Stayed with my family during a business trip. Great location — easy access to the airport, city center, and suburbs thanks to the nearby tram line. The guest kitchen is a big plus: you can cook, use dishes, do laundry, and store food. Ideal for budget travelers and young people. Room was clean, with a nice shower and toilet. Mattress was a bit firm, but overall good. Friendly staff and a convenient luggage room. Recommended!

Our room wasn’t cleaned during all 7 days, and towels and bed linen weren’t changed. We assume this is part of your eco-policy to reduce water and detergent use.

"The place looks very modern, and the location is great—close to a large park. They also have a 24-hour kiosk inside the hotel, which is really convenient and cool. I was lucky to have really clean roommates. Receptionist are really eager to fix issues.

One thing they definitely need to improve is the bed arrangement. There are two beds placed right next to each other, which is fine if you’re traveling with a partner or a friend. However, when you’re next to a stranger, it feels really awkward. There should be some kind of separation between the beds. On my first night, I slept next to a really big guy who was taking up part of my bed. I ended up moving to a free bunk bed. The next day, I complained about it, and the receptionist was really understanding. They let me change beds for the rest of my stay.

An excellent hotel! The underground parking is convenient and well-organized. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped, including a hairdryer, and the shower had a pleasantly extra-warm setting, making it very comfortable when stepping out. Breakfasts were delicious, and everything exceeded our expectations.

A few small downsides: you had to request room cleaning and towel replacement, and the pillows were uncomfortable—thin and almost empty. If you're traveling by car, it’s a good idea to bring your favorite pillow. Additionally, the washing machines were out of order, but we found a laundry salon nearby, which solved the issue. Overall, we were satisfied and still highly recommend this place!

I stayed at this place twice. During my first stay, which I’m reviewing now, I was very unlucky—the room I was assigned was a complete mess. There was stuff scattered everywhere, and even my bed wasn’t clean; it was covered in food crumbs. To be fair, I complained the next day, and the receptionist explained that I should have reported it right away so they could have moved me to another room. Good location overall, reasonably close to the rail and bus stations, and points of interest. Well-equipped kitchen, patio sitting. Quick check-in, well lit dorm room, spacious bunks in great condition. Sparkling clean separate toilet and shower.

Power outlet and personal light did not work, light switch at the bunk controlled the light at the entrance to the room (?). No privacy curtains and, most stunningly, cannot open the windows more than a crack, since there's another set of windowframes installed 5cm inside, preventing them from opening. 1 kitchen for a large building, so can get crowded in the evenings.

The room was lovely. We travelled as a group of 5. We loved that shower and toilet been separated and that the sink was in the corridor before the toilet. So it wasn't toooo busy "in the bathroom" Location was great even with public transport. Clean and enough space. Lockers in the room. Where spacious enough for 2 cabin handbags each

There was no heating. The only available heater was in the shower. The person by the window bedroom experienced a draft all night which combined with no heating and minus 4 degree was a little unpleasant.

Room was clean itself and bed was comfortable. Hallway was dirty, as were lifts....and the communal kitchen was filthy! Bins were always overflowing (even at 8am). Luckily the room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean and reasonably sized. Decent water pressure as well (bonus). Location good - easy to get to via public transport (tram 20 or 21) - about 10-15 min from main station. Good supermarket nearby, and a couple of good reasonably priced restaurants. 2 decent sized fridges in communal kitchen. Once you cleaned the items you wanted to use, the kitchen was adequate - 2 stoves, 1 working oven. Cleaning supplies light on.....had to request from reception on 3 occasions.

Dirty hallways. Grotty communal kitchen. Bins in kitchen not emptied regularly (appeared to be overflowing on a daily basis). Sad really as communal kitchen was a reasonable size.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, but in winter we had to request the temperature to be turned up as the room got quite cold. The kitchen is fairly well stocked to allow for home cooking, though the oven with the broken door (no door at all) was rather dangerous.

This seems to be a hybrid hotel which is mix between a hotel and a backpackers. There are many school groups which stayed here and the noise was insane on some evenings up until 2 am.

The staff were super friendly! At that time I asked for a bottom bed and was assigned a bed next to another. I didn't feel comfortable, and luckily, they were able to change my room. Super friendly, polite and helpful staff! There is a towel for the bath and for the feet (free). WC was hygienic and clean. Sockets for phone charging, presence light on the bed and space to place the suitcases, where the guest must bring his padlock. There is a paid zone to put your bags in the looking room (2€ for 6h in my case) No doubt I would stay at this hostel again! Really near to the olympiapark and with a Tram station really close.

I think there should be more attention to bed dust. There was a TV, but I couldn't find any controls. I couldn't control the temperature in the room.
