The check-in and check-out process was super quick and easy. I had done the online check-in earlier (sending ID and answering a few questions), so it made it quicker when we got there. The room had 6 beds, each with USB entries and lights. There was one toilet and one shower, a table with a couple of stools and a locker per person. You need to bring your own padlock. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff were very helpful and kind. There isn't a restaurant on site, only a bar, but you can use the communal area/tables even without buying something from them.

The beds could have a curtain of some kind, for more privacy and to block some light and noises when other people in the room arrive or departure while others are still sleeping.

I really liked the location, near station Hackerbrücke, the lounge was nice, you could spend time there to study, chill or read. Everything else was also nice, expect 3 things. (see below)

1. The Bathroom and WC were very old, not clean and not up the my expectations. I had previously been in the Meininger Hotel in Heidelberg, and there everything was new and clean. 2. The second thing i didnt like, was that the Hotel was directly on the main road with lots of traffic, both cars, trucks and the tram. It was very noisy. 3. The Beds had only one usb charging port, which could be reached easily. There were other outlets in the room, but very far away.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the station, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Pedro, who went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and nicely maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

There are just a couple of areas that could be improved: in the shower, the water doesn’t drain easily and tends to pool, and having a small fridge in the room would be very convenient.

Majority of staffs were good especially nice guy and beautiful woman who were in shift on 3rd of March afternoon. They were super nice to us. Actually we experienced some bad attitude and discrimination thing as an Asian in Munich. But those staffs were super kindly and told us everything we asked for and help. Shout out to them 🫶🏻 You guys were one of the good side of reminiscing Germany for Mongolian girls ☺️ Thank you. Room was clean and provided everything we need. So highy recommend for tourism. It is really close to the central bus station. Oh, almost forgot, coffee and tea is for free everymorning for everyone even they dont pay included breakfast

Three things stand out at this hostel: cleanliness, comfort and staff. Everything is perfectly clean, from the common area to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds are extremely comfortable with thick pillows and cozy bedside lamps. But the staff is really what makes this hostel special. I was greeted with open arms and a free cup of coffee (which they offered again when I left very early the next day), and they had no problem fulfilling my last-minute bed switch request. The location is also ideal (close to S-Bahn station Hackerbrücke, with direct services to the city centre in just a few minutes; and right next to a tram stop), and the free wifi worked perfectly. Despite the ongoing construction (which I didn't really notice), I had a great time.

The lockers in the rooms don't have locks, which I wasn't informed of beforehand (or maybe I hadn't read it). They are also quite small, so don't expect to stuff your suitcase inside!

When you have professionals at the reception, “I’m sorry for the names”, like (the Portuguese gentlemen, the Brazilian gentlemen, the Argentinian lady and the moroccan lady Salma ) ... You should be lucky to meet them, they are all here to facilitate your stay with the best conditions. Thanks to ( the afghan gentlemen ) the Room is super top cleaned 👍 Thank you guys for your welcome I’m really proud of you guys 🤝

Everything was good 👍

It was in prime location and easily accessible. Coffee / Tea were complimentary for all the days of the stay. I went for a change of room and they accommodated it understanding my situation.

The room was little small for 4 people. I would expect that space for 2-3 people at max but not more than 2 people. Due to which I felt claustrophobic . I understand this was due to the renovation or construction work.

Having these people : - Pedro - Yasmin - Eve - Helico - Salma - Kateryna - the Bosnian lady - the afghan gentlemen, is a treasure ! They should be invited to a free dinner by the hotel, because they deserve it, and that's how we reward professional teams. Thank you guys ! And you’re welcome all of you to Montreal or Rabat ..

- it's about 15min on foot from the train station - even though I booked the 10 bed dorm, room 501 was separated in 2 rooms, so there were only 6 beds in my room - the room was quite big - towels provided - small balcony - comfy beds - free luggage storage (not secured)

- it was really difficult to find the USB port underneath the lamp in my bed, it's completely hidden - i was hoping to find a book exchange

Great kitchen - spacious and clean and all utensils provided. The rooms were spacious and comfortable too. Lovely staff - friendly and the barista in the morning made an epic coffee! There was a fire alarm in the morning and the staff were responsive and waited for the fire department to let us go back in. Bathroom in the 4 bed private was huge size and really nice. This was the best hostel we’ve stayed in in Germany. Extra pillow provided free of charge for one of our group members who is pregnant. 3 minutes from closest tram which takes you into the heart of Munich - Marienplatz.

Could do with a couple more washers and dryers. Walls are a bit thin- we may have just been unlucky with the neighbours!
