Breakfast buffet was excellent and so were the sauna and pool. Overall it was a great stay for my family.

Location is a bit far from the city but certainly not a deal breaker due to the U-Bahn connectivity. We stayed during Christmas and perhaps it would have been a nice touch for the hotel to give away a small gift for kids accompanying their parents during the festive/holiday season. It doesn't cost much for a small bag of chocolates even.

The hotel restaurants were exceptional. We really enjoyed the food and the extended hours for services since were had to adjust to a different time zone temporarily while in the country. Marcus and the other hospitality staff were very kind, friendly and prompt with our requests. My ten year old son gained a friend in him.

The front desk service was excellent and efficient. The lobby was very comfortable. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we didn’t get a chance to experience the bar, which was a bit of a pity. The room was cozy and clean. The room was well-equipped, and the complimentary bottled water was a very thoughtful touch. The swimming pool, sauna, and gym facilities were great.

The only issue was that the corner under the sofa might need some cleaning. Except that the location is far from the city, everything else is great However, we couldn’t find the switch for the jacuzzi, which was a bit disappointing. The only drawback was that, after many people had used the pool, water accumulated on the poolside, making it slippery.

The hotel, which looks tired from the outside, has been nicely renovated, spacious and fresh from the inside. The hotel room was large and rather quiet, although the windows faced the motorway. The breakfast buffet had an exceptionally wide selection and was delicious. The Englisher Park is within walking distance, the city centre can be reached on foot in about an hour, and the metro stop is right next to the hotel. We were able to park our car on the street in front of the hotel, which was free. The swimming pool, sauna and gym were a bonus, although they tended to be overcrowded.

Decent hotel

They charged me again after I also paid at booking.com They refused to contact booking.com and simply put the stress on me, now when I apply for a refund with double payment proof, they reply with nonsense answers. This hotel is a shame, the stay here is not so cheap to see them play such games. Seeing the payment receipt from booking.com and my credit card again is a very easy and simple to fix problem. Still waiting (almost 1,5 months of struggle continues) Embarrassing!

Otherwise a Great hotell with fantastic service and realy clean and comfortable. We realy loved The welcome in the consiere, hej The check in and The breakfeast. Perfect parking in the garage and easy to find.

A small problem was that The closing time for The pool/spa was 11 pm on info on the tv on the room. But on the spa door it was 9:30 pm. A bigger problem i think was that The internet access on The room cost extra and not is included. On a hotell like this it should be offcourse. I dont even ask. We took it for granted. Even on the cheapest hostel i think its nearly almost included its the year of 2024 not 1998. The burger buns i The Sportsbar was like breakfeast bread not realy internationell burger bread. Maybe that is common in germany and if it is you need to uppgrade to real soft burgerbuns. .

The property was well fitted out, rooms spacious and clean with desk space to work and fast reliable wi-fi. The breakfast was a buffet with an egg station and was plentiful. The staff were very helpful. The airport bus leaves from the nearby U-Bahn station so super convenient.

I was there for a conference being held in the property so it was very convenient for me. For other travellers It’s a bit away from town but the nearest U-bahn station is 5 minutes walk away so easy to get there in about 15-20mins ride.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with two large beds, perfect for a family stay. It was easy to find cheap parking nearby, and private parking was also available. The hotel’s location was convenient, being close to the underground, making it simple and fast to reach the city center without using the car.

The air conditioning was noticeably noisy, which was a bit disturbing during the night. The breakfast was quite basic and standard, more like a typical Bavarian breakfast, and didn’t feel special or memorable for a hotel of this level.

The hotel was in a nice location close to the park and a few restaurants. It was also walking distance from Munchner Freiheit where there are number of restaurants and the metro. Marienplatz is also a quick metro ride away. The room was spacious and had a very comfortable sleeper couch. The hotel was also in touch with the events happening in the area. They had flyers printed out with transportation options for both Adele and Coldplay with estimated travel times for the guests.

Mineral water was not replenished daily and they charge for additional bottles. The service at the restaurant downstairs was extremely slow, we left without eating on one occasion. The senior staff member (I think her name was Janine) was amazing, efficient and friendly but she often had to stop to teach the others how to make certain drinks and show them how often to clean up.

The room was bigger than I euxpected with a large TV, a Kettle, a chaise lounge, and the room was quite soundproof. The bed was very comfortable. There was space to put everything and the bathroom was spacious as well. Check in and check out was efficient, and the metro is only a 5 min walk. Very convenient. We would absolutely stay again.

Only suggestion would be a coffee station downstairs or water station. I didn't see cups for the water when there was some. That's the most I can come up with though. The stay was wonderful and it was a beautiful area.
