Lovely staff. Not only they were quite helpful, they were super nice as well. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were really good. Also the shower, and the smart toilet were great! Also the breakfast was really good and everything was available, with good quality. Would definitely go there again!

I wouldn't call this really a problem, but if one desires to stay close to the old town or city centre, this hotel might be a bit far, like 40-50 minutes walk. But then the tram station is so close to the hotel (4 minutes by walk) that this issue can be easily resolved.

Modern, clean, stylish and amenities in room were good. The lounge access provided good snacks and light meals and on a clear day you could see the alps. The staff are attentive and were so kind and helpful during my visit especially Sarah Kohlbach.

The room service menu is limited.

The staff was the best. There were 2 receptionists doing the check in. Besides English, they also spoke Spanish. They were both great, nice and efficient. Very unusual GOOD customer service in Germany.

Well, the location is next to the train rails. And the entrance is not from the main road. I went in a business trip and it didn't bother me. I guess it is a good hotel for a business trip. If I were on holidays I would expect a nicer location

There are many small details in this hotel which I like a lot. For example, the floor of the bathroom in the room is slightly heated, which makes it warm and thus comfortable for standing in the bathroom with bare feet.

The rubbish bin was a little bit too small for non-business travellers like us. As München is the last stay before we leave Germany, we have some more stuff to throw away than usual to keep our luggage lighter. However, the size for the rubbish bin is not ideal for this purpose. Also, the chair at the table is supposed to be a decent furniture, which is also why we paid a deposit of 50 Euro for the expensive ambiente available in the room. However, it seems that the chair has already been used for so many years that it does not look great anymore. It was a little bit disappointing as I value this hotel so much and have even become a fan of it.

I had a fantastic stay at the Munich Marriott Hotel City West! The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite being in a busy area. The staff was attentive and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and major attractions. Although I didn't try the breakfast buffet but the I order food from the room service and the food was also excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

The room service cleans the room daily, but they should also check and replace or clean the coffee cups.

The room was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the interior design of the room and really appreciated the room service. The bathroom gave me probably one of the best showers I've had to date. Overall, I'd give an 8/10.

The location was a bit odd and not within walking distance of the train station. However, using the tram system will get you there in about 15 minutes from Munchen HBF. The coffee/tea machine in the room could use some routine cleaning, too. There were mineral deposits in the water tank and the tea I made ended up tasting funny.

I was stranded in Munich due to a snowstorm and stayed at this hotel. I just wanted to say how exceptionally kind some of the staff were, especially Sarah (Front of desk) and the breakfast staff who could not do enough for guests. They are really an asset to the hotel!

Location was ok with the tram in front of the building. Only takes about 15 minutes to get to the main train station (tram 18/19). The room was quiet and very clean and modern. There was not really any fault with the room (water pressure and temp in the shower is easy to set up and plentiful) except for the window location. Facilities are also modern and easily accessible. The area felt safe though.

The window was facing to the main road, opening the window during the night was a no go. There are not a lot of cafes or restaurants around, you would always have to take the tram or car to go to stachus or sendlinger tor.

I would say considering the price-performance balance, it may be the best hotel in the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

I do think that the housekeeping service could be improved slightly, as it took a bit longer than expected for our room to be cleaned and replenished with fresh towels and toiletries most of time

Munich Marriott West is a brand new hotel and it showed! Everything is well thought and facilities are top notch and modern. This is a Hotel a bit off centre, but in close proximity by train that takes you there in 20 mins. We really enjoyed the lobby and breakfast area and we tried to spend time there a lot, since both areas are very spacious. Breakfast was Great! Make sure to try their pancakes. The Best I've had in years. On the day of our arrival staff was very welcoming and easy to provide us with lots of tips and suggestions of things to do and visit, during our stay in Munich. They gave us 2 lists with restaurants, bars and clubs as well as top sightseeing monuments to not miss. Much appreciated for their time and genuine friendliness! Moreover our room was amazing and really loved the design with its wooden details. Bathroom was also a plus, since it had a heated toilet with all sorts of features that you don't find easy out there. Parking was available for just 35€ per day and that was very convenient. We also tried Assoluto Ristorante & Vineria one night. Great Italian food and staff was very kind and cheerful. Loved the atmosphere and vibe in Total. So happy with our decision to stay there!

One night was my friend's Birthday and wanted to surprise him with a candle on top of a dessert, that I would have to order from Room Service. To my surprise they couldn't find any candle nor they have encountered a situation like this, they said. It's very common in restaurants and hotels that big, to be prepared for similar occasions. Unfortunately they were not. I hope they fix this in the future, as I believe I am not the only one with this type of request. Another minus, the carpet in common areas outside their corridors. For some reason, even though the hotel is brand new, it was not fresh and clean! Please pay attention to its cleanliness...Very important!
