The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the comfortable seating area at the entrance and the generous late checkout time of 12:00 PM. Upon request, the staff kindly provided us with a kettle, cups, and a few plates, which was very helpful. Overall, a pleasant and accommodating stay.

A few areas could be improved: the bathroom ventilation wasn’t very effective, and the location is a bit away from the city center—though having an Aldi nearby was convenient. It would have been nice to have glass cups, a kettle, and a few complimentary tea or coffee bags in the room to enhance the stay.

Hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. Very pleasant and quickly adjusted my arrival time which allowed me check in a little early. The hotel is nicely located, exactly as described. Easy to navigate to your room. Free coffee and croissant if you did not wish to go for the breakfast.

It would have appreciated more pillows. But I am sure that would have been sorted if I just asked. It is hard to pick any fault with this hotel. It is a fair price and offered exactly what I wanted. The breakfast would not appeal to me but it appears to be typical of what is provided in all of these type of hotels. In Ireland we are used to a more luxurious breakfast!

The room was exceptionally clean - modern and with all the usual features. I felt safe and comfortable. I needed to use both pillows. Breakfast was good. Bakery, cereals, dairy and coffee were all excellent.

I arrived very late and the night porter was not the most welcoming but considering the time it was OK. . I stayed for two nights and expected a change of towels which did not come but again I coped. I could not get the room safe to operate but on this occasion it was not essential so I did not ask for help. For breakfast the hot food counter was not so exciting.

The hotel was very clean, in a quiet area, yet centrally located for easy access to central Berlin or the public transport services. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the room very comfortable.

A couple of the staff at reception could have been more attentive. There are water carafes with fresh lemon and herbs in the reception area, but it depended strongly on the receptionist whether they were regularly refilled or whether the reception area was left unattended for longer periods, leaving guests waiting excessively. I was working at a large table there for several hours a day and couldn't help but notice the differences between the staff.

Odličan hotel, izuzetno čist i uredan. Ljubazno i uslužno osoblje. Blizu javnog transporta gde je blizu stanica tramvaja 23 gde lako pređete na metro liniju i u centru Minhena ste za 15-20 min. Ukoliko dolazite sopstvenim prevozom. Postoji mogućnost da ne nađete parking ispred hotela koji se ne naplaćuje. Naravno, hotel ima parking 15 €/dan. Tako da imate mogućnost da taj trošak izbegnete ako nađete slobodno parking mesto.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. It’s located about 6 km from the city center, but the value for money is excellent. The room was spacious, with air conditioning and a large bathroom with a shower – everything was just right, and I was very satisfied. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the staff at the reception were outstanding – friendly and professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good-quality stay a bit outside the city center.

Very good value, clean, well kept, basic but comfortable and nicely furnished. Lovely bathroom, and great breakfast options too. Staff were super helpful especially when I had to return having left my passport in the safe (idiot!), and needed to stay an extra night as I had missed my flight. Reception staff lent me his personal phone charger, and gave me a 20% discount for another night's stay.

When I left, I left my passport & wallet in the security safe by mistake; this was returned to me no problems (they phoned me to tell me I'd left it), but unfortunately I also left my phone charger plugged in, which wasn't there when I returned.

The hotel is spacious, has a nice lobby and a great garden with seating.The room was medium sized, but hat all the necessary amenities for a business stay, desk, fast internet, IPTV, a TV monitor with good connectivity, and also a nice and modern bathroom. The lighting in the room was very nice, especially the indirect lighting that came from the bathroom.

The hotel is located in the northern part of the Schwabing district, where you will find many restaurants and attractions. However, you will need to take a tram to reach this part of Schwabing. The famous Englischer Garten park is a mile away and walking there is not pleasant, along a four-lane, busy thoroughfare. There are not many restaurants or bars near the hotel, but there are a few supermarkets. On the other hand, you can get to the highway from the hotel in no time. The price would have been very reasonable during the week, but since I had to include a Friday night in my stay, it became unnecessarily expensive (from $90 to $140/night).

Staff was super-friendly and very nice. Room was nice, and I like bathroom. I get compliment gift as water bottle and it was nice. Hotel lobby was beautiful and luggage storage work nicely. Location was good and there was grocery store just over the street. Restaurants is not a lot nearby but public transport is working excellent (bus and tram just outside the hotel). I would come again to this hotel.

In my hotel room there was no tea/coffee or fridge or hairdryer. Sometimes keycard and hotel room connection was bad and you need several times to try before you can open the hotel room door by keycard.

Standard room in size and amentities, good breakfast, cleaning is done properly Beds are comfortable and clean.

There are just 1-2 coat hangers, in so called "wardrobe", AC does not work properly. Walls are scratched and dirty, must be repainted Hotel is far from any Metro station-just to be aware of , just buses and only tram 23 going toward centre For the same price you may get more in better located premises.
