Really good large size room 28sqm with a king size 2m wide bed. Pillows/mattress (firm) great quality. Had a good time in sauna which is a great bonus. Breakfast really good selection for anyone. Staff helpful. Check out at 12 is also convenient. Parking for 24 hours is 35€ right under the hotel. Its public parking with plenty of space for a large SUV. Impossible to find parking on the street as it’s always busy. I guess we all need to adapt to pay such a large sum in cities where parking space is not available. anyway happy to stay next time. Paid €189 for room with breakfast.

Excellent location, across the street from the central railway station and surrounded by all the restaurants and stores you could want but not too noisy, even on NYE. We enjoyed a smooth and efficient check in and our room was spacious and lovely, big walk in shower too. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage and room for suitcases. Room serviced really well daily and each evening a duty manager popped by to check we had everything we wanted/needed. The hotel has a pool and spa downstairs and a restaurant attached which we enjoyed on one of our nights. The hotel also has a small store in the lobby as well as a coffee shop and bar. On the afternoon of NYE, I came back to our room to discover a lovely little birthday cake and card had been left for me which I very much appreciated. The hotel was also convenient to a couple of tours we did and the old town. Very walkable. There's a big laundromat fairly close also.

Minor issues with reading lights not functioning well but these were rectified quickly.

We had a very nice relaxing stay at the hotel. Check-in was smooth and simple. In the room we had a - personally for us - written greeting card with pralines. Our suite was spacious, modern and very clean. Absolute 5 star level. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom beautiful and spotless. Even the soaps and shampoo are all high quality. Slippers and bathrobe provided. Furniture is good quality. WiFi functioning well. The spa is huge, the pool area is also very clean, modern and the spa receptionist is a really nice and helpful lady. The sauna, the gym and the resting areas are all high quality, perfect for relaxing. The restaurant is quite big, with lot’s of tables and space. We got a perfect service with lot of attention and care from the waiters. The food was fresh and tasty, on a good price. The breakfast is also a 5 star experience with lots of choices and high quality food, also gluten free things and other specialties. We really enjoyed our stay, the entire building is well equipped, clean, aesthetic and peaceful. The staff are all kind, attentive and service oriented. I looked at the earlier reviews and I find that the hotel corrected everything people might did not like earlier or had difficulty with. This I find exceptional as this shows the hotel management does care about their customers. I personally recommend the place and we also happily return when in Munich next time.

The room was a good size with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 15-20 min walk into the centre of town. While the area around the train station is not the nicest, we felt safe walking to the hotel, even at night. Being across from the train station meant coming from and getting to the airport was easy.

Informed at check in that pool was temporarily closed for cleaning - not a big deal but I had been planning on using it. Housekeeping threw out some of my toiletries that were almost empty thinking they were rubbish, but it meant I had no toothpaste or face wash after the first night (luckily my friend did).

Location was right opposite the Munich Hbf station and a 10 min walk to Marienplatz the centre. Plenty of eateries along the way. Good bar in the hotel with very friendly staff at the bar. Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. There was a small fridge in every room as well. Very good pool and sauna open till late and 24 hrs gym

Only issue I had was I travelled with a group of friends and we stayed on different floors. If we wanted to go to another floor it was not possible which was a bummer. The key only allowed you to your floor and not another floor. Another thing that put me off was outside the hotel to the side street which was as if you walked into a ghetto in the middle east.

Spacious and well-designed rooms, good service has recently become the new normal - a kind of snack and drink corner on the ground floor, coffee on the go right next to reception and a nice swimming pool area are the pluses. Lovely restaurant on ground floor. Staff just great ))

Not much - I personally don't like this area, right next to the endless construction site at Haupbahnhof, however still prefer to stay in this part of the city, since it's right next to downtown + easy to reach by car (as well as plenty of parking sites around, incl. hotel garage).

We have stayed in Le Méridien several times and we always enjoy it. The staff at reception are welcoming and helpful. We had an upgrade over looking the garden which was a quiet room and pleasant. The bar was also quite lively in the evening, much more so than in the past but enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent as in close proximity to the Hauptbahnhof and ideal for travelling to the Messe Munchen, Marienplatz etc.

The room was ideal and on 6th floor. Unfortunately the shower head kept slipping down and didn't seem to click into position. The air condition in the room was rather noisy and woke us up during the night. We also didn't except to see a mouse in the bar!!

The staff were all great, especially loved the guy at the check in. We enjoyed our stay, the bed was comfy, breakfast great, pool and sauna made our day very enjoyable. I liked the voucher for one free coffee at the in-house cafe, very clever, ensured we had some food and drinks there (1 coffee is a little cheeky when you're 2 paying guests). We enjoyed walking into the old town and were very satisfied with our stay.

Nothing really, they have the whole thing pretty well down. it's a bit of a big machine, missing a bit of personal touch, didnt love the design of the room. pool a little too cold and the spa area needs a stream room. But overall no real complaints.

Very conveniently located right opposite the main station and right next to the subway. Easy and pleasant walk to the old town through an extensive shopping district if that’s what floated your boat. Good variety of food outlets from fast food to restaurants with a particularly good one just just 50 yds down the street (Munchener Stubn). Airport express bus terminates just the other side of the station, a 5 min walk. Not the most up market area, particularly in the evening but never felt unsafe or threatened. Large room, large shower, comfortable bed and good a/c working well with 30 degrees outside. Would definitely stay again.
