Excellent location just a short walk from a tram stop going direct to city centre and close to large park, great for walks, beer garden, activities. Although very quiet and peaceful setting and no noise disturbance whilst in the hotel. Room clean and comfortable and travel cot provided. Nice bathroom with great rainfall shower. Relaxed & friendly atmosphere. Tasty continental breakfast available. Flexible check in.

Room decor slightly dated however very clean and well maintained so not an issue & bathroom was good with great shower.

A reasonably priced continental breakfast was available. Our bed was comfortable and we were very close to Hirschgarten beer garden as well as within easy walking distance of the bus to the city centre and Nymphenburg palace and gardens.

There was very little fruit available at breakfast. We like to eat fruit with our cereal but here was none offered other than an apple. We bought some in a supermarket and took it down to breakfast with us. There was no air con but a good fan was supplied which we used all the time. It kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

I stayed here last week on my travels, and liked it so much I booked it again on the way back from Austria. Great spot just up the road from the Hirschgarten. I was lucky and got one of the limited on site car spaces (although you can park in the street for free). It was 34deg outside, so the Aircon was brilliant (and very quiet, so I left it on while sleeping). The manager was so friendly and welcoming.

The location is exceptional, in a small housing neighborhood, just off the main street, and thus super calm. At the same time, walking to the Nymphenburg, the Kings Beergarden or the tram to town is all in 5-10 minutes on foot. Our room was spacious and extended to a small second room for the kids. The hotel is decorated a bit old style, but with lots of modern "Deer Art". As a suggestion, maybe let some space for the customers stuff in the fridge or a bigger minibar fridge?

Great value with six parking free parking spots in Munich near Schloss Nymphenburg and an easy tram ride to Marienplatz. Owner is very helpful and accommodating. Has tram tickets available and it is a short walk to one of two nearby stops. Easy walk to the Schloss. Visit is highly recommended. Clean, comfortable room. Secondary road access so no street noise. Easy drive if you need to get to MUC airport.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming. He explained all the required details for the stay and answered our questions. The room had 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a spa). Close proximity to the tram (5 min walking) and 15 min to the city center. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in.

The facility and the room look very outdated.

First of all the hotel is located in a very nice and silent neighborhood. The hotel staff are very friendly and kind. The hotel has own parking area. Facility is quite enough and rooms are modern. The breakfast can be more diverse.

Great location outside of the centre with free on-site parking, easy access into town on the tram, and only 5 minutes walk to the biggest beer garden in the world!

We booked a suite for our family of 4 but only 2 coffee cups were provided (mind you, the kettle in the room was a nice surprise). The spa bath only had bubbles, no jets.

There was a free parking, close to the stores, the room includes all the needs, except ironing facilities. The host was very nice. It’s 1h of walk to the city center.

A single room was teeny-tiny and made you feel claustrophobic. So I think that the price for it was too high. Also the room had an attic window, which means absolutely no view.

Excellent experience overall. Clean, large, cozy rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is in a beautiful area, close to beergardens, nice restaurants, and the nymphenburg castle, and well connected with the city center. Great staff, very kind and helpful.
