The property was quite good with modern amenities and everything working properly. They had provided a reasonably well stocked kitchen with a water heater, toaster and coffee maker - and all this was quite handy. The bathroom was neat and clean with a good functioning radiator for drying some clothes as needed.

There were three inconvenience in my opinion: there was no laundromat nearby or in the building (it would be great if LimeHome could set up a laundromat in the building), the place was a little far from Munich city centre and a good 15-20 mins from the nearest U-Bahn, and the room was a tad bit too small.

The building is located in an work zone, on the outskirts of town, which means it's quite silent at night. The rooms are huge and well equipped (kitchenware, hygiene products, a big fan, a big screen), and the bedding quite comfortable. It only takes 10-20 minutes driving to reach Munich center, the Olympiapark, the BMW museum/BMW Welt, or the ESO planetarium so it was great for a first visit.

The lack of AC was a problem for me. If you get one of the rooms on the western side of the building, it's going to be impossible to keep it cool during the day. Although they provide each room with a good fan, the only option is to keep the window open all night, which means it's best to prepare a sleeping mask to block the light, and maybe some earplugs (it's generally quiet at night, but you never know when an inconsiderate guest will decide to chat loudly on the parking lot from 11p.m. to 2a.m....). Although there is a bus stop close-by, but it doesn't take you towards Munich, so it's best to come by car.

Well, I needed a place to stay and work for a few days, I got all I wanted and more. First impression is kinda mixed, cause the hotel is located in a somewhat hidden place and there is just almost no one around. Also no reception whatsoever, but I did saw cleaning staff a few times. Feels unusual, like something from a sci-fi movie: find the place, upload your data, enter codes here and there and you're in. The room itself has all the usual things a person needs to work, do small cooking, wash, sleep, repeat. Kudos for toothbrush and paste, tee and kettle !

The hotel is not so much accessible via public transport, although there is one bus that goes up to the hotel. Also would be nice if the interior of the building was either more sci-fi like or more human oriented, it is now somewhere in between what makes it a bit uncanny. But here I'm being picky.

The small studio room is good for a couple of nights staying in Munich, if you accept the self service for breakfast (small fully equipped kitchen is available) and for check in - check out. There is nothing around to see, but the metro station Harthof of U2 is 10...15 minutes walking away. For dinner Ibcan recommend the balcan restaurant at the football training facilities, also sone 10 mintes walking distance. While staying, nobody will bother you with room cleaning. The bed is comfortable enough for a good sleep, the ambient of hotel is very quiet and on the street there are plenty of free parking facilities.

The room size is pretty small, for one person is ok, for two persons it might be annoying. There are no really facility to hang your cloths, the TV set has just a few open channels, you need to write down your pin codes for entering the building and the room.

booking response was quick, everything automatic to access property and checkout, early check-in was available luckily, kitchen has sufficient items to make our food, parking free nearby, worth to stay again

doors are locked with access code but without any physical lock even from inside. cleaning employee opened the door while we were inside, which is not good. it's very basic to knock the door before accessing private rooms - physical lock from inside is needed to feel safe

The accommodation is located in a very peaceful and green place. There is the room inside the automated building. There is a main hall and a few floors with rooms. You use some codes(for the front door and the room door) for getting inside, that you received before check-in. Inside the room, you can find an equipment kitchen (a kettle, a fridge, a coffee machine, etc), a huge TV, an iron, a big king-size bed, a table and some chairs. There is a shower in the bathroom and some useful things like a hairdryer, a towel dryer, some soap and shampoo. It was nice to stay there.

The shower cabin looks a bit strange. After getting a shower there is some water on the floor in the bathroom.

The neighbourhood was so quiet in the evenings and mornings. Just wonderful. Access to the building and our room was very easy through the step by step sent by email. We had a room on the ground floor. The room was very clean with all the necessary amenities for our stay. There's a family owned ice cream vendor not far away called Engert Eis. To check out we had to simply leave the room and click on the link in the email. Will definitely keep this hotel in mind for our next trip :-)

You get what you see in the pictures and description. The location was great for us with a car, the parking was big and safe. The building was only accessible by code which was great. In general, quiet location. Coffee and tea in the room are definitely a plus. The small bags were a nice touch.

- One of the rooms we booked had a half shower box- that meant water on the floor after every shower. - The windows have no screens and the rooms have no AC which is clearly indicated in the booking. However, this meant open windows and open access to bugs. - The shower box had no shelves to place the shampoo on, which meant ongoing squatting while showering to pick up the shampoo from the floor.

Access to the facility is fully digitalized. The facility is accessible, surrounded by trees and we enjoyed the silence interrupted only by the chirping of birds. It is well connected by public transport, equipped with everything you need for a short stay.

Everything was good, it could have been cleaned a little better.

Very nice place to stay in Munich with a little apartment like facilities at your disposal. Although a bit far from Munich city center, good public transport connectivity with Bus no. 179 right in front of the property can take you to the well connected U-Bahn network of Munich.
