Room facilities. Neat and business like.

The glass bathrooms are awful. Especially if you have other business people coming between apartments to work. We had to use the downstairs basement toilet for privacy. The lobby work station isn't useful or comfortable. No power to the desk and the tall, narrow desk was difficult to set up a laptop on. The beds are short for tall people and the fact some of the beds were narrower than even a standard double is weird. There was easily space for a proper sized bed. For short term visitors we would have preferred cleaning more than once a week. Breakfast options or a breakfast agreement with a close cafe would have been very welcome.

It is clean, neat, speciois enough for the business trip. Has all the convenient facilities around. Not far from the exhibition centre. Very clean, with most important to me: guality mattresse on the bed. All made electronics but it is for the 1st time no problem, due to highly communicative staff being in touch and checking on you during your stay. All works pretty intuitive.

It is not that I didn't not like it, but I would prefer to have some choice of breakfast offering. Would be handy with busy work schedules, but on the other hands there is a lot of nice eateries around, so taking nice early morning walk through the park may be a good excercise, even if not planned. Other than that I have no complaints. And that one is not a complain either, just a note.

From the description of the rooms, we can see that there is a laundry machine but actually there is a laundry machine room with 3 washing, 3 drying machines that you can use with coin or credit card. We waited a lot for a single machine to become available. Even the washing time of the machine is over, people don’t come to pick up their washed clothes so we had to wait a lot. We even woke up at 6am to be able to use the machines. It would be really nice to have some kind of reservation system. Also it would be nice to be able to empty those washed clothes that people don’t pick up for hours.

Very clean and nice modern-looking room, with open kitchen and cooking facilities (despite I do not cook) even just for a one-bed room. Contactless check-in with easy-to-follow screen instructions at the entrance. It's quiet in general being located in an office area, although located near to an expressway, but the traffic noise is acceptable on Saturday evening

Given the good cooking facilities you still have to walk a little bit to reach the supermarkets nearby (there are two near to the Alte Heide station) to buy food or drinks.

Location was fine. Room was clean. Check in and entry system process was new to us but went OK. The kitchen was superb. The furniture was ok, except the couch but it was OK.

But lighting was horrible. No lighting on the bed sides at all or on bedroom ceiling. Only the lighting near the couch and the kitchen were ok, but the bedroom area was always very dark due to ZERO lighting near the bed. I could not read my bible before sleeping. Also lack of presence of extra pillows. We arrived late Thursday waited until Monday to request extra pillows. Thankfully they sent us 2 extras. My wife complained of lack of mirror or a table with full length mirror for makeup purposes. The poor lighting also aggravated the situation.

Nice modern room.with little kitchen and necessary equipment. Even though close to the highway, still calm.

No sponge to clean dishes (e. g. pans) in the sink. Reception told us we have to buy... doesn't make sense as soap was provided. The service rooms could be better maintained so everything is always available (we couldn't find any additional trash bags and dishwasher tabs). We requested a crib for our 16 month old son. We received an additional bed for an adult instead. No solution could be found until next day.

I really liked the location, very close to English Garden and nice view from the window. The staff were friendly and helped with everything. The room and facilities were clean and in kitchen there is everything you need.

Unfortunately, the tap in the bathroom was not working properly, namely the pressure was too high and everything was splashing around. There was also a used chewing gum on the bedside table, probably from previous guests. The blanket was warm but not suitable for a couple, the blanket is designed for one person, which is not very comfortable.

Nicely decorated and equipped studio, great for short stays. Around 5min walk to the nearest underground, and the nearest 24/7 petrol station. We couldn't find any nice places to eat in around but there are plenty of options towards the centre. Quiet area and we couldn't hear other guests at all. Coffee in the lobby available for 50c. I forgot to take the charger for this trip and a lovely lady from the cleaning team lend me hers before I could buy my own.

It's not great not to have any staff at the reception (at least there weren't anyone on the weekend). We had troubles locating the iron & ironing board, and called the number that was left at the reception; after 3 calls or so managed to find it however this caused some delays in our plans. Would have been much quicker should the staff be available on site. By the way, the iron & ironing board are located in a separate room on each floor if anyone needs it.

Design of the appartment, Kitchen facilities, free spices in the entrance area (shows, that you understand, what people need who stay in such an apparmtent :-)).

Pillow (this anti-allergy stuff is so uncomfortable; feathers would be better. Maybe you offer the opportunity to get one at the reception); heating (was not really warm enough (although I put it on fully; if you put on the fan, only cold air comes out); Administration: Why do I always have to type in everything again and again? Why don't you save my data?? That's really enoying (even if I check in electronically beforehand).

Location is good, there is also free places for parking, and room was super and comfortable with all kitchen facilities 👌🏻 also there is free water from filter and coffe for only 0,50€

The staff is not particularly good; they knock on the door and enter immediately (even when it’s not cleaning day). They also don’t put much effort into the cleaning, which happens every week.
