I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Orly, and I especially want to highlight the exceptional service from Tom at the front desk. I had made a booking error and accidentally left a one-day gap in my reservation while trying to extend my stay. Tom noticed it before I did and took the initiative to secure the room for me so I wouldn’t be left without a place for the night. That kind of attention to detail and proactive care truly made all the difference. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the breakfast was fresh and satisfying each morning. The location is also perfect — quiet but central, with easy access to everything I needed. The little balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning and prosecco at night. Thanks again to Tom and the team at Hotel Orly for going above and beyond. This kind of service is rare and deeply appreciated!

A very cozy hotel, we felt comfortable from the very first moment. Special thanks to the reception team — they welcomed us warmly with a genuine smile and a real willingness to help. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and varied, and we were pleasantly surprised by the orange juice press — you don’t see that in every 4-star hotel. A perfect start to the day! The room was clean, quiet and well organized — just the way it should be.

The hotel’s parking is limited and it’s not possible to reserve a spot in advance. On the first night I had to park on the street, install a parking app, just to avoid dealing with it in the morning. Fortunately, for the rest of our stay, Saber, one of the staff, arranged a permanent parking spot for us — for which we’re really grateful.

I liked that despite arriving late due to a delayed flight, we were warmly welcomed by a staff member waiting outside—they even upgraded our room! It was nice and cozy. Also, three days later, I went to the salon and my card failed due to a temporary security block. My phone was charging, so I missed several calls from my friend back at the hotel. I had sent her an SOS text to call me after several failed attempts to reach her, but forgot to explain why. She got really worried and reported it to the front desk. The staff took it seriously and were just about to head to the police station when I finally saw my phone flashing and called back. They truly went above and beyond. What an incredibly caring staff. So grateful! I highly recommend them.

Lovely hotel, friendly and polite staff. We were also given a free upgrade on a room as I was keen to have a balcony - this also meant we had air con, which was a blessing given the temperatures in Munich whilst we were there. One potential downfall with our specific room was that there was the air con unit outside the door to the room, which meant that anyone in surrounding rooms turning on their air con meant we got blasted. Not an issue the one time this happened as we were heading to bed, so we went in and turned ours on too. If I’d paid the premium for the superior room, that would have probably upset me - so do consider this if you get room 107. As I say, our upgrade was free, so I haven’t scored them down for this. The hotel is not central but was enough for our needs. There was also hotel parking in a totally barmy underground car park!

Very nice, comfortable accommodation with friendly and helpful staff. We were grateful to have been given an upgrade to a room with AC over what turned out to be a very hot weekend. We also got great advice on the location of a nearby market and on a local beer garden that was perfect after our late Friday afternoon arrival. The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood outside the city center but an easy walk to tram stops. Having a little fridge was also unexpected and nice.

What seemed like nearby restaurants involved a longer walk than it appeared because the street/highway was not crossable. It wasn’t an excessive walk and obviously is not the hotel’s fault, but it wasn’t optimal.

The room was okay and clean. The breakfast was great, hugh variety. The location is fine, quiet and can be reached easily. With a tram one is in the town centre in a couple of minutes or it is a good 40 minute walk. The tram station is within a 5 minute walk.

We really liked the experience os staying in this hotel. The staff members were very friendly and helped us a lot. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The localization is great, near big roads and easy access to public transportation. By the way, there are a lot of restaurants and even a big supermarket nearby, which makes things even easier. Definitively will be our choice when we decide to get back do Munchen.

The size of the refrigerator in the room was very small, there were almost no space to keep another things because it were full of beverages of the hotel.

This hotel definitely beat my expectations based on the reviews. The lovely front desk lady (who spoke perfect English) made sure we got a quiet room, just as requested. Parking is €15/day, but street parking is free on weekends, if you can find a spot! It’s about a 15-minute walk to the metro. We did it in the rain with suitcases and backpacks—totally doable. The room had all the basics: iron, ironing board, hairdryer (hidden in a drawer under the sink), even an umbrella and a complimentary tall glass bottle of sparkling water. There’s also a minibar with snacks and drinks, but we didn’t check out the selections. Heads up: nearby restaurants close around 10pm, so if you nap through dinner, like we did, food delivery is your best bet. We ordered some great Greek from Uber Eats. We stayed for 2 nights on the ground floor and really liked the room. The windows open two ways, which kept things fresh and breezy—loved that. Just a heads up: there’s no AC remote in the room, so don’t waste 10 minutes hunting for it like I did! Bathrooms are stocked with two sets of shampoo/shower gel, lotion, and a tiny bar of hand soap. Shoutout to ALL the staff (we saw different faces at the front desk each time, but every one of them passed the vibe check!!) super helpful, friendly, accommodating and master of smiling

Good breakfast and amazing location to get in and out of the city easily.

The room was clean, the workers were kind and helpful. We could leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours for free after check-out. In addition, we were happy to see the complimentary water, beer and a packet of crackers in the room. Baby bed was given free on our request. The hotel was also very close to public transportation. There were some supermarkets (Rewe and Lidl) around.

The room was a little small for a family of four but it is trivial. Moreover, there wasn't any liquid soap in the toilet. Besides, as there are lots of Turkish tourists in the city, some Turkish TV channels should have been included in the TV. Last but not the least, since the bed for two people actually was a combination of two beds for one person, it always slided, thus it was uncomfortable.
