The hotel was perfectly located for our needs, as our meeting the following day was in the area. Although we arrived at the hotel after 21:00, check-in process went quickly and smoothly. Room was clean, warm and we enjoyed a quiet night. Breakfast was alright offering enough to chose from and coffee was very good, which is a plus from our point of view.

Our room had a tiny bath and this could prove to be an inconvenient for longer stays. The pillow were of low quality, too soft and lumpy inside, maybe hotel management could take into consideration changing them with a better quality type.

We felt like home in the hotel. I liked that there is a relatively large room (double room). The staff is helpful and attentive to the wishes of the customers. Everything is clean and the rooms are cleaned every day! Good breakfast with delicious coffee. It is very good that the U2 Bahn and Tram stops are very close, including a convenient connection to the airport (S8). Close to the city center (Mariesplatz).

The only thing I didn't like was the very cold weather (for September in Munich) and rain and rain.... However, it is not the hotel's fault (🤗), on the contrary - it was warm, dry and cozy in the hotel.

We enjoyed 7 nights here and was very happy we stayed here; location was very good with approx. 30 min to almost everything. Breakfast was great, the food was good. the rooms were clean and fairly up to date, the shower could have been reconfigured a bit better but just deal with it, i found the beds to hard for my liking, i asked housekeeping if they had a mattress topper and they were able to fit a thin one which helped a bit, overall, I would stay here again.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! We arrived late on a Friday evening and were worried about dining options since the hotel restaurant and nearby places were already closed. However, the staff allowed us to order food and use the restaurant area to dine in comfort. This thoughtful gesture made our late arrival so much easier. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the breakfast was abundant with plenty of options to satisfy every palate. The restaurant area itself is beautifully decorated with traditional Bavarian wooden elements, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that we truly enjoyed. The staff deserves special mention—they were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the city centre and just a 5-minute walk to the bus station for Memmingen Airport. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich.

Everything was great!

The hotel had a great breakfast with various options, and the staff overall was quite friendly. The room was a decent size for two people, with typical amenities (hair dryer, TV) and air conditioning (most appreciated in the hot weather). I also thought the price value was good, and well worth what we got for the money. Public transit (subway and tram) is only about a 10-minute walk away, so the location is convenient too.

Nothing really -- we had a plumbing problem in our room, but the staff moved us quickly to another room and were very willing to help. It was a great stay overall!

Large rooms. Breakfast was very good. Very nice restaurant about a block away.

The WiFi connection in our room was terrible. I had to stand near the door in order to stay connected.

Good location: 7 minute walk to Stiglmaierplatz U-bahn and to Loewenbraeukeller, 15 minutes to main railway station. Just 1 minute walk to good Lokal called Baal. Attentive, friendly staff: we had an issue with a bathroom overflow which was swiftly resolved. Breakfast: good choice of cereals, fruit, cold cuts and German sausages.

Breakfast self-service area perhaps a little cramped but not really a problem.

Awesome location to walk to and from oktoberfest and close to public transportation to travel into old town. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. Staff amazing and our room was big with a big bed. On the way to oktoberfest we stopped in at the Augusteiner keller which is a beautiful bier garten for a few steins.

Breakfast was very good and quite varied. Hotel staff very polite and helpful and always on the alert to see that tables are cleared immediately one has no more need for the dish/cup/glass in use. Hotel is very clean and situated in a quiet area.

We had requested a double bed and a shower. However, beds were single and put together and there was a bath in the room which made it a little uncomfortable as it is pretty high to get into. More light would also be an upgrade in the rooms.

The hotel is located close to the München Hbf, it only takes 7-10min to get there by U-bahn. It is also close to the city center, around 20 min walk or less than 10min by U-bahn. The hotel is in a quite, safe and nice street. The breakfast is very good, I loved the bread options and bagels, it was delicious. The waiters are so nice and helfpful. At the reception, staff was okay as well.

I wish I had a bigger bed in my room. And I also wish there was a kettle so you can make yourself a tea in the room. Otherwise, all good.
