The hotel is located in what appears to be an industrial area outside the center of Munich. From the outside, the hotel doesn't appear to be anything special. However, once inside, the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful, both modern and large with ample counter-space, which is something that is not to be taken for granted. In addition, although it is outside the city core, the hotel is located just steps from a subway (U-Bahn) station, and one can get into the city center in a matter of minutes.

The ambience of the hotel's location leaves a bit to be desired. However, the price is quite reasonable for Munich, and one can access the center of the city quite easily using the nearby subway (U-Bahn). The breakfast is not very lavish in comparison with other German hotels. However, one can get both coffee and eggs made to order.

The hotel is very clean. The location is excellent thanks to a nearby Underground Station taking you to Main Train Station within 15 mins.

Not sure whether the restaurants close to the hotel stay open late. We did not try any of them but the area was not very populated at night. We still felt safe and we noticed people walking alone without any fear, so the area must be pretty safe. But I am not sure whether the close by restaurants stay open late.

Good value hotel slightly away from the downtown action...which is good. U bahn stop just outside hotel entrance meant it was very easy to get into the downtown area. Recommend if you want to save a little money and can handle riding the U bahn 7-8 stops.

Road noise from window was louder than expected. I sleep soundly so wasn't too big a deal however if you do not sleep soundly I would get a room on opposite of building.

Perfect location, just next to Frankfurter ring metro station. You can reach all the sightseeings or HBF within 20-30mins. The room is very tidy, it’s a real three star hotel. And I love the breakfast with a lot of options. The staffs are friendly and nice, they can make fresh egg or coffee for individuals. PS: there is a bar for 24 hours in the lobby.

Everything is perfect for me

The bedroom was welcoming, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was new, clean and stylish. The breakfast offered excellent choice of food. The staff was kind and friendly.

The location is excellent, near the underground, allows easy commuting to the main attractions of the city. We had rented a car, but ended up using public transportation for most of our trips.

Good breakfast included and even had gluten free bread available. Very easy access to the U-Bahn (50m from hotel). Good, cheap bakery on the corner. Flexible check in and someone on the desk 24 hours. Good shower and comfy bed.

I had requested some tea and milk and was told a kettle would cost another 10 euros a day but that boiling water could be provided over the hotel bar. On our last night, the staff at reception refused to provide boiling water saying we would need to purchase a cup of tea.

The hotel is excellent. It is located in a quiet location in Munich, the room is wonderful, equipped with everything you need, very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Very close to the Frankfurter Ring subway station that connects the airport and the city center. Also, I appreciated that I received a room much earlier than the check-in time.

The hotel i seasily accessible by car from all major routes and is located near the U-Bahn station. It offer all you need for a short stay on a business trip. The breakfast is good and there is a bar next to the reception, open late.

It was not entirely easy to find the garage. However, the parking overnight, between 18.00 and 9.00 is possible in the main street front of the hotel, if you find a place to park.

Very clean room, acceptable breakfast. 2min to metro/bus. 2 min to Greek restaurant.

The window in my room requires maintenance. Even the window was fully closed the sound insulation was zero and I heard all the noise from the street road. Without ear plugs it would be no sleeping at all. That was the only negative and it could just be my room only.

I already visited this hotel several times for business trip. The hotel is close to the train station Frankfurt Ring and also has restaurant, supermarket close by. The hotel also offer great breakfast at 6:30 am before business visit. I will surely visit this hotel again in the future.
