unfortunately our room looked out towards sbahn track .they run from 5am to 1am every 10 mins at peak time.Heard freight trains at 4am ,so take ear plugs .As room warm ( no aircon ) so window open ...They charge for water in room ,however garage next door sells water etc .

The good thing is that the S-bahn is fairly close, approx. 5 min. walk. There are Lidl and Edeka in proximity as well. The staff was pretty helpful and friendly. You can buy daily tickets on hotel reception, if you want. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel but we had free coffee and tea in hotel lobby starting from 11h (we didn't use it much since at 11h we were already in the city, but there is the option).

The train passes by close to the hotel but the noise is really bearable. Anyway, german trains are pretty quiet so, for me, it is not a significant downside.

Nice hotel and good breakfast, parking in front of the hotel for 1 euro and in garage for 8 euros. Perfect price.

There is no air conditioning and loud street is near, so you need to choose between fresh air and silence when the weather is hot. Be aware that water on the table in room is not for free, it was my fault as i used that this kind of water is a compliment from hotel and wasn't attentive enough to see the announcement.

We really enjoyed breakfasts. Hotel is at a silent place (don't be afraid of trains from one side, main street from the second, we did not register them even with opened window). Indian restaurant/better bistro just next to the hotel. Wifi pretty fast and reliable. We didn't use parking at hotel. Public transport connection is good (5 minutes of walking + 20 minutes by S-bahn to the center, goes every 10-15 minutes during the day, less frequently even during the night), but in our case did not operate (Aug 2023) because of some rail reconstruction, in this case it was 5+5min every 15minutes+40 minutes of next travel, bus which went every 20 minutes (approx. 1.5 hour to the center). So if you want to rely on public transport, check MVV for exceptions. We used city card - pass for 5 people for 4 days, cost approx. 50 EUR.

We were pretty fine with everything. Maybe, as extra - make possible reservation for a parking slot (we used P+R, so didn't need it).

It was easy to find and lots of parking that was charged extra but it was right in front of the hotel and it’s under surveillance!

The breakfast was extra charge and it was 14€ for both adults and children so we did not take it. I’m sure it was good but I think the kids should have gotten at a discount.

Everything was perfect. Hotel situated near the Edeka, to S8 is just 5 min to walk. Hotel was clean and you can have free charge coffee and tea downstairs. Our family arrived in the late night. Receptionist helped us to bring heavy luggage to our room. 24 hours reception is really can help you. All staff was very kind. Italian receptionist is very nice guy who is very optimistic and his jokes make your mood always better. We recommend this hotel to everybody.

The staff, the location was perfect.

It’s a little bit out dated, the paint and the whole rooms are quit warned out. We had a room that constantly smelled like there was sigarette smoke coming through the vents.

Location is OK, not so close to the center of the city but there was a train station nearby so you're set. The breakfast was good, and overall it is good value for money.

Staff at the reception wasn't really friendly. I got the impression they were there by some kind of punishment. Pillows were horrible, luckily we were so tired we slept OK.

Pet friendly, I booked the hotel to let my cat relax after a 6 hour drive. The room and the bathroom was clean, we had a tv and wifi. The bed was comfortable enough to rest agter the drive.

The view was towards the trash, but that is the least of my concern.

Clean room, polite staff, very nice waitress in the breakfast cafe The temperature was perfect and the duvets have a nice solid weight to them. Pillows were great also-- a very big deal for us! Things were in great working order-- elevators, etc. That was outdoor parking just in front of the hotel for 4 eurio per night. (We preferred that over the covered parking for 12 euro per night.) Breakfast was 12 euro per person. Not bad because they offer HOT scrambled eggs & plain, whole yogurt!! Missing: bacon or sausage or ham or NON-UTH milk for the coffee (ultra-pasturized tastes pretty crappy when you know what normal pasteurized or raw taste like!). But generally, decent for "Munich pricing."
