We had a 4 night stay here in February 2025. The hotel itself is stylish and the decor is well thought out. The rooms were comfortable and the bed was great. They offered free water down by the bar so we could fill our bottles up for the day ahead. All in all I would recommend this hotel to couples or small families.

The parking was pricey at €24 per day and it was a tight squeeze for our car. The breakfast was ok but we didn’t care for the chives in the scrambled eggs, also we needed tokens each day to be able to get a plate which a little odd. The elevator is small and we found ourselves waiting for the lift up to 10 minutes at times.

The hotel is soo sweet, the decoration is tasteful and cozy. The room is very good, the beds are very comfortable, the shower is also very good. The sleep in the hotel was amazing. Their breakfast is also a 10 out of 10, you’d think it is expensive but its worth it since Munich its an expensive city, you wont find anything better for a better price outside (only if you eat very little). Also, since its close to the central station you can go back very late with many transportation options. The neighborhood is fine and you can walk late at night, no problem at all

Everything was excellent, I wish every hotel in Europe had the same quality

The hotel was perfect—just a 3-minute walk from the central train station. The best part was being allowed to check in early, even though we didn’t request it (though I believe it’s subject to room availability). After a long flight, being able to rest and shower before starting our city tour made us feel truly welcomed. We happened to visit during Easter and were pleasantly surprised by a warm holiday card and a large chocolate bunny left at our door—it was such a thoughtful touch! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing clear explanations about local attractions and how to navigate the public transport system. We were especially grateful for their flexibility with our late check-out, as we needed extra time to pick up our rental car before returning to collect our luggage. This was our first hotel stay in Germany, and it left a wonderful impression. With the warm hospitality, comfort of the room, and convenient location, we would definitely come back again

Very comfortable bed, electric shutters and a clean and practical bathroom. The decor was quirky and gorgeous and the bed linen was good quality. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was generous with lots of options. Also an incredibly convenient location, about 5 minutes walk from the major train station, with excellent public transport options all around.

Room very incredibly tight for space with the foldable bed assembled. It resembled a corridor more than a room and was quite uncomfortable with 2 adults, 2 children and 2 suitcases crammed in. The lack of kettle, cups and cutlery in the room was baffling initially, but we did make use of the facilities in the lounge area every evening.

The location of the hotel is convenient for almost everything! We were next to the train station for a day trip to Garmisch, next to the subway station for the Adele concert and walking distance from the Flixbus station to reach the airport. The breakfast was ok (a bit limited), the hotel was nicely designed, and the staff was attentive to the guests, and helped me with printing some tickets.

Nothing that the hotel could have done about it, but there is construction work on the street side, and they start pretty early, around 5-6 AM during the week. So if you are a sensitive sleeper, consider asking for a courtyard room.

The location is Awesome, 3-4 min walk from entrance to the main trainstation, 5 minutes from a big supermarket, 4 minutes to a EuroShop and many things to eat very near. The hotel has the coolest and cutest design. makes you feel that you are in the swiss alps. The elevator Rocks! The staff are very friendly. The shower was one of the best showers I had in an Hotel. The bed is huge. There are both fabric shades and electric ones.

Only 2 small things: 1. Pillows not that comfortable (never are in hotels though) 2. Had a beer at the bar than found out you can only pay for it wirh card and not cash. Other than that it was all good.

The Alpine styling of the hotel is very well done and just adds something different to a regular hotel. Location is fantastic for leaving or arriving by train and a short walk to the Rathaus and main shopping area. The bed is supremely comfortable and the bathroom is well appointed. Two showers- rain and hand which is always a good thing. Great hot water pressure. Breakfast is worthwhile - lots of variety etc for 18.95 euros.

This is a wonderful, small hotel right beside the Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), making it very easy to travel and explore Munich. It's relatively quiet, very clean and has fun, quirky alpine decor. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and willing to help, and they responded very quickly via Booking.com when we asked for a room upgrade. Beds are comfortable with clean linen.

The cozy room truly lived up to its name, and was very small. We asked for an upgrade for our second half of the stay and we enjoyed this room much more even though it was only slightly larger! Also wish there was a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cool during the heat of summer.

Room is beautiful and super clean. The shower pressure is amazing, bed comfortable with 2 duvet cover. The design is really nice and details oriented

The location is weird, you can’t wait to be out of that area. We didn’t feel unsafe but not an enjoyable environment. I would change the staff at the reception. Not nice and don’t even say hi, they ignored you.Also would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room or have a machine in the lobby. We found 3 euros for one regular coffee quite expensive when you rent a room!

This property was great for children. They had toys and areas for the kids to get some energy out. The rooms were large and comfortable. The sofa bed mattress was very comfortable. The staff was excellent they helped us in so many ways. Rustam was a staff member who went above and beyond to help us locate our lost baggage from our flight. Additionally they have a water fill up station. There were excellent beer and wine options at the hotel bar. We did not have the breakfast but it looked very appetizing. The proximity Munich’s central train station was great for arriving and departing. Additionally the walk to Marienplatz is very feasible. The area has adequately wide sidewalks and or non-vehicle zones as you get closer to Marienplatz. We loved our stay we would certainly stay here again.
