Really good large size room 28sqm with a king size 2m wide bed. Pillows/mattress (firm) great quality. Had a good time in sauna which is a great bonus. Breakfast really good selection for anyone. Staff helpful. Check out at 12 is also convenient. Parking for 24 hours is 35€ right under the hotel. Its public parking with plenty of space for a large SUV. Impossible to find parking on the street as it’s always busy. I guess we all need to adapt to pay such a large sum in cities where parking space is not available. anyway happy to stay next time. Paid €189 for room with breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located near the central train station in Munich, and is hence very easy to get to. The locale is well furbished, clean and with very pleasant staff. In my opinion it represents very good value for the money if you are visiting Munich. They also have a pool and a gym room for those who want to work out a bit while on holiday. All in all it is a hotel I can really recommend.

The only downside was concerning the hotel breakfast. For some reason (probably my fault), breakfast was not included. It was apparently possible to buy breakfast per day for Euro 40. In my opinion that is a very steep price for an hotel breakfast.

Excellent location, across the street from the central railway station and surrounded by all the restaurants and stores you could want but not too noisy, even on NYE. We enjoyed a smooth and efficient check in and our room was spacious and lovely, big walk in shower too. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage and room for suitcases. Room serviced really well daily and each evening a duty manager popped by to check we had everything we wanted/needed. The hotel has a pool and spa downstairs and a restaurant attached which we enjoyed on one of our nights. The hotel also has a small store in the lobby as well as a coffee shop and bar. On the afternoon of NYE, I came back to our room to discover a lovely little birthday cake and card had been left for me which I very much appreciated. The hotel was also convenient to a couple of tours we did and the old town. Very walkable. There's a big laundromat fairly close also.

Minor issues with reading lights not functioning well but these were rectified quickly.

We had a very nice relaxing stay at the hotel. Check-in was smooth and simple. In the room we had a - personally for us - written greeting card with pralines. Our suite was spacious, modern and very clean. Absolute 5 star level. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom beautiful and spotless. Even the soaps and shampoo are all high quality. Slippers and bathrobe provided. Furniture is good quality. WiFi functioning well. The spa is huge, the pool area is also very clean, modern and the spa receptionist is a really nice and helpful lady. The sauna, the gym and the resting areas are all high quality, perfect for relaxing. The restaurant is quite big, with lot’s of tables and space. We got a perfect service with lot of attention and care from the waiters. The food was fresh and tasty, on a good price. The breakfast is also a 5 star experience with lots of choices and high quality food, also gluten free things and other specialties. We really enjoyed our stay, the entire building is well equipped, clean, aesthetic and peaceful. The staff are all kind, attentive and service oriented. I looked at the earlier reviews and I find that the hotel corrected everything people might did not like earlier or had difficulty with. This I find exceptional as this shows the hotel management does care about their customers. I personally recommend the place and we also happily return when in Munich next time.

There was nothing we didn’t like. All was perfect.

Despite a few problems, the accommodations is very comfortable, the staff is friendly and available for every request and it is located few steps from the Munich Central Station and all metro lines

A couple of main problems lowered the quality of stay: 1) The pool was too cold, impossible to utilise (it was May, not January!) 2) The sofa bed of our room was slightly damaged In addition, we considered crazy some internal prices for additional services (e.g., breakfast at 42€ per person, small plastic water at 4€, etc.)

So convenient to the central train station. Beautifully furnished room, quiet in sleeping area even though both babies and dogs barking in nearby rooms were audible in hallway. Nice courtyard. Nice lobby area. Excellent front desk service. “French mojito” in bar.

Restaurant Irmi? in the hotel is definitely worth skipping. It was the smallest steak I’ve ever seen and salad not memorable.

First of all I was skeptical, the location of the hotel is on the busy street. I choose this hotel, because I needed to go fast to the train I have to catch up early in the morning. BUT it is so quiet in my room. Very pleasant. The Staff are friendly, the room is clean and comfy and even they have a Qibla-Direction ( I am sure it is a Qibla direction :D), so I did not need to use the compass. The breakfast was good.

Spacious and well-designed rooms, good service has recently become the new normal - a kind of snack and drink corner on the ground floor, coffee on the go right next to reception and a nice swimming pool area are the pluses. Lovely restaurant on ground floor. Staff just great ))

Not much - I personally don't like this area, right next to the endless construction site at Haupbahnhof, however still prefer to stay in this part of the city, since it's right next to downtown + easy to reach by car (as well as plenty of parking sites around, incl. hotel garage).

The room was a good size with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 15-20 min walk into the centre of town. While the area around the train station is not the nicest, we felt safe walking to the hotel, even at night. Being across from the train station meant coming from and getting to the airport was easy.

Informed at check in that pool was temporarily closed for cleaning - not a big deal but I had been planning on using it. Housekeeping threw out some of my toiletries that were almost empty thinking they were rubbish, but it meant I had no toothpaste or face wash after the first night (luckily my friend did).

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice to suit all tastes. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The little shop in the lobby was very convenient and we enjoyed a couple of excellent dinners in the restaurant and some drinks in the bar. The outside space was a lovely bonus on sunny days.

The location was okay, but was a decent walk into the old town. Wasn’t a problem for us, but adds a bit to your daily steps!
