Spacious rooms and quite large room. Enough space for 4 of us. Great shower and bathroom.Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Great location. Walking distanct to restaurants, a huge supermarket and big convenient underground carpark.

We had some hair in the apartment e.g. in bed, in the bathroom & kitchen. Please take more attention in cleaning specially under the bed, top of cabinet, in the corner. Do Vacuum the room more often and clean iit without hurry to make the guest happy because we pay for it. Quite pricy and could be better with that price.

Location was good enough for the price you pay. Really good connection with the train and metro station. The apartment was nice and modern.

breakfat was average. Too expensive to be 18 euro per person and not worth it . Room wasn't clean 100% , we found few hairs on the bed and little dirty in every corner

LOCATION - Next to S-Bahn Moosach, within walking distance. Approximately 15 mins from München Hbf. and 20 mins from Marienplatz. Out of city centre, but very easy to travel to the airport. Would recommend this as an accommodation for first day or last day in Munich. STAFF - Friendly and fast check-in. FACILITIES - There's kettle and cups in room. Spacious wardrobe area to place and hang clothes. The hotel has this common pantry area where you can find vending machines, microwave, oven, stove and laundry facilities. ROOM - Spacious, clean and comfortable. Air-cond and heater worked well. Room with a view of the train station. But it's not noisy.

This is my first stay in a hotel that is part of the Harry's Hotel chain and I am happy to say, I'd gladly repeat the experience. In fact chances are that if I'm going to Munich again, I'd be staying there. The room is spacious, more so that the regular for budget hotels and there are a spacious desk and a corner with a small table and a single armchair. Two people can share coffee/tea time by pulling the desk chair. At the desk there's a convenient 24/7 electric outlet, meaning one doesn't worry about needing to charge something while out of the room. There's a spacious cupboard space with a lot of shelves for stuff as well as a hanger bar with enough hangers for two people. The bathroom was also spacious enough. The shower stall is 90x90 cm and what matters to me a lot - has a shelf inside to place all my toiletries. The water pressure is good, the drainage is excellent! Even when the water is turned to the max the drainage manages to siphon everything and one doesn't have to stand in soapy water, which also reduces the risk of slipping. There's enough space by the sink and there are two available outlets by the counter, so two electric toothbrushes can be plugged in at the same time. There are outlets by each bed/side of the bed (depending whether you get a twin or a double room) and convenient light switches next to them. The beds are comfy, sufficiently firm. Very decent quality bed linens. The room we stayed at and the adjacent bathroom were very clean. The cleaning service is once every three days, but I am more and happy with that. It's more nature friendly, and I don't change my linens or towels every day at home, so I see no need to expect that at a hotel. The location is extremely convenient. S-bahn stop behind the hotel with a train that goes to the airport on one end and the center of the city at the other. There are also bus, tram and U-bahn stations within ~150 m from the hotel exit.

Still going on with the likes, I just ran out of allotted symbols: The windows cut the noise effectively. And the air conditioner does its job very well, powerful, not very noisy, but nice white noise to help with sleep. The corridor is carpeted to reduce noise, while the rooms are laminated wood reducing allergens. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is dedicated space with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (for additional fee), an iron, a kitchen corner with a microwave, a stovetop and an oven, some vending machines. There are a small Mexican place and a retail center with a supermarket by the hotel, plus 2 bakeries. Very, very happy with the say, well worth the money. As a thing I wish was available - I wish there was a fridge in the room, but fared just fine without.

The location is great, very close to the train, metro and tram stations with direct routs to the city centre. And there is a mall in the same building with some groceries, farmacy etc. Despite being located close to the train station, it was very quite in the room. We were traveling with a small kid and our room with a kitchenette was very convenient for us. There were all the basic items like set of dishes, pans, etc + microvave, fridge and kettle. The breakfast was OK. The staff is very attentive and ready to help!

The room was a bit dusty, looked like it was cleaned quite some time ago.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and was very comfortable. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Location was very good, few minutes to get onto train, nearby there were good restaurants, also a supermarket next door. All very handy. It was very family friendly also. One of our rooms had a kitchen, everything was there and the supermarket being next door made it very easy for my sister to make food for my toddler niece. Had a problem with the air con in one of the rooms, and the staff were very willing to investigate and fix the problem.

We were told when checking in that we can request the room to be cleaned if needed (no daily cleaning), my sister had a toddler and in the middle of the stay wanted to have a cleaner clean the room and was told it was not possible so she was a little stressed about that.

It was a spontaneous booking I have to say. We rented an airbnb apartment, but it turned out to be too bad so we urgently had to find a new living. I's not an easy task for family with 3 children. This hotel luckly had a spacious room for us (actually 2 joined rooms) and was not very expensive. We did not expected much from the hotel. But after all we were really impressed. Staff is very friendly there. For example, they were able to find for us a frying pan very quicly. The room was clean, quite and spacey. Bed are very comfortable. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel. I can recommend it for families with children.

There are of course several negative things. Washing Machines did not work and there were no place to wash clothes nearby. Once in the early morning some unknown man came into our room. He managed to opened the room by his card somehow. We had sex at that moment and when I asked him what does he want, he run away :)

We stayed here as a family and the children's room was a life saver. There were enough toys and activities to entertain our 1 year old. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful to us too. It was nice to have a high chair, plastic plates and cups at breakfast. I do not usually like the coffee provided in Hotels, but this Hotel had a very nice coffee. They provided us with a cot and extra pillow, which was very nice. All in all, it is a family friendly hotel. Hotel's closeness to suburban train and subway made our trips to the city very easy. There is a shopping center next to it, and some nice restaurants too.

I suggest to secure the furniture in children's room to the walls. Even though the children are supervised by their parents, this would be something I would recommend as a parent. We had a continuous sound (heating system maybe?) in our room which made to fall a sleep a little bit difficult for us. This may not be an issue for some people though.
