thing that I didnt like is the automatic light in the bathroom. It comes on automatically which is not great in the middle of the night. Theres no option to turn it on and off manually or dim the light so it just comes on full power when youve been asleep for hours, its really unpleasant.

Hotel is a big business hotel, it has great spaces to relax, have a drink at the bar, enjoy a nice meal at the restaurant. We loved the breakfast, great cold and warm options, good quality and plenty restock for us late risers. Rooms were comfortable, they could use some refreshing here and there, just normal wear and tear, not bothersome. They were clean, space was adequate as we had 2 rooms for our family of 4. Parking is great, well structured, a few charging stations available for EVs at no additional cost! Staff is very friendly and helpful, we felt comfortable and welcome. The pool is very good, not too deep and suitably warm for kids and adults to enjoy and relax. Pool area is clean and there is also a nice spa area.

Nothing. For us, location was ok as we had a car and found good options to go into Munich. However, w/o a car, transportation may be complicated.

The staff were superb. They were charming, went out of their way to help with whatever was needed and made it a very enjoyable experience. The food was also great, the hotel was very well kept, modern, comfortable and exactly what we wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay!

Our only gripe was having to pay an additional charge to use the pool. It was an additional 15 euro each and given what we had paid to stay in the hotel, we felt it should have been included. We decided not too, as it felt a lot just to have a swim!

Very comfortable room – spacious, stylish, and well equipped (kettle, coffe maker, hairdryer). FYI – the bathroom is the more open kind – there's no lockable door, and there's a window between the room and the bathroom, but you can draw the blinds to block the view. AC was just right – not too loud and not too cold, which we really appreciated. Great breakfast buffet! Everything was fresh, lots of choice, and the space was airy and bright.

Regarding the spa – the floors are quite slippery with lots of water everywhere, and it would be nice if sheets were provided instead of towels. Also, the system around returning the bathrobe is not clear – we returned it the night before leaving, and in the morning, we were asked again whether we returned it – not very reassuring! Especially since they told us there's a 50€ "deposit" if not returned. Pedestrian access is nearly non-existent.

Spa was lovely and relaxing, breakfast was delicious and had everything. Personnel were some of the best I encounter, super service oriented and just pleasant with every request. Location is out of the city for sure but lots of businesses and shopping around.

Were long lines to check in due to late pm hour (midnight) after Adele/Coldplay concerts. Maybe even more extra personnel or late shifts could have helped more; there seemed to be a lot of guests just showing up to see if there were available rooms. Maybe a line with those that had confirmed bookings could have sorted the crowd.

we loved the gym, did not get the chance to use that gorgeous spa area. We ate dinner which was lovely and the coffee the next morning was also very good. I am used to staying within walking distance of the city so it was a decent Uber ride as the train was not an easy walk. The Hotel was spotless and clean and so much more than we expected from this type of Hotel.

Location was the only thing,, but on the positive, the drive to the airport the next morning was quick.

Overall great vibe with classy decor and great service. The food in restaurants is excellent. The room in tower 2 was quiet and comfortable with a wonderful bed. Perfect location 15' from the Munich airport.

The Spa should be free (rather than ask for 15 Euros). The shower water pressure was too low. The hotel is very busy with conferences year-round and it is difficult to book, even well in advance. A few rooms should be reserved for non-conference guests.

The hotel is really fresh and upmaket at at the price we paid it was really good value. The room and bathroom were large. The food in the restaurant and bar was tasty and reasonably priced for a hotel. There is a 15 Euro fee (per person) for the spa, but it is worth it as it is well equiped, including a pool of decent size. Breakfast was varied and good. Free outdoor parking, which also contributed to making the price we paid good value.

In practice one needs a car to reach the hotel. The view from our hotel window was not great. In the distance there were some pleasantly green hills, but in the foreground a Rewe parking.

The hotel was very nice, superb spa facilities and massage was amazing! Food was excellent at the restaurant and the breakfast is very extensive and fresh. Just felt clean and quiet, room was also super nice

Only thing I didn’t like was the pillows- they were literally paper thin, and the sheets feel a bit off, not soft but the bed is comfortable. Also I guess depending on what room you have the bathroom is a bit exposed- there’s a glass window to the bed side and the shower is glass and exposed, just the toilet has a separate door. It was overall fine though
