Such a lovely hotel! The staff was exceptionally accommodating. Went there for the air conditioned rooms but we were so pleasantly surprised. Free cappuccino, coffee, lattes, espressos, etc self serve in the lobby--- super big plus!!! When we booked we opted for the "breakfast included" and it was fabulous. The selection and quality of the food was superb. The rooms were so clean and efficient! I'm annoyed with myself I didn't take pictures of the room and bathroom! The staff was wonderful and immediately took care of all our needs. Thank you Ms. Bauer and Mohammad. We loved this hotel and the staff so much, our fantastic original 2 night stay experience turned this hotel into our travel hub. We went back 2 more times, once for 3 nights and again 2 nights. This will from now on be our go to hotel when in Munich. Also, the train station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel and the train to Marienplatz takes not quite 20 minutes. Also again, there is a fabulous Italian restaurant in Puchheim, Il Mulino and the Il Gelato Italiano is a great place for a treat or refresher. Breakfast was outstanding. The bed was really comfortable. The location was great for getting to Dachau in a car and getting into München on the S bahn was easy too.

The underground garage was too low for our van and roof box but the hotel let us park on the driveway into it. There were work men in the morning which would have been more ideal with later start, but the hotel dealt with it well.

The breakfast is great, the staff are always friendly, helpful and hard working, and the rooms are clean, functional and beds very comfortable. I love that I could borrow a tea kettle while there. I think it’s a great place and the outside breakfast terrace would be great for warmer days ( it wasn’t warm enough when I was there). Recommend!

Family room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but very nice. Will stay again :)

We arrived late and had trouble figuring out where to park because the parking garage was closed and would not open with the room key. The on-staff person did not answer (however, this was on Easter day). We found a solution and they informed us in the morning that it was OK.

Very nice rooms, clean and cozy. Easy and straightforward checkin process.

I specifically selected this location because it lists an EV charger station in the garage. The problem is, that charger is deactivated since a long time and thus not usable. So ideally it should be resolved, or if not, then removed from the description. For me it was a major issue.

Had to pay for parking and breakfast in addition. The room was facing the road, so late arriving guests were causing noise issues and we had to close the window and use the Aircon instead. It was a bit difficult to figure out where to park in the dark, so had to go talk to reception first, but again, didn't know where to leave the car whilst checking in

It was clean and comfortable. The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The hotel is in a quiet location and we could park in an underground garage at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast they offered looked extensive, fresh, and delicious.

Clean hotel with great facilities and great breakfast with all day free help yourself coffee! Reception staff member was great and very helpful.

Our room was next to the lift and we could hear it and over the outside smoking area where there was a lot of chatter all night which unfortunately made it hard to sleep.

We arrive around 23:50 in the night and nobody was there in the we have to self check inn but it was so complicated i call the staff and he and he came 20 minutes great guy verry helpful...

Reception staff was very friendly and forthcoming with information, room was a good sized room for one night, breakfast was very good. There is a very nice Greek restaurant close by. Good vicinity to airport.
