Revelation! A large, really large room, with two windows to the courtyard, nicely decorated, with well-designed lighting. Bed very comfortable. Nice, large bathroom. The first time in my life in a hotel where the entrance door and the door of the room I opened through the function in the email.... Cool! Underground parking, 10 eur. Unfortunately I did not have time for breakfast. next time.

No glasses or water in the room. A little difficult to communicate in English, but the problem was quickly solved and I entered the hotel without a problem, despite the closed reception.

I turned in for the night whilst driving long distance. Room size and comfort was excellent, far exceeded expectations for the price. Very good value for money. Onsite (garage) parking was very convenient (charged 10 euro per night). Location is very easy and fast to access from Autobahn routes around Munich. As I checked in on a Saturday night late no reception staff were present, but the room was pre-checked in for me and the key left in a security box details of which were communicated to me in advance of my arrival.

Nothing to dislike. Self-checkin / absence of staff on weekend nights could be difficult for some users but this is not unique to this hotel and I have encountered this widely in Germany.

The interior and styling of the hotel is very nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and practical. Loved the rainshower.

The bar area hosts an Asian restaurant with very tasty dishes. The portions however aren't very big and the kitchen didn't seem to be very experienced in dealing large volumes: we were early guests and ordere five different dishes which made the waiter a bit nervous, not knowing the kitchen could handle it. There was no one else in the restaurant.

Really spaceous room with big windows and by far the best shower i’ve had in all my stayings this year! The bed is good but not kingsize as said sadly. Parking your car below the hotel is perfect but comes at a cost of €10,- a day which was not known upon Arrival, but the Price was fair to me.

There’s no Water in the Room or any minibar, there’s a verding machine at the reception but still Not very handy. Also i was missing a Safe to lock up some belongings when leaving the Room and although the Room is big there Are almost no closets that can actually close..

We went to the concert of Adele, so all major hotels were totally booked. We found this one and were surprised how big, clean and comfortable it was. We booked two different rooms for kids and adults. All facilities were totally sufficient. The staff provided an additional bed for the smallest kid. The bathroom was big and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and nice. The staff was helpful and kind. We liked the hotel and are planning to come back again one day. The hotel is situated not in the central part of Munich, but in Dachau, so you need to travel by transport to the center. We didn't care about this, because we came by car. There is parking around the hotel and also at the parking place that belongs to the hotel itself.

There is probably nothing. Our trip to the concert was a bit long, but it is mostly a practical thing not depending on the hotel.

Area could be easily reached by public transport and if you like a walk isn't too far away from train station. Great value for money compared with other hotels in the Munich at time of travel. Quiet location. Massive room

There was no facilities for making tea and coffee in the room or for getting water. The room is more like an apartment which can have facilities offered apparently for stays longer than 10 nights. There was a bar in the hotel which coffee could be bought from but the petrol station which was a short walk away offered better coffee. There is a lidl and aldi close by and we bulk bought some water for the room - wasn't a deal breaker for us but might be worth considering.

Hotel rooms were absolutely nice. Clean, spacious, modern. 10 of 10. Receptionists were nice. Very positive suprise for hotel with 3*. Why I put only 8 is because of the breakfast.

Well... Breakfast was absolutely dissapointment. Price is very high compared with quality and service offered (15.5 EUR per person). Restaurant was so small for that much guests. There were no food in one particular moment. In one moment, all the buffet for salami, ham, chesse, etc. were empty and stayed that way for over 20 minutes. The same with eggs, vegetables. When I said to lady working in restaurant - madam there is no food, she was impolitely replying me - where is no food... I noticed other people complaining about it as well and being unsatisfied because of the breakfast. Hotel should improve that...

The hotel is very good, and the breakfast is excellent. There was a misunderstanding regarding the check-in, but the hotel manager showed attention and respect toward us, which is highly commendable.

The reception does not operate after 10 p.m., and as we were informed, online check-in was possible (which we were unable to complete). I recommend clarifying the check-in details before your arrival to avoid any misunderstandings.

Hotel is next to the highway, but it can be hardly heard, windows are soundproof. Shops; Lidl, Aldi are just on the other side of the road, ca 5-6 mins walk from the hotel.

Mattresses are too soft for me, so my sleep was not the best. Hotel also has a fitness facility, but very poor equipment for real fitness activitities. More dumbbells and for example a TRX and pullup-bar would be very useful.

The breakfast staff were unusually good - some of the best customer service seen in Germany I reckon. Rooms are big. Building is modern. Price was ok.

Whoever put in the gym equipment, does not use the gym - it is only good for a photo shot - using it to workout is another matter. You can get a little movement in - that's about it. They need to gradually replace the useless kit with stuff that works. For a hotel of this size - the investment makes sense - Please!!!!!
