The check in was easy, card was in a lock box for after hours. The hotel is in a neighborhood with easy access to a bus and train into city center. Rooms were very clean, modern and had numerous athlete's records on the hallway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was complete with some hot items. The only reason I wouldn't say it was romantic was because the only room available had bunk beds but they were comfortable! There were a couple restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

There was a vending machine but no food or beverages available for purchase. It wasn't near the downtown but was a nice , quiet neighborhood.

- the water in the shower drains poorly, the floor geometry is poor, you stand in a puddle - dim light in the bathroom - separate bath and toilet - extra toilet paper on the trash can - combination locks on the drawers do not work - quite a high price for a hotel located very far from the city center - there was no warm water in the shower in the morning

Great hostel facilities with accommodating staff! Each room has a privacy curtain, huge locker with a keypad lock, wall plug and light per bed, good ventilation, and even a mini fridge. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and the separate shower, toilet, and sink make it easy for groups to get ready. Super quiet hostel and neighborhood. Also, the staff were very helpful and laid back!

Just be warned that the location is not in downtown but a suburban neighborhood. It takes a bus and metro to reach the center. Also, the hostel staff aren’t always in the building but if you need anything you just call and they arrive quickly!

My best friend and I travelled with our 8yo kids, and my friend was very trepidatious about the fact that I booked a hostel. I’d read reviews and felt confident in my choice, but from the perspective of someone who walked in with a lot of anxiety: The property and the staff completely exceeded every expectation she had. They were incredibly kind and helpful to us, to our kids, and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were more comfortable than the 4-5* hotels I’ve stayed in recently in both Deutschland and the USA.

Check-in was fast via the friendly receptionist. The kids liked the bunk beds and their extra light and table feature, the curtains were very handy. The walk-in shower room was very nice, the shower can be placed as high as around 240cm, tall people should appreciate it. 🙂 The two rolling puffs for sitting were fun for the kids too. Everything was clean and tidy.

We liked everything, the kids were only missing a bench or chair of their size (aged around 6) to be able to sit and put on their shoes as they used to at home and in the school, maybe something to consider for this cool 2 bunk bed room. 🙂

Hotel was great, close to shops and not too far from other attractions (BMW museum), Sea Life, Olympia stadium, etc!

Our room did not get cleaned up during our stay until we asked for it!

- Breakfast was not ready on time as advertised. However the stuff did their best and served the breakfast. I had to leave early in the morning for a meeting but my parents stayed. The stuff took good care of my parents while they were in breakfast. I was able to get breakfast when I was back from the meeting

This is really comfortable, clean and well situated. I would highly recommend it. We had a family room with 4 bunks, each curtained, and an ensuite.

Although there was a fridge and kettle,there were no cups, just glasses. Some basic crockery and cutlery would have been great.

Friendly and welcoming staff, nice new hotel with modern design, spacious room, free street parking, comfy beds, clean, fast WiFi, easy access to central Munich. We would definitely love to stay again.

They have a cafe with good coffee at the lobby but tea and coffee in the room would be a great addition. But it did not affect our stay at all. We still highly recommend this place.

Strategic position: not too far from the city center but far enough to be a quiet place where you can relax. It's also near a couple of places worth visiting, like the BMW Museum and the BMW Welt, the Olympiapark and the the Sea Life Aquarium. It's also near to a Lidl if you need to buy some food or other stuff
