This is an excellent hotel in great condition. Most rooms have a balcony and walk-in shower. Location is outside the historic centrum but there is a underground station (U-Bahn) next to the hotel. This station is called Nordfriedhof and there is a direct line (U6) to Marienplatz in the historic centrum. This takes aprox 8 min and the frequency of the U-Bahn is very high, i.e you don't have to bother knowing the time table due to the frequency of the U-Bahn. There is a bakery and agrocery store in same building as the hotel.

The room was very nice modern and comfortable but the lighting in the room was not enough unfortunately. The furniture was very nice and good quality. The breakfast was very delicious, however the staff was not enough on the peek time.

I think the room needs more lamps or more light :) In the shower inside, in the the two corners were a bit mouldy. The hand soap dispenser was nearly empty. The curtains fell down in a small part, some plastic clips were broken. There were some stains on the wall. These little things could be easily fixed and the room could be very nice. But over all the room 116 was nice and comfortable.

The breakfast was abundant and delicious. They should have had signs in front of the products what they contain. This would make it easier for those who has allergies. There were no alternatives for lactose free products, but when we asked about this, the stuff solved the problem efficiently and well. The restaurant in the hotel was really nice and the stuff, especially Teemu, exceptionally helpful what comes to recommending places to visit in Munich. The food was delicious, too.

The location is good but the environment is not especially beautiful.

Convenient location, next to U-Bahn (tube) station, very near to airport shuttle stop (Lufthansa Express Bus) 2 min walk. There are good few restauarants in walking distance, an Italian across the road and a Bavarian-Croatian just a few minutes walk, both very good. Nice clean, bright room, large TV and decent size shower in bathroom.

For the price range, nothing to dislike really, will be staying here again if we return to Munich for another trip.

The Pullman is what one would expect for a 3 star hotel. Relatively new, clean and comfortable rooms. What sets this place apart is the value for the money and the location. The Pullman is located (literally steps away) on the first stop (Munich Schwabing / Nordfriedhof) of the Munich Lufthansa Express Bus. That exact same location is also serviced by the U-Bahn #6 line (Nordfriedhof stop) which takes you down to the city center (Marienplatz stop). Also a short walk away from the Hotel is the English Garden which is a large wooded park that runs along the west bank of the Isar River. For those wanting to take a long walk, you can walk from the hotel to the city center through the English Garden. It is a wonderful experience to do so. Breakfast is served in the hotel's attached restaurant and I rate it 4 out of 5 with an excellent selection of items that will please just about any visitor.

The TV's in the room are rather outdated 42 inch flat panel displays. Beds come with a single (very, very soft) pillow for each person. If you are a side sleeper, you'll need to order an extra pillow when you arrive.

It is conveniently located and easily reachable with the undergrond No. 6 (Schwabing/Munich North). The area is rather quiet and there is a cafe/bakery just in the same block, thus convenient for taking a breakfast (cheaper option). The room is large and comfortable. We had a room in the inner court which was particularly quiet.

The reception is understaffed, thus we had to wait every time for a while before being served. The hotel needs some refurbishing seen from outside. The interior seems to have been refurbished, but e,g. the carpets need to be modernised.

Breakfast selection was great. The breakfast room could be a little bit more cozy/better design, but I think the buffet area was under construction. Great shampoo/ shower gel.

The curtain in our room and in the room of my parents was not properly attached and came down in parts. Some things could need an update, e.g., bathroom (also some hair conditioner and body lotion would be great). As much as I love and support sustainable housekeeping services-it would be nice to have two water glasses for a double occupancy and a refill for coffee taps, and milk creamer.

The maid service didn't clean everyday. And if we plugged in more than 2 phones for charging, the fuse would cut off all electricity. When we asked for a more permanent solution to the electricity issue, they pretended to not hear me. In the end, I had to electrician and fiddle with the fuse box everytime the room electricity turned off. Plus there was constant construction work throughout our stay.
