Everything was fantastic. Cozy and clean place with a great breakfast, and wonderful atmosphere and location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful at the hotel. Mr. Sebastian and Mrs. Raquel at the reception are very nice and friendly. They help us and communicate with us very nice. It was fantastic to start your day and morning with a nice smile and kind welcome from Mr. Qaedi at the restaurant in the hotel. We really appreciate his hospitality and services.

There are different things I like about this hotel. Such as the location, Hotel Europa is located near the park, near the supermarket, and also near the main city, which makes it way easier to travel. I also love the room, the comfortable texture of the bed, and the coziness of it. The thing I really enjoy about it is the breakfast. There are different types of food to choose from, like: bread, eggs, sausages, bacon, etc. The taste of the breakfast itself was not bad too. Thank you Hotel Europa for providing us a great breakfast and more, making us have a very extraordinary stay.

Sometimes in the night, I heard some noises from the road. Like cars honking and more. That’s probably the only problem, the rest is fine.

Our superior double was large, quiet, clean,, and well appointed with separate seating area. It was located across a pleasant courtyard from the reception desk.. The cleaning staff and the people at the desk were all friendly and and always helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and ample with a good variety of choices. We recommend the on-site restaurant for a nice dinner though there are also many interesting restaurants nearby as well. The S-bahn to the center of the city is about two blocks away.

There was nothing we disliked, we stayed 9 days and had no problems. Though a number of tour groups came and went during our stay, the staff at the desk and in the dining room handled it smoothly, and in our courtyard room we were unaware of any hurly-burly.

We’re very happy we chose this hotel. It’s conveniently located three tram stops from Munich Hauptbahnhof. The decor is smart and the staff were friendly. The breakfasts are outstanding with an enormous range of choice. There is a restaurant that serves dinner in the evening in case you don’t want to go out and find something but there are also many good eateries nearby including the Löwenbräukeller beer hall. There’s a Lidl opposite and a nice bakery. The old town and major museums are in walking distance though also accessible by tram. The rooms have air conditioning which you can control from a panel inside the door so we had no trouble sleeping.

Hardly any complaints- would have liked an extra pillow? And there was no milk provided to go with the tea-making things in the room, just coffee whitener, but we bought our own and kept it in the mini-fridge. Few hotels could keep up with our appetite for tea.

We had a great stay at this hotel with our family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our time there very pleasant. The hotel offers a parking lot at a reasonable price, which was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and the facilities — including a cozy bar and a lovely inner courtyard — made the experience even better. The location is quiet, perfect for relaxing, and about a 30-minute walk from the city center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything was good.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great mattress, delicious breakfast. A special shout out to Sebastian at the front desk. Not only is he very helpful and knowledgeable (ask him for recommendations on restaurant and sightseeing), but he made sure my injured ankle is also extra taken care of by bringing me some ice daily. The bartender and housekeeping staff are also wonderful. The hotel is nicely situated and close to the tram stop.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. During our six night stay we were impressed with the positive, engaging attitudes of the house keeping staff, the food service workers, the bartenders and the front desk staff. Kamal helpfully extended our checkout time by an hour. The on-site breakfast was fresh and well prepared with any options. The hotel is very convenient for taking a tram to connect with other trams, buses or trains. We were easily able to arrange Uber pickup and delivery.The neighborhoods around the hotel felt safe and had many restaurant choices. We felt the hotel was a good value of quality, location and price.

Location and Staff. Sebastian at the reception was exceptional. Also, the bartender was a definitely a Character :).

Small things like.. the shower drain cover was left open after cleaning. Would have been nicer if it was put back before I entered the room. Also, the room service knocked lightly and then immediately opened the door. Would be nice, if he had knocked a little harder and stated "room service" before busting open the door. Also not sure why the room service needed to come at 10:00 since we were checking out in 2 hours.

Hotel is clean and very quiet. Great location with a tram only a few minutes walk. Beautiful courtyard, lobby and restaurant looked beautiful for Christmas. Breakfast was nice, many food options. Our room was rather big and spacious with the extra seating area, the bathroom was cozy. Cleaning staff always said good morning which was nice. Would happily stay again and recommend this hotel.

Conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom would be handy. Towels were big but very thin. Bed was large but a little to soft for us and pillows are very flat, more options would be nice.

- room: beautiful room with huge, comfortable bed, a lovely lounge chair to hang out on, huge TV, bottles of water everyday, Nespresso machine a big plus! Very quiet. Fridge in room was great and SILENT, no buzzing! Great bathroom with excellent shower. - fabulous breakfast!! - convenient parking garage under hotel (in the past we stayed there and parked on the street snd didn't have problems finding parking) - convenient walk to tram stop (a few minute walk) to go to the center - 10 minute walk to lots of good restaurants

- room was too hot. Not sure why they keep the temperature so high. When we checked out early the last day, you could see everyone's windows opened (in November!). Only reason it's not a 10 is the heat. - pillows could have been better
