Interesting design, calm city district with new buildings, private parking. Polite personnel. Was very good price performance (except parking)

Honestly it was the highest parking price I ever payed.. 22eu/day.. BMW welt has lower price.. I don't recommend to park here, try use city parking if you will find a free slot. Very long distance to Metro station 1km+. High breakfast prices, so you should just skip it and eat somewhere else, it is not convenient.

The rooms were spacious and clean. I slept very well in the down comforters. The bathroom facilities were my favorite part. Having a family, with the toilet separate from the main shower and tub, this was a wonder! I was so appreciative for having this aspect of the room which helped us maneuver around in the morning while getting everyone ready.

The lighting was a bit tricky to figure out, but it wasn't a game stopper for me. The plugs could have been placed on either side of the bed, but, again, it wasn't a gamechanger. We still managed and loved being in the hotel as a family.

Room was nice, with plenty of space for 4 of us (2 children < 3yo). The whole hotel was clean. We went out for breakfast one morning, and it was nice, with not many options, but still nice. Location of the hotel is okay, in a nice neighborhood, with a bus and a tram stations nearby, and a UBAHN station a bit farther than the bus station.

I didn't like the parking options. Hotel offers a garage, which was 22 EUR a day, and as far as I could tell there aren't any alternatives nearby, since all the street-parking was reserved for residents or car-sharing.

Large room and very comfortable for all of us to live in for our stay . Close to a great bakery and transportation . Quiet and clean neighbourhood. Staff were helpful, friendly and professional

Some of the furnishings had some extensive wear and tear. Small bedside ledge is oddly shaped so my glass of water fell off and smashed. Though room service to clean it up was fast and friendly

Location was great, looks safe and quiet. 10-15 minutes away from the shopping center in marienplatz

What i didnt like is the fact that it was way too hot in the room and that you dont have the right to turn on the air conditioner. I find that pretty ridiculous because when a customer pays its an absolute must that he can do what he wants in the room. The stadt has to take that into account and not judge when is the right time to turn on the AC. For some is hot for others not.

Nice clean and modern hotel with all facilities you need. Big room and quiet.

The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre 4 miles and the underground is about 800m walk. All manageable but you need to build this time and cost into your plans

- Rooms are great, breakfast is great, staff is good and supporting - Although this hotel a little out of city, but the surroundings are very beautiful. It is about 15 min walk to the nearest metro station but the walk is pleasant. It's all greenery around the hotel and well maintained park/garden. - We had a good stay there and could travel to the city and other locations easily. - Overall very positive experience and happy to recommend to recommend to others.

A magnificent sized suite room, unexpected in centre of city. Very silent & poshy surroundings. Reasonably good quality of Breakfast. Really a nice place for business travellers

Parking is horrible. Literally it is impossible to get in the garrage, without scratching the side view mirrors or fenders. Upon complaint, the reception was candid enough to accept the difficulty & he allowed happily to park in open space reserved for handicapped parking.

The microwave and fridge saved us a fortune in food costs and absolutely made Novotel Suites a great choice. The room was huge for the 3 of us and the movable table really helped make the most of the space. The separate toilet and bathroom (with actual bath as well as a great walk-in shower) is such a good idea, I wish UK hotels did this. The bed was surprisingly comfortable too. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, also speaking in English when my German failed me. Free on-street parking during the weekend and close enough to walk to BMW Welt and the Olympic Park (40mins - we walk everywhere!)

The pillows were lumpy and the duvets way too heavy for summer. The decor and carpets were tired and worn, including knife cuts in the table top (probably from cooking). These are small things far outweighed by the positives.

Room was rather spacious, unusual but nice effective setup. The breakfast was well done and quite a few options including different drinks hot and cold. Reception staff were kind, efficient and helpful.

Most of the place was very clean except for the bed which had a few blood stains yet got moved to another room. Other than that there really wasn't a lot to complain about.
