Room was large and clean. It was well decorated. Hardware was modern and stylish. Room ambiance is Cosy and relaxing. Bed is extremely comfortable. There are two types of pillows, thick and thin. Kitchen ware is enough but a cutting board and sharper knives are needed. Lighting warm and enough. We liked the mini garden with table and chairs which is belongs to room. There is an iron and iron board in the room. Internet works just fine. Location is perfect and quite. You can access to the hotel via S2 sbahn or busses. There are lots of car spaces around. There is a shopping center next to hotel with bakery and cafes. Many supermarkets around. You can access to hotel reception via WhatsApp and they are very helpful. We never had an issue with stuff. I want to thank them from here.

Tv's smart function doesn't work. So only German channels if you want to watch something before sleep. We needed paper towels. Room isn't cleaned while you stay. We stayed 4 nights, 5 days and couldn't make the room cleaned even once. Towels are not enough for long stays but if you demand from hotel, they will immediately help you with anything you need.

Interesting tower design of the building and rooms, really close to sbahn (Allach) - 100m, but no noise from it; hotel is next to commercial centre EVERS with Edeka Center, other shops like Rewe, Aldi, Lidl are very close by (5 minutes walk). Self-service access to hotel/room with code sent via sms, no person at reception. Good bed, walk-in shower, fast wifi.

Poor sound isolation between rooms - you hear your neighbors, no hood in the kitchen - smells are staying in the room, cheap and poor TV with cheap fitting is not what you expect in such a hotel.

Clean room, refreshments provided on arrival, easy access to hotel and room.

We were asked to estimate our time of arrival which worked well. The check out time of between 7am and 11am was provided by the hotel and we weren’t asked to confirm our estimated time. We had a knock on the door at 9am by the cleaning lady who wanted to get into the room. We weren’t ready at that point but felt we needed to get a move on as she said she will be back at 10am. It would be helpful if we could also communicate the leaving time so the cleaning lady doesn’t have to wait around or hurry us out.

The room exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the 4th floor. Clean, spacious modern with a big walk in shower. Nice balcony for some drinks in the evening or breakfast in the summer. Parking is not available at the property but U can park in the near by streets for free if there is free space.

Since we arrived from overseas and didn't had wifi at the time. We didn't know that the door access code was send to my email that same day in the morning. Check in was 2pm, we arrived and the door was locked and only access via code. Reception is only there from 7:30 until 11. Thanks to other people who stayed there. They were able to help us. Only suggestion I'll have is that, if someone books they should clarify this before hand ( with the booking or days before) that you will receive a access code and Ur room number in the morning of the day of check in.

The property with full facilities and very comfotable bed that you can sleep well everday! Importantly, the location is convenient as Allach -S bahn just a few mins walk. You can even shop at Ever's store just beside the property. Overall, it is highly recommedend place to stay .

Location - Allach is a really nice neighbourhood which is worth exploring on Sundays. Close proximity to S-bahn station (less than 15 mins from the main train station), supermarket and restaurants. Rooftop terrace. Overall enterior. Convenient enter in the hotel and in the room. Internet was fairly solid. Kitchen also turned out to be very convenient, so you can at least prepare a small meal, or make a coffee/tea and then go explore the city.

Floor seemed dustier than expected for a freshly cleaned room. PS: Bare in mind that this is an ex-bunker, so there is no freakin way you can have decent phone signal anywhere away from windows. It was the best - when i opened the balcony 😂. I mean, there is nothing these people can do about it, and also, the name says everything. On the plus side - if, god forbid, something goes wrong in Munich, you are in a bunker after all. Already. So you can feel safe.

Quirky hotel with an equally quirky but cute room design. Clean. Quiet.

The kitchenette is small with no exhaust. The wash basin taps are inconvenient to operate. Not very prompt in responding to messages.

Very nice place. Railway station near hotel. Einkaufzentrum also nearby, not big but sufficient. Place in the München zone of public transport 20/20 - Every 20 minutes a train in 20 minutes you can reach downtown.

When entered my room first time, it was not clean. It was in condition as left by the previous guest. I was given another, much nicer room.

there were many shops around the hotel which was very handy for shopping, room was very clean,. Wi-Fi worked very well, thankyou!
