We stayed at the location twice during the same week and our first room was much more spacious than the second which we preferred, we needed accommodation close to the main train station and the town centre so for us the location was ideal (10 mins to the station about 25-35 to marienplatz) and there was a lidl extremely close by which allowed us to fill the fridge easily!

We didn't see the small print requiring a 200 euro deposit so is worth being aware of when booking so this was a shock to us and it took around 5-6 days to get it back afterwards. One of our rooms was pretty clean and the other had mould on the silicon in the bath and there were hairs from previous guests in it which we assume was a one off based on the cleanliness of everything else so we just rinsed it but I assume if we raised it with reception they would have resolved it as they mainly seemed pretty helpful.

Breakfast was great, location was quite central and close to the train station, both good for airport and train trip. The room did not quite look like the picture, but was fairly comfortable and quiet.

The room would benefit from another chair or armchair, also a murphy bed is not the most comfy for sleep. The Kitchen could use better equipment and more plates, bowls and such. Paying extra for a apart-hotel means we intend to actually do things in the kitchen. It was subpar.

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean and as described. Very good value for money as only a few minute walk from the central train station. Area is a bit tired and there were roadworks everywhere which made the hotel difficult to find but we heard no noise in the actual hotel so sleep was good! Was allowed to early check in as our room was ready which is always a plus.

Having to pay 250euro up front as deposit, I didn't know about this and luckily had thefunds to cover it but it would have been nice to have been prepared. Also it was refunded to me on check out which seemed pointless as the room hadn't even been checked at that point..

The room was typical for an Aparthotel. VERY compact (to say the least) but very well laid out with many nice details including proper air conditioning and pretty well equipped kitchenette, and lighting all in the right places. The room was very clean and the beds fine. Contrary to other reviewers, I found the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The parking was expensive (c25E per night) but I think that was typical for Munich. Parking was extremely convenient (under the building), and parking places were easy to access.

Breakfast was very expensive (over 20E) so we didn't have that. I was asked for a deposit against on arrival (I think £175, so quite a bit when you're not expecting it), which will be returned to me in between 5-10 days. So beware of that.

The room was clean and spacious, and had a fridge, microwave and hob. The room was well sound-proofed; even though it was just across the street from a construction site, we didn't hear any noise from outside. The staff were great. I don't remember the names of all the staff who helped us, I'm afraid, but Hassan was very helpful and friendly; he answered all our questions and had a very welcoming manner.

Although we didn't hear any noise from outside, there were a couple of strange mechanical noises inside the room. They seemed to be coming from the ceiling, even when the air conditioning was off. Sometimes it seemed that they were linked to the lights, but sometimes they sounded even when the lights were switched off.

The room was a basic apartment, a short walk to the station and slightly longer into the center. We actually stayed here twice and one of the rooms was significantly better than the other as the second wasn't as clean and had a few maintenance issues. It was good value for money and was ideal for the purpose of our trip.

The staff were often not very attentive and talking among themselves which wasn't ideal when you need help or someone is repeatedly setting the fire alarm off and you're trying to find out what is going on with the 3 fire engines outside! We didn't mind having to pay the 200 euro deposit either but wish it was clearer in the booking details or we would like to have informed properly before arrival as this could cause some travelers issues! It also took a long time to be released back into our bank.

I landed early morning and staff is kind to get me into the room by 9:30am despite normal check in time is 3pm. Thanks so much. Simple and convenient looks. Bright, quiet room, and l clean though no cleaning service during 4 nights stay. You can ask for extra towels. Can get 24 hours drinks from coffee machine ie hot latte, chocolate drink, cappuccino, americano, mocha, espresso but have to bring your own cup from room to get it. I booked room without breakfast as normally don’t eat breakfast.

I did ask for pan to cook 3 days in a roll but never received.

Close to the main train station and not too far from town. Maria made our stay, what an asset she is for your business, nothing was too much trouble!

That our TV did not work at all even after a technician looked at it and also the towel rail did not function. Maria offered us a different room but we had already unpacked so did not want to move. Your maintenance team needs looking into as neither the TV or heated towel rail worked but friends on another floor had curtains that would not draw properly and it was. It attended to!

Great location, easy to walk to most of Munich's major attractions. The staff were very friendly, and the coffee maker down at reception is free to use for all of your coffee/tea/hot chocolate needs (always a bonus!). We had a lovely Christmas break here and would definitely stay again :)

A better stock of cutlery and utensils in the apartment would be an improvement - the bowls and plates were tiny so serving 'proper' meals was a little challenging. However this was in no way a major issue and we managed to cook in our apartment comfortably enough :)

Good location near main train.nice big room comfy bed .good arcon having the fridge in the heat was great.the room was ready at 12 when we arrived which was brilliant.thwy allowed us a late check out till 12 (11 check is too early).staff very friendly and helpful.

The area isn't very german lots of young non German men hanging around all day.tv channels for English speaking non existent .you have to ask for clean towels every day(not a big deal)the room is not cleaned for the 4 days.(But it says this when you book)
