The rooms were fabulous, modern, spacious & a lot of light. Bar fridge & wardrobes were included as well. Near to Hbf the Central station so was convenient for us. Lots of eating options around. Staff were most accommodating & helpful. Claudia the Mgr even delivered hot chocolate to our room on the first night!

Would be great if had a coffee/tea machine downstairs so people can help themselves as other hotels we stayed in had.

The room is a nice size. It's very close to the central station. I wasvon the 4th floor. Even though outside of my windows is a construction site, it's fairly quiet. It has an central air, which is helpful keeping it cool during hot summer month. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.

There is no electric kettle in the room. When I asked for me, the hotel didn't provide me with one city fire Hazard. Instead I had to ask for hot water at the front desk everytime when I want to make tea. There is also no mirowave if you want to warm up some food.

This hotel was way better than anticipated! Only a block away from the main train station and every form of public transportation, which made it easy to move around Munich. Our room was very comfortable. Good bed, soft pillows, great bathroom and shower. Staff very helpful and accommodating. We needed to extend our stay because of a cancelled cruise in the Danube, and they were able to help us. Highly recommend this hotel and will use it again, if in Munich.

For the value and quality of stay, no dislikes.

OMG the breakfast was awesome! People who like vegan/vegetarian food will feel as if they are in heaven! Absolutely deicious food. The service/reception staff, reaturant staff and guests were all very warm and welcoming. I had started learning German and tried to practise. Everyone was so happy and helpful :-) God bless them all! Also, its in a central location - walking distance to transit, main railway station, commercial area and many sites of attraction are nearby. Also the room was very spacious, beautiful, and comfortable!

The room was clean and very quiet! It was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. It is also just a short walk from the central train station.

The doors to the bathroom in the room don't provide much privacy; you can hear anything happening in the toilet in the rest of the room. It would also be nice if you could lock the door to the toilet when you are inside (for instance, to keep a toddler from pushing the door open and then getting their fingers pinched when the door swings shut again). But that is probably not a concern for most people.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful esp Abidi from the front desk. The room and bed size are good. The shower was great! The breakfast was good and could use some daily variety. The location is walkable to Marienplatz although some areas along the way may look a bit sketchy.

There could've been more pillows... maybe 2 per guest and they can be more plump. The walk to the hotel from Hauptbahnhof was made difficult by the construction along the way (no sidewalk available) so we were forced to walk on the street with our luggage. Emergency vehicle noise in the middle of the night can be heard even from the 4th floor where we were at.

A very clean, well-kept hotel. Facilities work well, staff is friendly and efficient. Location is great also. Nice breakfast buffet (as you would expect for 20EUR). The room was quiet and of a generous size. I liked how the shower cubicle and the toilet were two separate spaces with individual matted glass doors and the sink in between. Had I travelled with my partner, this is a convenient layout. I would definitely use this hotel again, it felt a safe and reliable option.

Very minor dislikes: As a female, and considering the hotel's star rating, I would have liked there to have been conditioner along with the bodywash/shampoo. I found the room a little chilly, so had to use the other rather thin duvet on the double bed to double up my own, and I like having two pillows, rather than just one. However, I imagine that if I had asked for the room temperature to be raised and an extra pillow, I think the hotel staff would have been very helpful.

Breakfast very good, we mentioned on the Friday morning it might have been nice to have salmon as a choice, it was there on Saturday Staff were very friendly & attentive The view was to be expected in a city location

Tea & coffee making facilities in the room, nice to be able to have an early hot drink We had some issues with the airconditioning, it wouldn’t work but we were to leave the windows open

We stayed one night at the relexa Hotel in München. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it is very close to the train station and the Theresienwiese where the Oktoberfest takes place. Even though the road under the hotel was very busy (lots of people going and coming back from the Oktoberfest) the room was totally soundproof and we couldn't hear all the noise . The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the breakfast, as we had an early train to take.

We were so lucky to have rooms straight away upon arrival after a long flight. The rooms are very clean and modern, high quity finished with Comfy bed and soft bedsheets. Window is amazing.. cancel out all the noise from the building on the opposite street

The door of the bathroom missing. Would be noce if there is a sliding door for the bathroom, which can stop all the bad smell from thw toilet travelling to the bedroom
