Room is airy and cooling. Room is clean and good size. Good water pressure and temperature for showers. Bar which opens to 2am is relaxing and next to concierge is great for travellers to get out of room to enjoy a beer. Like the 24 hr concierge with professional staffs. Near to Arcaden shopping centre which is 10 mins walk with large variety of shops. There are a large variety of bakery that offers pretzels and other bread. Little shops around with great vibes. Pasing station is right there which is 50 minutes to airport direct. Down the road has some restaurants and super market. Found Burger King, pleasantly surprised to find fantastic salad by BK.

Shower has partial door and you cannot having a wet floor after shower.

We arrived 2 hours early and we had luck our room was just cleaned and allowed us to check in. Baby bed was great, they had everything prepared for the baby to sleep comfortably. Like: the location. It's close to a big shopping centre and a train station that is well connected. Also that there is staff on the desk all the time. You could even leave the baggage before you are checked in. Dislike: the bed was a little bit too hard for me. But for people who love sleeping on harder surfaces will be great.

The price for the room was very reasonable. It was easy to get to downtown Munich with a less than 10 minute walk to the train station and from there with the S-Bahn to Marienplatz. All of the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was plentiful, and offered a great variety of items. It was overall a great and very comfortable stay.

Parking can get a little tricky. There aren't many spaces.

It is conveniently located, there's a tram and a bus stop within 5 minutes' walk, a train station and plenty of shops and eateries about 10 minutes' walk away. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The breakfast is fabulous, with plenty of variety.

Being August it was hot so we needed to keep the windows open, but then many guests would smoke nearby. Several guests slammed doors and generally made noise through the night. However, the area itself is pretty quiet. The mattress is made of foam and was a bit worn and unsupportive. But after the first night (and an aching back) I just switched the ends and that solved the issue.

Good location, next to a shopping and a train station. It was very practical to arrive in the evening and buy food for dinner.

We felt the need for a frigobar. It would be great if there were a microwave to be used by us in the hotel. To eat in restaurants was expensive for us, so we tried to save some money buying food in a supermarket nearby.

The staff was very nice, sympathetic and helpful. I was not expecting much because I had to reserve the room at the eleventh hour but the hotel exceeded my expectations--very honest accommodation for a reasonable price. It was very clean and check-in/check-out was uncomplicated. Pasing is also pretty easy to reach with the tram from most locations in the city centre.

the bathroom sink was not that well designed, so the water easily sprayed on the floor and elsewhere, but this is really a minor detail. Soundproof from the hallway was not that good also, but I believe there is not much you could ask for there, as the space is not that big (nevertheless, the rooms are cosy).

The tram directly into the city is a few steps away, as well as as to the Pasing station in case you wanted to use another source of transportation. Lots of choices to eat within walking distance good value for your money. The staff is very helpful and very nice specially the cleaning cleaning crew

But the bathrooms need a little bit of TLC

Good cheap option in Munich. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The main beds in our room were very comfortable

It was a supposedly a triple room but looked like a double room with another bed shoved at the window. This made the space cramped. The 3rd bed was uncomfortable. Also, stop with the patronising "you're off to a good start" nonsense in the reviews section. Take this off the website. It's stupid.

The bed was nice and firm, the staffs were friendly, i like the towels 🦭, nice walk-in shower.

The bathroom size feels a bit too forced, but i guess it works. Just would've been nice for it to be bigger. Also, our room didnt have a place to put our luggage, so it was hard to figure out where to put it at first. And, it was pretty warm because it was directly on the sun, but thats about it.
