Free parking, confortable beds

They asked to pay, took long time to prove that we paid using booking.

We came for Oktoberfest. Hotel is near to the bus station. A lot of markets nearby. Staff very kind. Clean rooms. We did not came this time with car, but we spot a large free parking area, which can be a plus for those who came by car.

Everything was very good but I would recommend to add a mini bar/ mini fridge in room and maybe to think of a covered smoking area. Would be a plus but is not mandatory as everything else was fine.

The hotel is very good. Good value for money. I went for the Oktoberfest and it met my expectations. It has good connections from Munich with the S-Bahn. Then at the station there are buses that leave near the hotel. There is also a Suler.e4cadis and a Burger King nearby.

They came into my room at 8:20 in the morning and woke me up. Maybe it was my mistake for not putting up the do not disturb sign; but it was still a bit early and more so during Oktoberfest time.

Staff was very friendly, they gave rooms before check-in time. Flexibility is must in this business, rules are for policy just. Parking was good, also with availability of EV chargers.

Breakfast was not bad, but you expect bit more with this price. Staff friendliness was compensating it. Shower wall must be either long enough not to flood bathroom, or must have door.

Quiet, cozy bed and friendly staff.

Carpet in the room is a little dirty and old. There was no kettle in the room, though the friendly receptionist was able to lend us one for a short time. There was miscommunication between Booking.com and the hotel, so if I wasn't aware that Booking already charged me, the hotel would've charged me again

Good breakfast with plenty of options. Nice rooms that were comfortable to stay in. Super friendly and genuinely helpful staff. Walking distance from historical landmarks and restaurant options. Overall great experience and would recommend staying here.

The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner.

Nice location, nice hotel, compact rooms. Breakfast was quite good. Allowed us to store luggage for free for several hours while we visited the Camp. Be sure to check out old town and Dachau Palace garden, easily reached by nearby bus.

Really a business hotel, so rather busy. We had booked a "Garden View" but didn't get it. The parking lot view was actually quieter, since "garden" is a strip of grass adjoining a nearby busy road. So don't waste money on the "premium" view.

It was good for the price. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind to my family and went above and beyond to help us.

The AC didn't work well. The first night was very hot (24C) other American travelers may find it uncomfortable without the AC.

The apartment is conveniently located in the outskirts of Munich. We had a car, and there was free and ample parking. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were traveling with a baby so they arranged a baby cot/travel bed. Hotel is quite modern and well equipped. Breakfast had a nice selection of items, even for vegetarians. Beds are also very comfortable.

The rooms are a bit smaller especially when you are traveling as a family so are the bathrooms. Other than that we had no issue.

Location with good communications, comfortable bedding.

No cleaning in the room, not a single one for three nights. You should improve the housekeeping service. Small rooms, no fridge.
