Friendly staff, good location, cleanliness, environmentally concious atmosphere

Wish there was a physical telephone. We didn't get coffee pods the second day of stay, even when requested.

Surpassed all my expectations! Staff was incredibly kind, both at the front desk and bar. I mentioned it would be my birthday during my stay and requested a high floor room, and not only did they assign me a room on the 5th floor, but they also gifted me a voucher for the bar along with a happy birthday letter, which I really appreciated! The room was spotless and perfectly sized for one person, had all amenities you could need, including lotion and conditioner, and had free water, coffee and some welcome candy. Bed was really comfortable as well. There's a construction site right in front of the hotel, but the windows are soundproof and you can barely hear anything. The walls must be quite thick too, I couldn't hear any other guests either - I really rested like a King! Cleaning is done every day, but you can exchange a cleaning for a 10€ voucher for the bar, honestly a fantastic idea. Third floor has a little room where you can iron your clothes or get fresh towels, toilet paper, tissues and other amenities. The location is perfect, with the Central Station just a couple of minutes away by foot, and tram/bus stops nearby too. There are a bunch of restaurants in the area, along with a DM shop. Many many thanks to the team for making the hotel feel like a home, I will be 100% staying here if I'm ever in town again!

I liked the check-in and check-out experience, the receptionists were very polite and friendly. We were tired after long travel and I was afraid of the problems with self-check-in, but the reception greeted us very warmly and checked us in. The room is very large with coffee machine and coffee capsules, very large bathroom with a bath and a shower. There is a refrigerator with a bottle of water, and a lot of space where you can put your own food.

The bed is a bit soft, but this is usual in Germany. It would be nice to have a couple of tea bags (we arrived late in the evening, we were given coffee capsules which we used in the morning).

The staff were really nice and helpful, location of hotel was close to all public transport links. Convenient location for all excursions we wanted to do while in Munich. Appreciated the incentive programme for not having your room cleaned everyday.

The WiFi didn’t work the greatest, I had to use my mobile data instead as the WiFi wouldn’t load anything. The bar food menu could be expanded on a bit to provide a couple of other meals. The hotel rooms could also benefit from a larger selection of coffee pods for the coffee machine.

Just a beautiful hotel in every way. We were with a group of 6 and used the lobby area frequently! It was the perfect place to gather together and make our plans. It was within easy walking distance of the train and restaurants. I really appreciate the fact that we were offered the reward of a $10 card if we didn’t need to have our room done and using the bag as a way to receive it was so clever. The staff who checked us in were just lovely and we felt immediately welcomed.

There was nothing I did not like. Nothing could be done any better than it already was!

Great location, not too close to the station, but close enough to walk to the trains and also the other transport options. Breakfast were excellent and staff were very helpful and polite. We loved the bar area and the general ambiance of the hotel.

Nothing to complain about

I loved the warm bathroom floor, the layout of our hotel room, and its location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, including the train station, Oktoberfest at the fair grounds, Marienplatz, Deutsche Bank, and shopping. There was even a really great playground nearby for the kids. The breakfast was completely worth the price and the hotel restaurant was so good that we indulged nightly either for dinner or a nightcap.

My room faced the main street, so the street noise was sometimes disturbing. However, people outside quieted down before 10p.m., so the noise did not disturb our sleep.

There were four of us in the room, 2 adults and two kids ages 9 and 13. The living room area was large and they had the pull out couch ready for us when we arrived. Our room faced the main road and there was construction going on across the street but we could not hear it, it never woke us up. The king bed was comfortable and we slept well. The staff is amazing, from the concierge to the bar tender!! The breakfast is very good and fresh. The hotel is conveniently located. There are lots of small restaurants near by as well as a laundry mat, the main train station and the tram stop.

The bathroom is very small and the hair dryer is attached to the wall which makes it hard to use if someone else is getting in the shower. There was one mirror and it was tucked away in a dark corner across from the bathroom door which was in inconvenient spot. It would be better to have the mirror out in the main area so one could use it and not be in the way of the bathroom.

Location is very good being 10 minutes walk from the main train station and the Marienplatz. There are also several public transport routes in vicinity to easily get around. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and offered a lot of selection. Room was very comfortable and clean with facilities provided all in good working order. The little shop area is handy to purchase small items. Voucher system for maid service was a nice incentive.

Whilst the wifi internet was very fast and easy to connect to - it didn't always remain stable.

Incredible breakfast! Lots of variety, helpful staff, very gemütliche vibes from the entire hotel itself. Bed was big, super comfy, lots of space - the TV was also very accessible (HDMI) and big for a little longer of a stay in bed :) There were little bags to hang outside your door to get 10 euro off if you didn't need a room cleaning and were staying more than 1 night. Great way to save time/be more conscientious of resources, and also get a discount at the bar.

The sink was a bit leaky, and soap dispenser wasn't functioning. We asked on our first morning if they could take a look at it- they fixed it but also cleaned our room and we didn't get the 10 euro off, even though we put the bag outside the door.
