The room was okay and clean. The breakfast was great, hugh variety. The location is fine, quiet and can be reached easily. With a tram one is in the town centre in a couple of minutes or it is a good 40 minute walk. The tram station is within a 5 minute walk.

This hotel definitely beat my expectations based on the reviews. The lovely front desk lady (who spoke perfect English) made sure we got a quiet room, just as requested. Parking is €15/day, but street parking is free on weekends, if you can find a spot! It’s about a 15-minute walk to the metro. We did it in the rain with suitcases and backpacks—totally doable. The room had all the basics: iron, ironing board, hairdryer (hidden in a drawer under the sink), even an umbrella and a complimentary tall glass bottle of sparkling water. There’s also a minibar with snacks and drinks, but we didn’t check out the selections. Heads up: nearby restaurants close around 10pm, so if you nap through dinner, like we did, food delivery is your best bet. We ordered some great Greek from Uber Eats. We stayed for 2 nights on the ground floor and really liked the room. The windows open two ways, which kept things fresh and breezy—loved that. Just a heads up: there’s no AC remote in the room, so don’t waste 10 minutes hunting for it like I did! Bathrooms are stocked with two sets of shampoo/shower gel, lotion, and a tiny bar of hand soap. Shoutout to ALL the staff (we saw different faces at the front desk each time, but every one of them passed the vibe check!!) super helpful, friendly, accommodating and master of smiling

The room was clean, the workers were kind and helpful. We could leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours for free after check-out. In addition, we were happy to see the complimentary water, beer and a packet of crackers in the room. Baby bed was given free on our request. The hotel was also very close to public transportation. There were some supermarkets (Rewe and Lidl) around.

The room was a little small for a family of four but it is trivial. Moreover, there wasn't any liquid soap in the toilet. Besides, as there are lots of Turkish tourists in the city, some Turkish TV channels should have been included in the TV. Last but not the least, since the bed for two people actually was a combination of two beds for one person, it always slided, thus it was uncomfortable.

The room was perfect for our family of 3 pax. All amenities and more including welcome beverages and snacks in the room gratis. The room cleanliness was excellent with clean towels and bed linen each day. The staff super friendly and very helpful and informative on all local areas and places to go. Did not do breakfast cause there are so many cafes restaurants and supermarket all within a 5 minute walk. Location perfect 3.5 km from downtown easy Uber and taxi rides. Perfect hotel for Munich central stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Noisy construction site across the road. Book a garden room side if you can.

This is a lovely hotel to stay at during your time in Münich. The area is great. You are in walking distance of the U-Bahn which brings you right to the city centre. If you do like walking (2.5 km) you can also walk to the city center. In the area there are several restaurant, bakeries etc. The hotel itself has everything you need. The staff is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A great decision if you decide to stay here.

There are just a few parking spots available. We were lucky we arrived early. But if you arrive late during peak season, you might not be able to park behind the hotel (which is paid, but gated). There are enough parking spaces in the streets around the hotel though.

It was a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The location was calm and peaceful, offering a relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. Also the hotel is well-connected with excellent transport options such as tram, bus and metro. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city!

Very good location! Close to all public transportation- very quick ride to city center, but far enough away for relaxed feeling. The breakfast was awesome!!

Our room was on ground floor with windows right up against sidewalk. With no A/C windows had to be open. We got to hear lots of late night conversations. Especially for these rooms, A/C would be great. Room was a bit tight for a family of 4, because it was pretty much what I expected. We didn’t want to spend too much ch time in a hotel room anyway- wanted to be out exploring.

The friendliness of the staff was very refreshing, everyone in the lobby was extremely kind during check in and check out. Regarding the room, we were a couple and a friend, and the beds were prepared as so without feeling cramped, we even had a small balcony with a table to sit by. The location was pretty good as well, very easy to take the subway from the central station.

During our stay, the building in front had some scaffolding with a plastic sheet to avoid dust, since it was a windy day it was a little loud. Particularly it helped me sleep, but my wife and friend dind´t appreciate it.

Friendly staff, very fast check in and check out. Room was small but neat, compimentary refreshment was very nice. Aircondition was in the room even though I didn't specifically request a room with one. Very close to the central bus/train station.

The soundproofing of the rooms wasn't the best. I was woken up several times by other guests coming and going, sometimes not even on the same floor. Something about the building just carries noise far away from source.
