The hotel is located near the central station, just a ~10 min walk. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The breakfast is very tasty, everything felt fresh. Despite the close proximity to a big street, it was quiet. The windows had a view of the back of the building, there was a view of a cathedral. The rooms were cleaned every day and amenities (soap, towels) refreshed. It was clean, the bed was comfortable.

The pillows were a bit weird, but nothing too bothersome. The first days of our stay it was very warm outside and the air in the rooms got a bit stuffy, so we slept with partially open window. The rest of the stay, the temperatures dropped to ~16°C and the rooms were not stuffy, we didn't need to open the window.

Yes, the hotel is dated and pretty basic, and yes, being by the main station it’s in a bit of a grottier area (but I had absolutely no issues walking back to the hotel by myself at night, or going for a run early morning). But I genuinely had an excellent stay! The room was clean, the staff was really friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfortable and I slept really well, and the breakfast was fabulous. I would stay again!

The wifi signal was inconsistent and it’s a shame that you can’t leave your luggage at reception (although there are luggage storage shops nearby).

The pricing was confusing Make sure you read carefully I booked double room for 2 people and single room for 1 person Rooms same size Double of course was more expensive While checking out I was charged more because there were2 people in double room

the breakfast is great, nice and friendly staff, the location is also great very near the main station and closed to the city center, theatres and sightseeings

i paid two rooms and just used one, but the staff was even though this condition, not able to store my little luggage until i will have to leave munich, that's was happen the second time already, what is so difficult to open a small space to store luggage till guests we have to leave, in every other hotel, its possible. that's a big fat minus

Beautiful and perfectly clean room, with a lovely view! Very spacious and perfectly organized, it even had a hanger for the coats at the entrance and everything seemed new,. The breakfast was super, great variety and very friendly personnel! Very close to the Central train station and from the bus stop from the airport.

I found the duvets extremely narrow, I actually used two to get fully covered. And it is not very sound proof, you could hear almost everything from the corridor, but no noise from outside.

The staff are very professional, kind, friendly and they always smile. The hotel is in a perfect location and you can walk everywhere and visit Munich. The stations are very close but we never really use it we walked. The breakfast is very various and satisfying and plenty! The bedrooms are quiet and clean.

It is an advice. It would be perfect if the bedrooms were provided with a kettle and mugs (and tea or herbal tea) and water. Most hotels provide these

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was attractive and easy to find. The breakfast was really excellent (as were the breakfast staff), with lots of variety for everyone.

The wi-fi was a bit... old-fashioned? You had to get a code from reception (had to figure that out for myself), and it only worked with one device at a time (also figured that out, after being kicked off my phone and laptop a few times). I had to do a work meeting while there and couldn't figure out what was going on with the tech at first. You also have to hand in the old-style keys each time you leave. No air con in my room and because a neighbour smoked frequently on the balcony from very early morning until late at night, leaving my balcony door open a bit to cool the room down was a challenge. I'm sorry about these things, because the staff are great and I would still recommend the hotel.

The location is good. Metro and other transportation means are close. Room was clean and three beds were comfortable. the bathroom was very clean and wide. the building is like historical. Breakfast was amazing, and a man I forgot the name in the breakfast was very kind.

I did not like the staff members, especially the lady and her cold and irritating manners. We tried to pay by card there was problem and we tried several cards again the problem, When I asked her to change the device because it can not be that different bank cards stopped working at the same time, she rolled her eyes and mentioned that it is your card problem. It is good that our friend who lives in Germany helped us. There is no even a bottle of water in the room, when we asked for kettle or hot water for tea, she gave us hot water in a little tea pot of a size 1 cup and didn't want to give cups. Thanks to the younger guy with strange and "cold" jokes we could get tea. By the way hotel doesn't keep your luggage after check out. But there is very good newly opened storage nearby.

Perfect location close to the central station and the old town of Munich…rooms basic but clean and comfortable…great choice of good food for breakfast…staff very friendly and welcoming…I would stay here again.

We chose this hotel in connection with the Euros 2024 as it was very centrally located. Great central location, only a 5-minute walk from the train station. Smooth check-in even though we arrived very late (02:00). Nice clean rooms with air conditioning. Contrary to several other reviews, we did not find the noise from the road to be a problem if you closed the window. Comfortable beds and a good room. Nice breakfast with friendly staff.

Everything lived up to our expectations, so there is nothing negative to report, except for a rather high price due to the Euro 2024 event.
