Everything was fantastic. Cozy and clean place with a great breakfast, and wonderful atmosphere and location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful at the hotel. Mr. Sebastian and Mrs. Raquel at the reception are very nice and friendly. They help us and communicate with us very nice. It was fantastic to start your day and morning with a nice smile and kind welcome from Mr. Qaedi at the restaurant in the hotel. We really appreciate his hospitality and services.

Our superior double was large, quiet, clean,, and well appointed with separate seating area. It was located across a pleasant courtyard from the reception desk.. The cleaning staff and the people at the desk were all friendly and and always helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and ample with a good variety of choices. We recommend the on-site restaurant for a nice dinner though there are also many interesting restaurants nearby as well. The S-bahn to the center of the city is about two blocks away.

There was nothing we disliked, we stayed 9 days and had no problems. Though a number of tour groups came and went during our stay, the staff at the desk and in the dining room handled it smoothly, and in our courtyard room we were unaware of any hurly-burly.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great mattress, delicious breakfast. A special shout out to Sebastian at the front desk. Not only is he very helpful and knowledgeable (ask him for recommendations on restaurant and sightseeing), but he made sure my injured ankle is also extra taken care of by bringing me some ice daily. The bartender and housekeeping staff are also wonderful. The hotel is nicely situated and close to the tram stop.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. During our six night stay we were impressed with the positive, engaging attitudes of the house keeping staff, the food service workers, the bartenders and the front desk staff. Kamal helpfully extended our checkout time by an hour. The on-site breakfast was fresh and well prepared with any options. The hotel is very convenient for taking a tram to connect with other trams, buses or trains. We were easily able to arrange Uber pickup and delivery.The neighborhoods around the hotel felt safe and had many restaurant choices. We felt the hotel was a good value of quality, location and price.

Location and Staff. Sebastian at the reception was exceptional. Also, the bartender was a definitely a Character :).

Small things like.. the shower drain cover was left open after cleaning. Would have been nicer if it was put back before I entered the room. Also, the room service knocked lightly and then immediately opened the door. Would be nice, if he had knocked a little harder and stated "room service" before busting open the door. Also not sure why the room service needed to come at 10:00 since we were checking out in 2 hours.

Hotel is clean and very quiet. Great location with a tram only a few minutes walk. Beautiful courtyard, lobby and restaurant looked beautiful for Christmas. Breakfast was nice, many food options. Our room was rather big and spacious with the extra seating area, the bathroom was cozy. Cleaning staff always said good morning which was nice. Would happily stay again and recommend this hotel.

Conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom would be handy. Towels were big but very thin. Bed was large but a little to soft for us and pillows are very flat, more options would be nice.

- room: beautiful room with huge, comfortable bed, a lovely lounge chair to hang out on, huge TV, bottles of water everyday, Nespresso machine a big plus! Very quiet. Fridge in room was great and SILENT, no buzzing! Great bathroom with excellent shower. - fabulous breakfast!! - convenient parking garage under hotel (in the past we stayed there and parked on the street snd didn't have problems finding parking) - convenient walk to tram stop (a few minute walk) to go to the center - 10 minute walk to lots of good restaurants

- room was too hot. Not sure why they keep the temperature so high. When we checked out early the last day, you could see everyone's windows opened (in November!). Only reason it's not a 10 is the heat. - pillows could have been better

Very nice hotel with well decorated interior, front desk staff were helpful and readily available, room was larger than expected, small fridge available, bathroom large and nice shower that doesn't leak everywhere. Breakfast had a good assortment of items, nothing amazing but overall an easy option for the morning. Parking under the building was a decent price and a nice option. There's a streetcar stop one block away and goes straight to the old town city center. Also within walking distance to parks, restaurants, and a Lidl nearby. It was cool out during our stay so we didn't need A/C so can't comment there.

Overall the bed was comfortable but the edges were squishy so felt like you might roll off. Parking garage is a tight squeeze (normal for downtown areas) so might be an issue for some people. Bathroom fan was only okay, we opened the room window to get some better ventilation.

The room was lovely and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, new and a great size with room for all your toiletries. Loved the breakfast and especially loved the dinners. Great menu, tasty, beautiful presentation, reasonable pricing and very friendly staff. Good location, about 15- 20 mins walk to the train station and about 25 - 30 mins walk to the key historical sites.

The pillows were too flat. Had 2 but both were too flat.maybe they can have 2 different ones. I I could have asked for another pillow, I'm sure they would have accommodated. Location was just a bit further out than what I would have liked, but still loved our walks into the centre each morning.

The room was better than I thought. It was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also sufficient. There were no slippers in the room, but they quickly provided them when we asked, so I'd like to thank Sebastian for that. When I told them during check-in that it was my birthday, they gave me a small chocolate as a gift which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was the highlight of my stay. It was a lot better than I expected. The staff working there was very welcoming and hardworking. The hotel is not at the center, but you can easily walk from the train station. It took us around 15 minutes to reach the hotel on foot. But it is not convenient if you have huge luggage. We had cabin-size luggage so it was fine. Or you can take the tram. It is 3 stations away. There is a big Lidl and DM close to the hotel.

Nothing particular but I think you should put some amenities in the rooms like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers.
