Was a fantastic hotel and the staff were all very friendly and the service was fabulous - exceptional. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Whilst the location was a bit outside Munchen City Centre, it was only about 400 meters from a underground station and the trains were regular. This hotel has the best breakfast I have ever experienced at any hotel... and I've been to a few. The onsite parking was excellent and the whole site was very well maintained, very clean and the whole experience from start to finish was a huge pleasure. Will definitely stay here next time I visit Munich.

A really good price per value hotel. I booked a few months in advance and got really good price for the room. Secure underground parking, comfy beds, location maybe 5 min walk to Ubahn. Busses nearby, McDonalds on other side of the street. Staff is nice, room was very, very clean, everything worked perfectly.

A room could be bigger since i couldnt even open my suitcase. Breakfast costs around 20 eur and I would love more sweet options. Breakfast is open from 8-11 i think and when we arrived at 10 there was nothing much left. Pancakes dry and maybe 2, not much cheese options anymore, mint tea was gone, but ok...Nothing else was "wrong", we had a lovely stay just before christmas.

Nice modern hotel. Rooms are clean, and the interior is high quality. Breakfast was simple, but fresh and tasty. Really enjoyed the clean and convenient underground parking. Location is good -- the nearest metro station is just a 5-7 min walk from the hotel. There's a gas station with some groceries and a McDonald's that work till very late right across the street, that was super handy to me.

The only major issue I had was when on my first day I arrived tired in the evening having already checked-in earlier that day, and my keycard didn't work to open the door. Apparently, there was some error in the system, so the lady accidentally assigned me a slightly bigger room that I hadn't paid for. Thus I was asked to move to another room. A little upset they didn't allow me to stay and made me transfer my stuff to a different room immediately. Also, my first room had a lot of scuff marks and dents on the wall from people carrying luggage or moving furniture -- has to be repainted.

The location of the hotel is very practical, close to the metro and the center. The staff is very kind and efficient. Everything worked smoothly, the hotel is modern and clean.

We had a studio with a kitchenette. It is a pity that there is no toaster. The type of coffee capsules (Tchibo) should be mentioned in the description of the kitchen or several of them should be made available. For example, if I arrive in the evening and want to make coffee in the evening and in the morning, I can't. If we had known in advance that the window could not be opened (solid glass) and that there is only air conditioning, we would not have booked the room.

Very well deserved with transports, very clean, beds are confortable and staff is nice and helpful.

I was travelling with a friend and in the room the beds were side by side, i would have prefered the beds separate from each other for more space. Also, in the bathroom, there was just 1 towel for 2 persons and the shower was leaking from everywhere, the water was pouring a lot outside the shower, this was the main problem. But besides that, everything was OK.

I spent three nights in this hotel. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is very nice, and the hotel's location is not bad. It is around 10 minutes away from Marianplatz, using the metro. The optional breakfast is also not bad but a bit expensive for the quality however, it's optional. The staff was always helpful when requested.

Sometimes, the smell coming from the bathroom pipes was not the most pleasant. The parking area under the hotel is nice but a bit expensive compared to normal German prices - 17€ per day Also, the breakfast is a bit expensive - 20€ per person - for the quality of the products

I liked the room itself, the beds were comfortable and a nice little fridge and desk area. What I really loved was the bathroom, it was very clean, the shower was nice and plenty of space at the sink to keep all my toiletries and get ready. Though the hotel is a bit out of the center, there is a gas-station and McDonalds across the road which we liked (to buy water or something to snack on after being out all day) and the train station is also not far away.

Unfortunately we did lend on a staff member that was not very helpful, we had some questions about the train system and such and did not get any helpful information.

Location, comfortable beds, great sound proofing so really quiet. Air con worked. Polite staff.

Towels: I understand the need for looking after the environment. Only 1 set out in bathroom. Others in wardrobe with notice which is fine. In 5 night stay we asked for our room cleaned once. And they only left 1 set of towels after cleaning. When we asked for another set they only had hand towels and told us to come back in the morning which wasn’t ideal as I wanted it for shower in the morning and didn’t want to come down to reception before showering. minor gripe but detracts a little from otherwise great experience. Didn’t love the shower and wet room set up. A bit cramped.

Small but cozy, clean and functional rooms. Reasonable ratio of what you get/pay. 15 minutes to Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) and 5 minutes to Olympiapark, to English Garden and to BMW Museum. Friendly staff, especially Andre and Sebastian, as they were sincerely kind and truly helpful (they can be our reason to re-visit).

Nothing to dislike at all. This a nice and well-managed hotel within its category.

I loved the breakfast buffet, as it had a large variety, the registration guy at the buffet entrance was very helpful, even got gluten free bread! Loved that the hotel had a welcoming water bottel in the room, refrigerator!!! So many things that other hotels did not have! Nice hotel and staff

I love it when hotels are crazy clean, it was good but I think once in a while you should maybe consider extra cleaning, for walls and such. Some items looked worn out. We only had one clean towel, the cleaning lady had forgotten to change the towels. But overall these were small issues as we did have a pleasant stay and the breakfast was the highlight of the trip!
