The room was excellent. The only reason I did not give it a 10 was the heating system was difficult to work with it did not seem to be able to set the temperature. The parking was good but a bit pricey at $20 per night. the breakfast ranks among the best I have ever seen and rivals Hilton and Marriot. Location is out o0f the city but literally right next to a subway station where you can go anywhere you want in the city without a car. Yes we needed to car to go to Austria. traffic to and from airport not too bad. The room has concrete floors basically to keep cost down but they were immaculate, very clean and comfortable.

They asked 10 euro to check-in 1 hour earlier. (10 euro for each and every one hour early check--in.) We did not pah. We wait 1 hour at reception Once in a 3-4 days cleaning of rooms is not enough for hygene. Last time (May 2025 in our last visit) they offered voucher for drinks in restaurant if we accept this cleaning period. Now it is standard without any offer. There will be side desk nearby bed. I did not anyhthibg beshdes my bed. No hotel slippers. Kettle can be added to superior rooms. There should be place to dry towels in the room. Because they do not change towels. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Ladies in reception was very good. Operation mamager, Semih was very helpfull and very polite. H2 hotels is very lucky to employ these people.

Overall it is a nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean, modernly equipped. Breakfast was fine as well, a lot to choose from. Since hotel is really big and there is lots of guests, it gets a bit crowded at the breakfast/dining room, but we always got a table so this was no big issue for us (as I saw some complaints in reviews). There is also a terrace, so you can enjoy morning coffee on fresh air. Location is great, next to Olympic park and very close BMW Welt and Museum (20 min walking distance in the park), as well metro station is few meters from hotel. Parking in garage available - might be an issue to get a parking spot late in the evening, when garage is full. In any case, there are options to park outside.

Super clean, new and fresh! The rooms are súper functional for multiple travelers…Outlet and netted pocket next to every bed. Down comforters and t-shirt sheets, crisp and clean! Love that the toilet and shower have their own door and sink. Very quiet, couldn’t hear anyone else and we were on a floor with student groups. Plenty of room, a desk, small couch and seating area. Patio door opens to a nice garden area. This place has one of the absolute best included breakfasts I’ve ever had! Also, the restaurant/bar/cafe has delicious food at really good prices! You can’t go wrong staying here. The staff is super friendly, accommodating and professional.

I wish it were closer to downtown, however the U3 is literally 10 steps from the front entrance to the hotel.

It's new, the breakfast was awesome and the transportation was so close it was so convenient. Only trick was finding our way from the parking garage to the hotel was a bit mysterious when you're tired from traveling. I wish I had stayed here for both my nights in Munich. It felt comfortable and safe, I generally do not like to stay in the city at all, but this place was great for the cost. They let me leave my car at the parking garage while I travelled into the old town center on the ungrounded transportation. I checked out at 9 am and picked up my car at 6 pm that evening. So helpful!!!

Please make coming up from the parking garage more clear.

The hotel was clean very convenient Subway right outside the hotel the front desk staff was also very friendly and gave us directions how to get to where we wanted to do by printing out directions from the computer and the breakfast was good.

Even though the breakfast was really nice they should have been a change off menu everyday we had the same thing for our whole stay which really didn't make sense. And when we asked customer service for extra pillows they said they had no more pillows which really also I can't believe that all hotels have no extra pillows.

considering the price during the hot season, we were satisfied of what we got. the location could look far from center, but the entrance to the undeground is just in front of hotel entrance, you take into U3 line and directrly, without a tranfer take off in marienplatz (the center of the center), so you need about 20 min. to get to Marienplatz. Good breakfast. Easy parking, you do not need to check in before driving into underground. p.s. family ticket (up to 5 persons) for the whole day 18,5 EUR only. this is cheaper option for family of 4 too, but I understood that even family of 3 should choose this ticket (especially if you would like to take additional rides)

Most of the staff are awesome but some are very rude. My key cards weren’t working after 12pm even after I had paid for a late check-out the day before checking out. I was not informed that the keys won’t be working after 12pm at the time of payment. When approached for help, a red-haired lady at the reception was saying “you should have asked this” and I rebutted “no, I should have been informed of this” and we went back and forth “you should have asked first” “you should have informed first”. I understand it was a busy time for the staff and probably they are overworked - but I seriously recommend this hotel to improve the customer services and staff training.

The smile and kindness of the receptionist from the moment you enter the hotel. And so it was until the end of the three-day stay. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Our four-bed room was pleasant and positive for the whole family. Breakfast very good. Even if there was a big crowd, the food was regularly replenished and the staff promptly cleaned up the leftovers of food and dishes after the guests had dined. The location is spectacular. The U3 metro station is 15 meters in front of the hotel and the "Olympiapark" complex is a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended.

It is not clear to me how a hotel like this can allow itself to get upset over a small thing, which turned into a real "hate". During our three-day stay, we spoke to the receptionist several times and each time received the same answer, saying that the broken hair dryer would be replaced. You know that feeling when you come back from a tour of the city and enter the restroom, to try a new, working hair dryer...and nothing! The thought of Hotel H2 and the receptionists who nod their heads and announce that the master is coming is a bit unpleasant for me. Why are you lying? Not serious. I regret the loss of my time and my children's time, while we were waiting for the hair to dry...

The hotel was great, it's really new and amenities for such hotel are great. The breakfast is basic but fairly acceptable, however the staff is really helpfull and the location is amazing. Right in front of the hotel there is an underground tram and it can take you to city center. The rooms are a decent size, everything is new. The only thing which I was lacking was option to have bigger pillows. We had the ones that were for sleeping on the back and it was really hard for me to sleep since I need bigger pillow for side sleep. Otherwise everything was perfect!
