We had an amazing stay at Parkhotel Obermenzing. The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless and cozy. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and an amazing selections of items located on the upper level with an outdoor seating area, bright and clean plus budget friendly. A fantastic selection of foods to choose from, and delicious coffee !! Friendly, efficient and, helpful staff !! Our first morning at breakfast, Lorena was very helpful pointing out where everything is and gave us a quick tutorial on how to use the coffee/latte/espresso/hot chocolate machine, she kept items full and refreshed when it became busier. Dorothy at front reception is a delight to talk to, very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Lauren, who was working the lounge/bar area the evening we arrived and was in the process of closing up for the night, but did not hesitate to pour me a nice cold beer for a tired and thirsty long distance traveler (we arrived from Canada).

Just one thing! Our room was located facing the back of the building. We opened our room window during our week stay for fresh air however the Staff used this area for breaks and the odor of smoke would permeate our room.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly young man at the reception. The check-in process took less than 3 minutes, and he was ready to answer all our questions about the hotel, the city, public transportation, and other details. The payment was lower than stated on Booking.com, as they gave us about a 12% discount. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds, a table, and two chairs where you could easily sit and have a meal. After 10 PM, the main entrance of the hotel closes, so you need to enter through the side entrance and go downstairs. The hotel key card unlocks the door. Parking is available on the sidewalk right next to the hotel. There is a bus stop 50 meters from the hotel. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I missed having a kettle, a radiator in the bathroom, and a balcony. There is no air conditioning.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, free street parking, and excellent quality breakfast for 9.90 euro, Quite location near a park but unfortunately did not get a chance to explore the park.

We are 65 year old and were on the third floor and No Lift and no assistance to take luggage upstairs, a little to far from the city centre, bus stop 50 meters away but buses every 20 to 30 minutes, train station 10 to 15 minute walk and trains not always on time. difficult to get a taxi or uber. Although we did have a car due to parking it is not practical to use the car when going into city centre.

The hotel has an excellent breakfast. Located in a 50's style house, it maintains a very elegant vintage touch in its furniture and decoration. The staff in the bar and at breakfast was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Although it is not located in the center of the city it is very well connected with the bus and the S-Bahn. And one can easily reach the city center at any time.

The staff that welcomed us in the reception the first day was not specially friendly. The bathroom can be more modern and the shower cleaner. (It had an old mould)

Stuff was really polite and helpful in all regards - to how to handle local traffic to everything in regards to hotel itself. Everything super clean and as well...not difficult to reach the city center. It is a bit far but given the price vs quality it is really great in in peaceful part of town with a lot of green. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing worth mentioning. Prices was a bit high but this is due for the EURO 2024 but even for this event prices were super in regards to other prices closer to city center.

Perfect location, bus stop right outside of the hotel which allows you to get the S train to the city center, food is fabulous, staff goes above and beyond to help you, quiet and comfortable, felt very safe and the rooms are large for European hotels. Fabulous stay! Would definitely recommend and I would absolutely stay there again!

Very stylish hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. The bed and linen were very nice. Reception isn't always staffed but it is quick and easy. There is parking around the hotel which is adjacent to a park. Wifi was fine and the room was set up with a desk for a workspace.

No AC that I noticed but you can open the window for some fresh air. The lower rooms are close to the roadside but there didn't seem to be much noise.

Pricing was good and beds were very comfortable. Cute bed and breakfast — best 3 stars experience I’ve had.

No one to check you in if you come before 2pm. One person working at the front desk looked annoyed at my request for a steamer but overall the staff did fine. It wasn’t 5 stars but didn’t expect it either.

We didn't expect much cause we were looking for an overnight stay, on our way to Italy, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy area, surrounded by villas in a forested part. Everything is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. An excellent bonus is the free parking right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!

Great location close to Nymphenburg, silent neighborhood and easy to find a parking place. The breakfast is great with many choices.

The hotel is a bit far away to the S-bahn station, if you want to go into the city center. You have to pay 4.5 euro for a cup of tea or even hot water at the breakfast time, which we didn't know before we check out the room. Wish to have a more transparent information about price before we make the order.
